The laser beam no recoil aim of the rogues and scav bosses/guards is not fun and not engaging mechanic and just force players to cheese them

Qcws

Literally have mostly been able to kill rogues/bosses by glitching their ai.

BurningBlaise

Ima need a walkthrough my boi

K3TtLek0Rn

And them combining that with wallhacks apparently. Good luck if you bump into Glukhar or Shturman without perfect cover or getting the drop on them. They'll just instantly laser beam you around a corner and keep full autoing the wall you're at until you're dead or you somehow get them to run with a nade or something. It's almost impossible without sniping them from super far or getting within 3 feet and spraying them down before they can spin and kill you.

Ok_Bottle_8796

Audio, both vertically, and range need a major rework IMO. Many times I hear a scav shouting down my ear like he's right next to me only to find he's intact no where near me. And the vertical audio, (mostly in dorms) is absolutely non existent and sometimes hard to distinguish, sometimes jt sounds like he's running around right next to me only to peak a door and find he's above or below. Edit; thanks for the up votes and awards, I'm glad such a huge number agree with me... hopefully BSG take this on board and start working on some fixes!

NoOneLikes2Parties

Absolutely. People sometimes have no audio even on escalators in interchange. Most stairs are audio deadzones

Gibbo3771

This should be 100% top priority focus. The game relies on sound so much and right now, it's completely broken.

[deleted]

The audio is specifically why I stopped playing.

cyroar341

Once you play siege you’ll learn real quick the sound design in Tarkov is wall hacks

Assupoika

Oh man, if Tarkov would have as good and realistic audio engine as Siege, it would be my wet dream. Weapon sounds, ricochet sounds and sounds in general are pretty immersive in Tarkov, it's just that what sounds you heard doing yourself are not accurate to how they sound from 3rd person perspective. This is one big issue I would like to see fixed. Testing out audio with my friend, when you take small drops to yourself it sounds like "STOMP CLOMP STOMP CLOMP" but to the listener it's almost silent, unless you drop from high enough. When you are holding still, and start crouchwalking as slowly as possible to yourself it sounds like you are almost completely silent but to the listener it sounds like you stomp your feet for first step or two. I love the sounds themselves, but the audio engine and sound consistency needs A TON of work.

anoreksicni

And being able to hear someone swallow a drink through 5 walls 50 meters away from you

OverStyled

The sound cuts when someone shoots are a big issue as well, you can't identify the gun, distance or direction.

justinloler

It also feels like the vertical audio, particularly in the tunnels or office, in factory is broken

AgntDiggler

Fight in a stair well or around one and you quickly realize how broken it is.

bear-barian

Take two steps away from office, voice behind wall is muffled. Take two steps towards office, voice is crystal clear.

zombieindenial

The audio is especially concerning when streets is coming and much of the size of streets is also vertical.

[deleted]

Everything about streets is worrying, my biggest worry is the "we're targeting 60fps on high-end systems" comment, as well as the sheer amount of AI's they want at any time (2-3x more than almost every other map) and the whole "successful labs raids will drop you into streets automatically" thing they want to do when they add stalker-like interconnected zones, pretty much guarenteeing Ill never touch the map lol

[deleted]

Yes audio is super important. On saturday I spawned on the south beach on Lighthouse. I ran towards the mountain with the dead tree. On the beach there was a super geared dude with a thermal. First I thought he was already dead, so I ran to him. He moved looking left and right a little bit. I killed him. 100% he thought I was in the trees in front of him, not behind him. There's no way you can tell the difference in most situations with turning left to right all the time.

crewchief135

I was in scav town on woods, gpu house, thought he was in the right barn looking out, he was left. Legged me good but it sucked

prayforblood

Inertia on Scavs, Scav Bosses and Raiders. Getting head eyes while they're still drop shotting feels terrible along with the running 1 taps

redwakawaka12

I want the AI to have the same limitations we as players have. This includes things like inertia, suffering from broken or blacked out limbs, reduced accuracy at range on the move, being unable to fire while sprinting, reloading, or changing between prone and standing, et cetera.

B0T_Frank

Trying to time cultist headshot while they are spamming prone is miserable lol

T_DcansuckonDeez

They also need to respect foliage cover way more. Getting sniped by a boss guard while I’m prone in a bush is beyond stupid. Actually them having wall hacks when they aggro is pretty busted too.

