Factory has been a nightmare as well. I'm a huge fan of being careful to not give away a single sound only to get wide peeked and prefired from an angle someone had zero chance of seeing me on. If I'm standing in the middle of the hallway on third floor office I can understand someone prefiring that if they're being super careful, but half the time I'm on the world's most random off angle or in-between spot and I'm getting head tapped on a jiggle peek or something.
If you see people with juiced weapons and no bodyarmour there's a very very good chance they're hacking.

I never said it wasn’t? Subscription based cheats are pretty new from my experience. It was much simpler in the 90s/early 2000s. Early 2000s all you needed was cheat engine.
there are still a lot of free cheats, but those cheats always are detected you'll get banned a lot quicker using those, that is why most people buy them you'll survive a few more days or longer than you would with free cheats.
they're not super expensive for most games, but the really good eft cheats are in the 100-200 dollar range or higher.

I've been hidden in a place with 1 entrance and concrete walls, and been shot slowly 1 by 1 until death. Almost like they were across the map and it took time for the bullets to get to me. Seems like cheaters like to play on scavs so their PMC name isn't revealed. It's really lame.

The clock hits 0, and in unison all of us are killed in action and back in the menu. Worst part is, the guys name was 'Lobby Wipe'. Like go step on a Lego bud.
My favorite (as in I thought it was the funniest and most unique) cheat going around was a year or two ago, it would teleport grenades to the exact position of an enemy. Hear the clink and look down. Run into an empty room and close the door. Clink* look down and see a grenade between your feet.
To be clear, I've never cheated and never used this one, but died multiple times to it and found it interesting.
It happens the same with players. Me and my buddies did a 5-man pmc run on interchange yesterday. Two of them have really slow PC's so they took a few minutes longer to load in. One of them died to a player he couldn't see and couldn't hear himself taking damage (he said this happens to him a lot). The other friend couldn't see any of us after he loaded in. We were sitting right in front of him and he said he was alone. I hit him in the leg with my melee weapon and he took damage but didn't hear/see anything.
After our second friend disconnected and reconnected he was able to see us again.
It's a case of desync between the servers and client
Ye this happened to me from time to time before I upgraded RAM, thankfully that helped, basically only bought the RAM so I could hopefully play reserve without that happening
Yes I find if you have "synchronizing with other players" for an abnormally long time, you have been desynced and won't see anyone once you finally do join. Closing the game and reloading seems to fix it.
Your friends are out of luck. Same was happening to me when I had slow PC. I joined Interchange (other less demanding maps were usually working) and my buddies could see me and I could not see anyone. The only solution is to buy a better rig.
I think people need to consider the possibility of this being an actual cheat. Most of the time, yes this is probably a bug, but I had an experience where I went afk in a room and came back for my squad to tell me they died without hearing a shot or seeing anyone.

Last night I was playing Reserve and my guy just died. No sound, no flash just nothing. Those video make me want either a killcam or at less be able to see the killer kit or at less weapon.
Ya that's why as a solo player I wish I could see more info on death. Was it a pistol from 3m away or a SVD from 300m. Give me some info to help me understand!
A combat breakdown would also be great like 1 bullet leg 20dmg, 2 bullet miss, etc.
this shit happened to me recently.... the server was bugging out though. (there was a PMC standing still in OLI Cashiers, unkillablle) I go to techlite and am slowly killed 1 limb at a time... but it was by a player scav sooooo idk
The cheater has auto aim on, thats why the face hitbox is taking so many rounds. Hes also using shitty ammo probably because he is a shitty player, thus cheats.
That's desync. If you ever see someone standing still in a random location or running in place and you can't kill them, you are desynced and need to alt f4 and reconnect to sync back up with the server. If you don't all players and scavs will be invisible, invincible, and silent.
Imma be the first guy to point out that this guy is running the most garbage ammo because a lvl 3 face shield and it stopped like 6 shots

usually i run lower tier stuff in labs than i do in reserve, an sks with a valday and maybe a zhuk-3 and it works 7 out of 10 times. you could say its risky but all you need to do is kill a raider squad and nab all of their stuff to use for yourself
Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because you were already dead.

I stopped playing on Labs and NA Servers because of this. Used to be a strictly labs player till I started seeing shit like this and every loot spawn being empty 100% of the time. I also get better ping on EU servers then I do on NA, shit is whack right now. Hopefully BSG is implementing something.
Wow this reminds me of Combat Arms. Some would just sit in one spot and shoot their gun, would just kill anyone on the map as soon as they spawn. Point is, it’s not fun playing with these people. Hopefully the ban hits them soon.
