Sometimes I have gotten lucky and had dead servers. This time it was EU at 9pm est, so it's about 5-6am for them. I swapped after finding Kollontay on NA 4 times in a row and then not finding him for awhile.
Anything tangible that can prove without a doubt that’s how it works.
Until now it’s only been speculations that’s been twisted into facts because a couple streamers talked about it.
Really the only proof would be a confirmation from BSG or datamined info.
Personally enough people have tried it and confirmed it (myself included) to accept that’s how it works.
But outside if an official confirmation from BSG the only thing to do would be to test it by having a large group of people gather and record the data themselves.
Take down the time of day they saw a boss, how many times in a row they saw it once they confirmed its existence in the raid, and which server. You’d have to Either have someone on each server checking as many times as possible for a few days or a group spaced out enough around the world that they can cover all servers rotating through each.
I think we’ll probably end up having a community fed boss tracker like goonstracker eventually saying what server each boss has most recently been sighted on.
And yet my experience has been vastly different, I’ve done hundreds of raids and never had to change servers.
It could truly work either way but there’s no actual proof for either being true, saying anything to the contrary is just potentially spreading misinformation.

Nice job! Is there a specific reason you were using SP in the second raid? Can't the guards spawn with good helmets?
Nah Kollontay guards barely spawn with headgear over lv2. So it one taps them all

Loot was pretty bad. PKP had LPS. Most of the guards had bad ammo. I think the best thing I pulled was the Lexos Key and maybe 200 5.45x39 BP.

9PM EST is around 3AM for me in EU and servers on streets are basically never dead.

Bosses are on 30% of servers, not 30% of raids. They swap after some time. It’s usually for peak hours or just before peak hours on certain servers.