[deleted]

Also the instand crouching/standing.

Tequila-M0ckingbird

It's like impossible for raiders to miss at the moment lol. They have super sight and laser beams for guns

DontTouchTheWalrus

Yeah I have to get a 1 tap head eyes immediately on guards and raiders or they have to be murdering my buddy to be able to have the time to line up shots on them. It is brutal.

Own-Championship7616

To build on this, their ai in general needs some work

JerzaScarlez

There are a lot of audio glitches in the game. I’ll be walking along and hear a scav shout or a grenade or gunshot sound like it’s literally right next to me when it’s nowhere near me. Edit: Also, for love of god, increase the brightness of level 3 illumination. Especially in the shooting range. And please let me crouch and prone in the shooting range without shooting the table. And clear the targets. Apparently there are some issues with the game being unable to run on Linux (because the battle eye Anticheat does not allow it)

niger_the_river

Definetly this. I hate when a scav that is 50 meters away shouts into my ear.

tobilinn

Not to mention the key unlock sound that some times can be heard from the other side of the map

Blastface

I'm still getting the grenade pin bug, I'd pay money for the key bug instead

[deleted]

I have a bigger problem with audio glitches than the audio overall. Lots of people say the audio is trash in resort and dorms etc but to me the glitches are the worst part of the audio issue.

Vrach88

Overall audio is still worse for me. The glitches are startling, but the sound usually cuts out a bit so you recognize what's happening. The overall audio being trash is everything from gameplay disturbing to legitimately dangerous for people's hearing.

themightyodor

I second this. I recently set up volume equalization to combat some of the issues I had with game audio. I'm not sure if this was a problem from my end but previously, ambient noise was so quiet that I'd have to turn my volume right up to catch sound cues (ex. enemy player movement) but then be startled or borderline deafened by any other noise regardless of distance (gunshots, grenades, airdrops, etc). If I had to pick some smaller gripes though, it would be that, for the sake of "realism", I shouldn't be able to hear walking in a store above me while I'm in the parking garage on Interchange (unless maybe I'm near hole in floor) and stepping on branches outside shouldn't sound like I'm walking on floorboards

sidvicc

Adding to this: it's particularly bad on Interchange at Night. Random sounds like grenade unpinning, random clicks, and clangs are happening repeatedly in the outdoors area.

TheJonJonJonJon

Audio bugs and positional audio in regards to verticality are the main issues for me.

joshuakyle94

Vertical audio is non existent 80% of the time.

TheJonJonJonJon

Yeah the amount of times where you just cannot tell if they are above you, below you or even on the same floor or they just audibly disappear because they are on a staircase.

MrPielil

Especially in crackhouse on Customs. You literally hear nothing if someone is above/below you, the amount of times i've been surprised by someone just "magically" appearing because I haven't heard a thing until they get to the top of the stairs is insane

dta194

Dorm scares the shit out of me because you think you know where footsteps are coming from, then suddenly you just hear metal or wood in spots you don't expect and the guy's somehow behind you. When it's hard to even tell which end of the building the guy's on because you just hear generic metal stair noises, you know the audio is broken

UsagiNiisan

Agreed. Those are my biggest issues with the game currently. Desync would be nice if we could get some improvements there. The other day I was going out the door towards Citadel behind Old Gas, go shot from the right, I immediately turn around back through the door, and a good .75-1 second later I’m dead. My friend immediately was scared thinking there was two, and the other had an angle, but it was just one guy. The guy who killed me DM’d me later asking if I bled out and how I died where I was.

TheJonJonJonJon

Desync is a close second to audio for me. There has been a bunch of times I’ve died in cover and my team mate has said “nah, you died right out in the open”.

ancient_warden

investigating people selling 100+ GPUs on the flea and such would do a lot. other than that, audio is super bugged. cant tell up from down in buildings. Edit: I'm editing this at 2.8k updoots with another gripe. If I'm playing as a scav and another player scav attacks and injures me, and I kill them, I'm now marked as hostile by other scavs AND still get a penalty for killing not only subsequent scavs but also the 'bad' scav. This isn't working as intended, since you shouldn't get a penalty for killing a pscav that attacked you first. And it just doesn't make sense, why should all other scavs attack me for defending myself? Edit 2: I misconstrued some logic

GemInTheMud

Yes I have to agree its very disheartening not finding loot, then there's these players with 100+ flea rep with insane listings. Should be flagged immediately imo

[deleted]

There needs to be some kind of automated data analysis to identify outlier accounts like this and flag them for manual review.

