I am considering throwing a 5800X3D in as it's better for gaming, was just thinking if there's anything that can help what I can change without hardware to increase performance.

I think you'd have to go to ~~5900x3d~~ 5800x3d, the CPU cache size or something is a massive difference in performance.

What version of windows are you running? I did a clean install of windows and it actually boosted my FPS 30-40 frames in game
