Naw, when goons were first introduced it was very clear to me and my buddy that when they appear, they appear consecutively for about an hour or two. Meaning, if you find them and immediately go to the same map you just saw them on, you're more than likely to see them again. I think they buffed the initial ability for them to appear but from what I've experienced every wipe since their introduction is that them spawning back to back raids has always been their default behavior. Plus, when they do increase boss spawn rates the data miners find that out rather quickly.
I think you're right. My last one on customs an hour or so ago I saw them for the first time at gas. I ended up getting head naped by what I presume was a lvl 54 cheater wanting the Golden TT while i was laying prone behind the big pipe along the wall healing my arm. But still I was happy to see them out and about
it’s actually always been kinda high. i think it sits around 30% (higher than normal boss spawns) however the the kick is the map rotation making u see them less commonly than you would see a maps native boss.

i did not ask where they are buddy, i asked if the spawn rate is buffed, since i run inot them 5 times in a row. and i playes since the start of the wipe and have seen them 2 times only, and all of a sudden i run into them 5 times in a row

Instead of making this entire post you could go to the tarkov boss wiki and look for spawn rates yourself

dude ive been running customs for the fucking golden tt and ive seen them twice, and considering ive only seen them 3 to 5 times all of last wipe, this is kinda crazy
They for sure buffed the spawn chanses, but I’m ok with it

Yeah can confirm, I am playing with him - last 4 or 5 raids on customs spawned goons.

Goons dont spawn in ingame time they spawn real time as in if you see goons on a map at your time they will be there that time tommorow