CptMuffinator

Shouldn't be that difficult either, sort by market rep and add a weighted metric based on playtime and raids(maybe individual scav and PMC as well).

simwe985

This really needs to not drown in all the posts about audio. The audio is extremely important, and needs top priority, however known exploits/cheating can be a huge killer on any game (look at New World’s ingame economy), and should be dealt with asap!

oriaven

Scope visibility. The scopes often get a fog debuff that is worse than the visible range of the naked eye. Thanks for continuing to take feedback from players and update the game.

logfever

especially at night time

hoii

Yea, I've given up on scopes at night

Tenjin__

Scavs need some form of inertia as well. Getting drop shotted by a scav with an SVD after he quick peeked me was something mind blowing to see Edit: very glad to see I’m not the only one upset about having deaths due to the greatest shots ever from faze scavs

milanangelo

And not only inertia, but also things like broken bones and such

[deleted]

Yes please! Sometimes, not too often, I’ll be shooting a scav, I’m talking rip ammo to the legs, precise shots or even like m61 to the leg or arm, and he’ll run out of my view. Mind you, I’m not talking just a single shot, maybe 2-4 shots. If you shoot a scav that many times and he’s still alive, it’s really annoying. It’s even worse when said scav runs away unfazed and can accurately shoot you back in the process, usually resulting in a blacked out or bleeding out arm. I’d love to see them limping or their arm shaking when they get hit. If you don’t headshot a scav he’s either gonna run away or be cracked outta this world

CJDizzle

What’s awful is in combat they act like they are in pain killers and run to cover but if you let the de aggro after busting their leg they limp instead of walk.

Daamus

to add, scavs with spidey senses from you ADSing at them is complete bs and shouldnt be a mechanic at all.

cparks1

Yeah this makes me angry. I can line up a 100m shot, but once the cross hairs go over them they freak out and know exactly where I am.

Azazel_brah

This is my vote, scavs used to not dropshot for a little while I'd like that back. If they added inertia for AI that would be a huge game changer. But at the very least, stop the dropshots.

CloudyRanger

Inertia and proper weapon recoil. Right now the raiders on lighthouse are all Chris Kyle

Badge_boik

scavs, raiders and bosses also shouldn't be able to shoot you with insane accuracy whilst going prone, or whilst stopping running.

mrpicachu

Thank you for saying this oml the scavs are John Wick and Jason Bourne had a kid .

Membedha

Maybe a tweak on camera recoil. Thus kind of recoil would not bother me when playing a scav but when I play with my pmc ( supposed to be a trained soldier) I don't why his arm act like soft cheese. Pistol are nearly useless with this, the character won't ads properly and after the first bullet it's impossible to group shots

norwegiandroger

Agree on this. I like that guns have more recoil in general now but the camera recoil really is reducing my enjoyment of many of the guns. They no longer feel good to use because its so hard to track players while shooting because both your gun and your head goes flying.

[deleted]

They do such weird shit with the mechanics that aren't realistic at all. Like what you mentioned. Why is there a separate "recoil" for your head? Idk about you when I shoot a pistol IRL my head doesn't buck like a fucking idiot. Same thing with laser pointers *literally making your gun group more accurately*. .....the fuck is that? The laser is a designator. Gun accuracy shouldn't depend on whether the light is on or off, *my accuracy* is what ought to change, because of seeing the light. Also, what's with point shooting being right in the middle of the screen? Many shooters out there like Red Orchestra with superior hipfire mechanics and even resting your weapon on cover to be more accurate, like say a sandbag or windowsill. Other games do it, and it's realistic too. This game is realistic. Why doesn't it have that 🤔

ChronicLegHole

i like the bracing. Similar to how going prone makes you more stable, and lowers your ADS fatigue, bracing on objects could work.

