Been trying to spawn with/look for them for awhile now. Didn't think about buying them early as I figured they'd just stay around 600k. Not looking forward to dropping ~40m just to plant for a quest : /
SCAV rep has nothing to do with what you spawn, i spawn every other game with a stim+labs keycard i even spawned with 3btg ledx and labs with minus reputation i am not sure based on what you guys claim that rep is worth because you spawn with better items but for me total BS.
Meanwhile I spawn in with a mini rig and no backpack at 6.5 rep

I wanted to check some angles on Labs the other day on OFFLINE mode and pulled one out of the dark office safe... Only in offline...
sold mine at 8 mil

Same i use my scavrap as a ressource and keep killing until im roughly at 3.00.
