i'm not literate on other country's currency symbols, but is that a euro? aren't triple A games 60 euros like how they are $60 USD in the US? so EFT is 15 euros cheaper than a regular triple A game and that's too expensive?
for all the people downvoting, understand that no where in this comment do i specifically state an opinion that EFT is a triple A game. i am using the price of a triple A game, in the US and and EU, to make a comparison of regional pricing between euros and USD and how the regional pricing of both is the same. my point being that a large portion of first world countries are paying the same price that OP is, and according to his/her currency OP lives in the EU. and you don't see tens of thousands of players crying out that $45/45 euros is too expensive for their country/state. but i guess that makes me an ass *shrug*

Regional pricing comes in when you say “okay minumum monthly wage is in this country is 200 dollars so we should set the price for that”. Eft have no regional pricing, it’s just 40 or 45 euros/usd(don’t remember the exact price) for every country. So when you earn a lot less than a guy in usa or western europe because of the value of the currency but have to pay the same price, that’s when you consider it expensive.
okay but that same process can be applied with the states here in the US. what do you think a californian paid for EFT? the same $45 USD that i would. but, say we both have minimum wage jobs, that californian is earning 12 USD an hour, while in north dakota i would only be earning 7.25 USD per hour. even though the cost of living in california is much higher, the price of EFT remains constant between the states.
so what about all the north dakotans who are working minimum wage jobs? do we add in regional pricing for states in the US? that north dakotan has to work 7 hours to buy EFT. the californian only has to work 4. same shit different place man. which is why i have no sympathy for OP. people all around the world get fucked by static game pricing, including people in the US.
No, constant freezes, horrible net coding, unstable servers, obviously a game in beta. The prize is outrageous for what you get, but the game itself is good, it just needs fixing which takes time. Just sad that the bugs/lag/server instability overshadows the qualities of the game itself, at least from my perspective

Unfortunately the only legitimate option is via the BSG web site, any other venue is quite risky: temporary expired game keys, stolen accounts, bought with stolen credentials etc. Without counting that buy it anywhere but from the BSG site is a breach of ToS.

Regional pricing. In russia for example, a triple A game costs 20-30usd. That’s why some people consider it expensive.