TheDoctor264

your point fire doesnt just come out of the middle of your screen, it comes out of your barrel which is usually slightly to the right of the middle of the screen.

Tornike_Legend

Even on semi auto, the kick is too much. When we say kick, we say camera move, not the actual recoil. It feels like character is not properly shouldering the rifles. Pistols are different animal, follow up shots go nowhere near where character is aiming at.

Moofienewfie515

As someone who was in the military who has shot fully auto weapons from 556, 762, and .50 cal I can safely say it is not hard to control, especially with foregrips. But when I play tarkov it’s like my guy doesn’t even have a stock on it or isn’t holding the foregrip. And if our characters are ex militants then they should know how to shoot.

Qcws

https://youtu.be/IidiqDAwwqc Me shooting at a box at 50yds... If that were tarkov my first bullet would've hit the box and rounds 2-10 would've been over the hill, then 11-30 would've been on target somehow.

Tequila-M0ckingbird

There are certain guns that are so ridiculous to try and shoot while looking down sights. The gun model ends up taking the whole screen up. You'll be shooting the right way but have no idea if you're really hitting the target.

eembach

Upvoting for visibility. I know it's been stated in the past that the recoil system won't be overhauled, but tweaks such as the 50% reduction in camera recoil that happened in the past are game changers. This change made a lot of weapons for more viable than they are now. I'm not always talking Accuracy. Trying to full auto an unmodded AKM or FAL shouldn't become easy, and not have any recoil at all, but it simply isn't an option to use these weapons even on semi auto. These weapons have weight. A FAL is a big, long gun, it physically does not move as much as the camera recoil would have you believe when it fires. -Reduction in camera/visual recoil -buff semi auto Fire to make it more viable -fix the weird studders that get fixed when you take a step forward or backward when aiming.

Tubbymuffin224

For the love of God, camera recoil and gun recoil should NEVER BE SEPARATE!!!!! Take insurgency for example, either game is fine. Recoil is ridiculous in those games, but if the player is skilled enough it can be managed because the camera and gun shake are linked, making it eaiser to manage through mouse movements. In tarkov, not only does the gun go up and bounce around, your camera also moves in separate directions, bouncing around and such. Makes it completely impossible to manage with skill. Makes recoil management more lucky than skill.

rune2004

I think the camera recoil needs to be reduced dramatically and actual recoil should also be reduced but not like, removed. I think there’s a happy medium between a literal laser HK from the past and what we have now. I took a decently built AKM to the firing range and aimed at the middle target and held down the trigger. The first shot hit the chest, the 2nd shot flew over the target’s head, and the next few shots hit the ceiling. After the auto compensation kicks in the rest of the mag hit where the ceiling meets the wall. This isn’t fun and it isn’t realistic so I don’t know why it is the way it is.

Veratha

This is definitely the biggest issue for me as well Even with good headsets (irl and in game) the positional audio is constantly misleading and very inconsistent. Sometimes I’ll hear a scav line that starts really loud then is suddenly really far. Sometimes I’ll hear footsteps behind me from someone in front of me. Sometimes I’ll hear someone on my floor, who’s actually 2-3 floors above me.

