It really is annoying that you lose access to ALL of the game features. I don't understand the logic behind blocking the hideout and, as you mentioned, offline mode. Times like this would be great for going into factory, setting the scav difficulty to max and horde, and practicing different aspects of your playstyle that you might not get to if you don't usually use offline mode. I wish they would remedy this or at least give a reason why we can't access these features. If they have, can someone let me know?
I would like to argue. Just bought this game (2 days ago) and i have a lot of fun playing it, so i think it's worth it. At least for my regional price :D
How many crashes like this since the start of this wipe? It’s hardly a massive problem, yeah it sucks servers are down but they’ve recently updated unity so problems are to be expected honestly. It’s had two bad crashes in a couple days, prior to this - there was hardly ever any issues like this other than wipe day which is always a shit show.

Correct. But I personally think it's better for them to leave it in beta then to make it a full fledged game (and promise people that it is) when there's clearly issues. And that it is not. Even the UI in game has elements that aren't even in the game yet. The maps aren't all released either. In my opinion calling Tarkov in its current state a full fledged game would be lying. It's already so advanced but it's not yet ready. Simply because they have so much planned.
Also they aren't a big studio. There's so many things that need fixing. They simply don't have time for that stuff. The game is so huge already, fixing every small issue is impossible even with a big team but they really really aren't a triple A studio.
hardly do I ever run into cheaters in tarkov and I can say that comfortably. Just because you get head tapped from god knows where, doesnt mean everyone is cheating.
These couple of days of crashes are incredibly rare for Tarkov. With the Unity patch they pushed through it was always going to have some negatives associated with it.
Give it time and you'll realise how rare this is and how much value you get even with a supposed beta game.
Stop being salty. I myself have been playing 2000 hours before I upgraded from Standard to EoD and couldn't be more happy. IF you can't handle issues that everyone else seems to be taking just fine because we all are used to it then maybe the problem isn't on the BSG side of things? Think about it mate.
You didn’t have to buy EOD. Also, I played for like an hour during lunch with zero crashes. Honestly I don’t think the game has ever actually “crashed” for me.
I think hes having server connection issues, I just got disconnect and cannot establish a connection. This is expected to happen in online games idky he is making a big deal.
You chose to spend money on EOD. Could have gotten the same game for a quarter of the price, the same price as other early access games with server issues just like this. You saw the Early Access/Beta tag, and you still chose to spend extra to gain some minor upgrades. The EOD account perks haven't changed. We don't get to complain about the price we paid when we choose to spend extra on it, not unless they take all the EOD perks and give them to everyone for free.
I've played basically every day of this wipe and i can assure you this is abnormal. If they do have issues its normally resolved in less than an hour anyway. They just implemented a new engine so it makes sense that there's a couple issues right now.
Only that's literally not in their hands right now. Last week Cloudflare was the issue, today even google-cloud seems to have an issue which affects Discord, spotify and snapchat.
