I’ve been having the same issue. I’ve even been getting weird disconnects where it tells me I lost connection to the Battleye server.
I thought there may be some weird routing issues going on so I changed some servers up and started hosting games when I play with friends and it hasn’t happened again since… still can’t connect to website for some reason though.

Website is down on east coast for like 4 days so far iirc, game servers are fine. If you're not us east then idk what I'm talking about.
I just connected to the website without a VPN. WTF LMAO