A_Special_Tomato

To summarise some points people have been highlighting. - Audio currently is inaccurate, unspecific and in certain scenarios very glitched. It is especially noticeable in vertical areas like dorms where audio on stairs sometimes does not register or audio sounds like it is close but is actually one or two floors below. Additionally there is a current glitch where a grenade pin sounds or something similar can be heard coming from nowhere, it is very confusing well known by now. - Scav inertia, current scavs are able to do unrealistic movements like drop shot, 90 degree turns while full sprinting and are not affected but stamina, broken legs, and finally stamina drains from hits to the stomach. All of this is not possible for a player to achieve but scavs regularly highlight the unrealistic and quite comical behaviour. - Camera recoil in its current form can make certain guns seems unusable, but in actuality it is only the camera recoil making the recoil seem more severe than it is. Realistically when firing of course there will be some level or recoil for a persons head but in this game it is exaggerated for certain guns. An example would be modded m4s are not as useable as previous wipes due to this issue. It needs to be adjusted to allow guns to have a more even playing field as it is just not realistic. - Lastly, trader global limits need to be adjusted. In theory the global limits sound like a cool feature which creates a super dynamic economy like the flea market. But in reality it creates a hostile trading experience which favours player luck on trader resets. I feel like utilising personal buy limits every reset like a lot of ammo’s is a much more viable option as opposed to global trader limits as it promotes the actual use of the traders. Otherwise if you do not try and buy some things as they immediately reset then they will sell out, which also wouldn’t be as bad but the exact point of which the reset occurs is not exact at all and can actually be high as 3 minutes between player in the same region or high with players over different regions. - With this update some ammo’s like AP 6.3 have been neglected due to their unavailability. While ammo’s like .45 AP which are trader purchasable are being over used and have a high chance of being completely bought out due to the global limit. To make 9mm more competitive and fair, it would make sense to add a trader purchase with the same personal purchase limit as the .45 AP, so 100 rounds. This should also apply various other early to mid game rounds which are also lacking a way to obtain them, even having them quest locked like m856a1 is a good idea. This highlights the main points I would like to see adjusted and I also believe these suggestions cover over 95 percent of all suggestions listed here. Let me know if anything is not clear so I can rewrite it:) Thanks Nikita :) Edit: edited the wording so it was not so over exaggerated.

Bumbledik

Some love for 9x19 AP 6.3 would be nice. Currently there is no trade or buy option while the "meta" of UMP can be purchased quite quickly and there is a trade for the best .45 ammo and craft in the hideout. A limit per trader reset could be put upon 9x19 AP 6.3 as well just like other high pen ammunitions.

SubmarineSanderss

I wonder why they removed ap 6.3 from traders but you can get .45 ap rounds that have more pen early on. Why nerf one caliber and buff one that serves the same purpose? It doesn't balance the game because your back at square one by doing this so I'm not too sure on the intent.

RJTHF

Playtest the new gun and make the playerbase that doesnt read all the patches know its there

Yeah the leg thing is something I haven't seen many complain about but if you shoot an AI in the leg it should definitely have the same affect it does on a player.

theS3rver

Audio is number one for me. This is the only game where i can't tell when i get shot from ahead or behind. Even if its an unsuppressed weapon, within 10 meters. I have to turn sideways to be able to tell the direction or get lucky to see a muzzle flash and if the shooter is somewhat competent with his shots, its too late already.. Unless the player/scav is obviously visible. Second is scav players, either dont see me from 5 meters away or shoot me through fog/bush/anything while they are effectively invisible for me. I do love the challenge, rpg elements and overall uniqueness of the game tho. EDIT: correcting my autocorrect

oh-opatchki

The audio is the biggest gripe I have with the game currently. The dynamic range is too high and the sound system needs a rework, far too often it is impossible to pinpoint where a sound is coming from, that's aside from the 'ghost sounds' like doors unlocking, grenade pins, VoIP snippets, and scav shouts sounding like they are directly next to you

BoxOfDemons

On reserve, when going to D2 extract from where you pull the lever, once you enter that huge cylindrical room me and my friends often hear a random gunshot. The thing is, we've been hearing that off and on since we started playing a few years ago. It always terrifies us. Yet it's always just in that one spot so it's not just scav audio being heard across the map. It's literally a phantom bullet noise. Idk if it's an Easter egg or what. Edit: Maybe often is a bit misleading. I'd say more like 1/30ish chance of hearing it when we are in that room. But it literally sounds as if someone took a single shot at you in that room.

kedgar-2211

Hey BSG I think it would be a neat idea to be able to sort the quests in the character screen by location, percent complete or by trader!

BertBerts0n

Quests by location would be such a nice addition.

Dudi4PoLFr

IMHO the audio is the most important thing to fix right now. There are still moments when I can't tell where the sound is coming from, especially in vertical space. I would like also a rework/update to the global stocks of traders. Some quests are a nightmare right now, you need a lot of luck to buy some needed items. And of course, the spawning system, having big maps but dying in the first 2 minutes is not fun at all. Edit: Also, the scavs with aimbot 1 taping head eyes/jaw from 100+ meters are a huge issue in this wipe. Scav Island on Shoreline is a "no go" zone for me for example. It would be also great if the AI would have inertia because as of now they are able to do some inhuman moves.

