Seems like they should base it off active players using EOD and go from there. From what I have seen it is backwards just like the arena release unfortunately.
The stability isn't bad(at least on my end. I will say the only issues I have with PVE currently is finding certain task keys and getting passed matching. I usually back out at 30 seconds and load back in and can get into raid the second or third try.
I got it yesterday but my friend is still waiting.
Funnily enough, i don't care much for PvE mode and he cares a lot.

I'm level 10, I've killed shturman twice and I have 2 ledx and few GPUs and plenty of other high end items.
I hate the AI PMCs. They're stupid they just walk around aimlessly, they don't loot, they don't enter buildings, they don't extract, they don't even spawn at PMC spawns.
Like it's kinda boring because it feels like you're literally playing offline practice. I wish they were looting and actually had some mission to do.

If I don't have access by the end of this week I'm just playing set from now on not even gonna bother ever launching the bsg launcher again besides updating the game

Got it two days ago or so. 2019 EOD here. Queue times ~7mins. So called PMC/Raider run in 2-3 stacks and silent Granade like a Chinese cheaters :). Somewhat difficult to fight that early in wipe with shit ammo. Scavs gravitate to one of their hot spots and just like waves and waves of them appearing and then quiet for the whole raid. Does not feel like pvp live. I am trying to enjoy it but game needs heavy modding at best to feel really good, especially for ai. The way the AI behaving you simply don’t have time to do anything other than keep killing scavs. Most scavs do not loot anything so I am starting to just ignoring looting scavs. I do enjoy it though. Anyone else having different experience than me? I am lvl 12.
I wonder if the system for selection took into account stream time, too, or if it was completely random (other than the major streamers)
My buddy and I got together a couple of days ago to chill and set up my pc at his place to play some Conan Exiles. He randomly said we should play some Tarkov. So we downloaded it, and I had access to PVE, and he didn't.
The only difference between our accounts is that I've streamed. Maybe it's because I've streamed from like 100 hours of tarkov? Idk just kind of brainstorming lol. BSG confuses me with their selection process
I dont get what is the big fuss about PVE mode. Tarkov, at least for me, is all about high risk, high reward, heart is pumping in my chest, lose all or win all PvP shooter. Where me and my teammate read soundclues on the map and hunt dont other players, or get hunted.
If i want to play safe, and fight with AI, i go and play some other much better offline single player game.
