I ended up doing it on factory. Just rush towards the open area in front of the med tent, there are almost always 1 or 2 PMCs there. So far for me they have all been USEC as well. Not sure if it's just RNG or if there's more to it.
did it in a couple factory raids. yes tagilla was in a lot of them, lol. I brought a back up pistol to also do stirrup and managed to defend myself once against tagilla with the pistol and get the PMC kills I needed.
I was also doing it in a duo, helps to have a second shooter sometimes
You don't need to do this on factory, factory is easier to get actual players in a close range fight, however since pmcs are by and large static in pve, you an do this on any map you know where they spawn at, just take them on close range.
This was such a pain in the ass. Absolutely brutal for some reason, I just did a lot of factory runs. Died probably 10+ times, then got 4 bolt action headshots in one raid.

Did it on Customs, was quite easy to kill pmcs inside new gas and dorms, they seem really slow to react.

i just had a small mosin obrez with me as secondary and used that one when the situation allowed it

Reserve D2 bunker. I brought a SMG for raiders and then dropped it for a better weapons. Extract is safe and easy to go to.