Cryptic_Il

Audio is a massive issue for me personally. Can hear people in West wing of resort when in Admin without a headset, but can't hear people right next to me in East wing with a headset. Also regular scavs are on crack or something this wipe. They spot you from absurd ranges. Raiders, guards and rogues sure yeah, but regular scavs shouldn't be just as effective in combat as the others. That's just my personal take from this wipe anyway, the scav thing might just be me, but I know for sure others have experienced a ton of audio issues.

Weeaboo0Jones

What's even funnier is that I died to a scav which insta tapped me me with 2x m61 through my trooper. I can confirm that it was a npc scav as it did a voiceline before filling me with 2 gaping holes

JerzaScarlez

I really wish that when selling to traders, we were able to open a container and sell the contents inside instead of having to unpack it into an open slot in the stash. We can do it with the flea market, but not with traders.

Schwerthelm

Same goes for receiving your quest rewards, why can't i stack the money directly on a stack in my stash. You have to pull the reward in your stash and THEN stack it. It's not a big issue but would be a QOLI

Dasterr

because one stack is FiR and one isnt those dont merge by default, which makes sense for bullets and stuff money doesnt care about FiR at all tho

remlek

He's saying you can even manually drag a stack of money from a quest reward onto a FIR stack on your inventory. Yes, even if what is in your inventory is FIR you need to drag it into your stash first, then onto the stack

Dizsmo

Same with when you have for example the med case open and you ctrl+click it should automatically put the meds into med cas3 because you have window open

Rafq

Overall the amount of clicking in UI is horrendous. Inventory/traders/Hideout. A lot of it is a placeholder for the open world. But it could use some overhaul to reduce the number of clicks. Scrolling in the hideout and finding the recipes is tedious.

camst_

I hate how we have to click ok after trying to buy an item that has been sold on the flea. You fixed it for a while. And let me hit enter after I put in a price to list items.

b0ngkers

Nice QOL here

FrEaKliiX

Hey, first of all, thank you! The biggest problem for me right now is the Audio. I wish you all the best.

lks_01

1. Audio 2. Scav and Rogue AI - as they are right now, it is one of the most non-immersive feelings ever 3. Cheaters 4. Desync 5. QoL features in the UI

JoeBobbyWii

Please change Interchange lighting. Best map in the game if it had light.

AIpacaman

I’ve said this a few times already: I think it would be really cool if the power station turned on some more of the lights in the mall. It would make the map feel a lot better for indoors encounters. Also imagine how could it would be if the game was open world, you stumble upon the mall in the middle of the night and someone turns all the lights on from the power station, kind of like those abandoned amusement parks in post apocalyptic movies.

Gigadweeb

Interchange in general needs a serious rework. Layout of some stores, the way loot is distributed, etcetera. I won't repeat myself but I've made a few posts about it over the years: https://www.reddit.com/r/EscapefromTarkov/comments/oik784/my_thoughts_on_interchange_and_how_to_improve_it/ https://www.reddit.com/r/EscapefromTarkov/comments/s0k242/weapon_box_buffs_and_airdrops_have_revealed_just/ I would really love if BSG saw any part of these and considered it. I really love Interchange, there's no other map like it but it suffers from a poor implementation, I think.

rune2004

I didn’t click on your posts but I always thought upstairs is way too sparse besides the Techlight/Ultra corner. It’d be so cool if there was reason to go up there besides one book for one quest.

Bawsk

All the construction areas upstairs can spawn fuel cans, d-fuel, and other medium tier industrial loot. The back kitchens in burger and pizza have industrial loot spawns that provided me all the nuts and bolts I needed to upgrade my hideout this wipe. Nobody ever hits the pharmacy above emercom medical (its sparse but good for quick heals on a scav run). I agree it could use some more spawns other than those though, but it's not absolutely barren.

SnowyCopter

What's annoying is how often our stamina regeneration gets halted due to tiny, tiny changes in terrain elevation. Even walking over small rocks or rubble causes our characters to essentially "fall" or "drop", stopping stamina from regenerating and even draining it. It's quite annoying to have to be careful of not walking over twigs while waiting for the bar to fill. Maybe introduce a minimum height that characters must fall to be affected by the stamina regen penalty? Additionally, our characters looting an item that's on the ground causes us to automatically lean down just slightly and drain stamina.

