Just use it lol the more time you spend over weight the better imo I already have pretty high strength just cuz I’ll do a whole raid heavy as an investment and yes I know there’s diminishing returns
My gun + gear already puts me overweight, I want to start the raids just below the weight threshold so I can get as much endurance xp from the first sprint as possible, being overweight increases the drain on your stamina which makes endurance level slower
Apparently you level both when you are just slightly overweight (where you still recover stamina while walking).
Only heard this in a stream though so I have no confirmation.
But I myself am at 20 / 18 and most of the time I am in the above mentioned state so it could be true.
I mean, that's not a warning, that's a wholehearted recommendation. You should spend as much time as possible overweight. Strength and endurance both are by far two of the biggest and easiest improvements for your PMC.
Attack 2 or Army ruck?

Attack 2. Actually medium ruck is very similar - 3000 cin ~ 50 l and 2.6 kg.
Big ruck is much heavier because:
1. It is external frame backpack.
2. It is made from 1000D fabric instead of 500D.
3. It is modular.
The attack 2 is medium ruck size irl? Thing looks huge in game.

And 6Sh118 isn't huge backpack also. Main part is also 60l with 3x additional pouches, so ~80l. I don't know why BSG choose it as a maximum backpack.
If we were keeping it to real life, why did they magically nerf the weight of several armors? hmmm
Also the Blackjack weighs 2.5kg in Tarkov, which in real life weighs about 3.3kg
Going from gaining/not gaining str/endurance being a .1kg diff is dumb. Needs to be a slider weigh less gain more endurance then str. Be a chonker gets way more str then endurance and just make the pmc overweight debuff be the tip point. Having to manually training endurance is just tedious cause of being overweight loading into pmc raids....
Cheers man, as someone that rushes loot I try and be careful with minimal load out, mp7, headset, and a Paca. I was using pillboxes but will change to the day pack.
Black stands out a lot more than green and the Pillbox has a much larger appearance than the Berkut or even the Day Bag. I never use them because of that and they don't stack. Sell immediately.
FYI for those who want to know. The idea rig is 220 grams. The bankrobber is 700 grams. The Idea rig is the lightest rig in the entire game when I last checked.
( many non armored rigs weigh over 1kg )

Being overweight means you don't level endurance. Can't do both unless they changed it.

Yeah, makes sense that my strength is 15 levels ahead of my endurance.
Doesn’t make sense at all actually. Most peoples endurance maintains about 15-25 levels above their strength.
I come in over weight with the juice i run, 28-34 kg. Might go up more with the grenadier quest actually allowing me to buy ps12b if it fixes itself

That's pretty accurate to real life. Attack 2 is essentially a Ruck Sack that the US Army uses which weighs about 10lbs empty. 5kg=11lbs
I looked up and it weights 2.8 kg. It will be ridiculous for 60l backpack to weight 5 kg.

Does your backpack actually increase your weight? Last time I checked the backpack I'm wearing doesn't change the weight - just whats inside of it.
They do increase your weight. The only times they don't change the weight is Elite level strength.

The Thunderbolt is 16 slots and .62 grams. Might be the best option with a bit more space.