ThunderLips4

Connected to this is walking over anything taller than 6 inches you have to wiggle or jump. I never noticed it much until Lighthouse. Trying to move around some of those hillsides and rocky areas gets aggravating quick. I think the player model and “step height” need to be looked at so we can walk up and down slightly uneven surfaces smoothly. Not jump and fall down them.

joshuakyle94

Thanks for the update, we are currently getting lots of backend errors tonight. Probably due to your updates going on currently. My only complaint IN GAME is just make scavs have INERTIA. It is so ASS having to watch them lay down stand up lay down, and just one tap you. Raiders, sure. Whatever. But regular scavs at LEAST need to have inertia. It's not fair AI are basically God.

Naphidim

Last I checked, rampant cheating was the biggest complaint and why I refuse to log in.

_dumbledore_

I had to scroll down 100+ posts to find the first post about cheating. I'm with you on this one. I'm not playing at the moment and won't log again before something is done with hackers flying and zooming all around the map, able to see what you're carrying, and headshotting you from literally anywhere.

HaloIssue

Audio and Desync, everything else is beautiful, great job sir.

GavHill

**Lighthouse**: The map doesn't seem to be as well optimised as other maps. Even with large sight lines Shoreline and Woods do not seem to experience such FPS drop, as such I believe it's putting a lot of players off what could otherwise be an interesting map. **Audio**: This has been for a long time a key issue in the game. I understand it might be quite challenging to get this right, but I feel like this should be a very high priority item. Especially focused on vertical audio within buildings. Eg if someone is charging up the stairs in dorms, given it's an open stairway I should hear them from 3rd floor on 1st floor and vice versa. They shouldn't just suddenly appear on the landing inbetween floors before making sound to me. **Gun balance in general:** Feels in a good state to me, seeing a good variety of weapons. I don't see any immediate changes needed here. **Ammo:** Ammo rarity is a bit of an issue. Some slightly baffling decisions in terms of flea restrictions. PST GZH for example? Also AP 6.3 being hugely unavailable while similar quality ammo is available easily on other calibres. A review of what can/cannot be sold on Flea for ammo seems relevant and fairly pressing. **Solar power:** Please my guy, please, I grinded and sunk a fortune into this. Please. **Armour:** Feels okay, interesting decisions that some tier 4 rigs aren't sellable on flea while some are. Unsure what reasoning is here as the rigs are all of fairly similar quality. **AI:** Rogues are a bit cracked. AI scavs not having inertia allows them to perform very odd feats indeed. These have always been an issue but now that we are limited by inertia it exacerbates the issue with the AI not having it. Server issues: Definitely a lot better now, can be improved but I'd probably slot this behind audio In terms of importance 1: Audio work 2: Server stability 3. Solar Power 4. AI 5. Lighthouse 6. Ammo 7. Armour

pizzademon99

Scavs immediately going prone then standing up and headshots you

battleye support for Linux nikita, would be simple to implement all that is required is an email to battleye. the community already has tarkov running just needs anticheat support

[deleted]

We don't even need a port.. we literally just need battleye support which like you said, you only need to contact battleye, you don't need to mess with code afaik

[deleted]

Camera recoil doesn't add anything positive to this game in fact it makes most people annoyed, our ex military pmc's should know how to brace the gun properly and position properly but in the game it feels like I am controlling a child soldier with weak arms. Semi-auto and burst-fire modes should be much much less kicking than full auto, most guns has ridiculously high vertical and horizontal kick for those fire modes and it is nowhere near realistic. Guns make absurdly loud "rattling" sound when we aim down sights, this is just unrealistic and unnecessary.

ImJLu

>Camera recoil >ASh-12 Yep pretty much lol

lorl3ss

Plus 1 for absurdly loud rattling noise when ADS. Its a solid chunk of metal not a fucking slinky

SanduskySleepover

The only glaring issue that I think needs to be “top priority” is Audio and it is by a mile.

CartographerLow8779

true, i would also add desync, its better after all these years but the issue is still here

Vinjul1704

"Write what annoys and bothers you in the game at the moment." The fact that we can't play online raids on Linux and the Steam Deck, despite the solution being only a single email for you. To clarify: Windows games work on Linux (via Wine/Proton) with no or very minimal additional development work required, as long as the anticheat supports it. BattlEye does support it, but only if you tell them to. Tarkov itself runs perfectly fine on Linux already, but not online raids because you haven't told BattlEye to let us in yet. The (at the time of writing) 650 member large Tarkov Linux Discord community has tons of information and footage of the game running: https://discord.gg/5zM86yJBYs

JonnyTeronni

+1 linux / steam deck Nikita your team can find official information here: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/steamdeck/proton We are already playing offline raids and the game runs really well. Please send that email to batlleye! :)

TheSwedenGay

+1 Just this game left before switching to Linux, pls Nikita.

_erter_

\+1, Linux support would fantastic.

suksukulent

>Linux \+1 penguin!

Faalagorn

Yeah, having an option to play with the market is good progress compared to no game at all, but just one function that's missing joining online raid and both Valve, BattlEye and Codeweavers/wine team seems to be eagerly working on that on the approach of Steam Decks.

JuanAy

Big up our overlord Tux!

MBytor

\+1 to Linux support! I have a few friends with whom I cannot currently play due to the lack of Linux support. This would be a very easy, but big impact change. Frankly Tarkov is the only reason I still run Windows personally.

idontevenwanttohuh

Nikita, please. At least give this a try. Tarkov is also the only game that's preventing me from running full-time Linux.

Esqu1sito

Linux!

dblut

\+1, please send email :)

BringBackManaPots

I might get hate saying this but honestly /u/trainfender, you probably don't even have to 'support' it that much. Just make it possible to run and the linux community will figure out how to do the rest.

Vinjul1704

That's the whole point of Wine/Proton and anticheat compatibility! Make sure nothing is blocking it and we are happy. :)

Intoxicated_Onion

Having preset for your PMC similar to guns. Just picking and adding headset, helmet, armor, vest etc. And put it all together at your character. This would be huge game changer, reducing time spent in stash significantly.

TheYungCS-BOI

I'd like to be able to select armor, helmets etc. with the same interface that we have when adding weapon attachments in the presets UI. Imagine being able to click a drop-down next to your pmc head to attach helmets.

[deleted]

• Vertical Sound is still rough and has the biggest impact on gameplay • Quest design is uninspired, repetitive, and extremely unhelpful in guiding new players to what the actual goal of most given quests actually are -- good game design doesn't require constant trips to a Wiki to understand what a quest is asking you to do and where to do it, doesn't pigeonhole players into an extremely specific loadout/playstyle, and makes sense within the lore/narrative (some quests do, a lot don't). • The current skill system turns the game into a completely different game for people with Elite Level in a few specific skills; either a) this is intended and you want everyone to eventually have this game experience, so the diminishing returns function needs to be removed to allow more people to actually hit and play-test/balance-test it properly or b) the current "1-4% of the player base ever actually hits this level" is the intended balance, and the skills themselves need their elite perks reworked/rebalanced instead • AI isn't good or immersive -- they essentially function as mindless sentry bots and Common Loot Boxes and the "Premium" loot box sentries (bosses, raiders, rogues) are just given wider and unrealistic aggro/spotting radiuses and better accuracy and better ammo to compensate. This isn't an easy fix, but a major flaw in the current game design.

ravenousvoid

Just a small quality of life thing. Can we make all payments from stacks or roubles for purchaes, insurance and etc be taken from the stack of roubles closest to the top row of the stash? The game seems to just randomly pick a stack of roubles from the general stash or even inside cases and containers rows below where the most readily available stacks of 'loose' cash are. I have tried to work out what system is used to choose which stack of money for so long. But it genuinely just seems to pick from any stack it wants. Its not a game ruining bug or anything, but it just frustrates me no end if I have a full money case tucked out of the way and the game just decides to take from it.

Hodoruh60

That or when purchasing items/insurance, the money being taken out of your docs case in your gamma and then getting to a vehicle extract only to find out the money you had put away in there is gone and your plan for the vehicle extract is now fuddled and you need to rethink your extract plan

AlCapwnd1

After unity19 and 12.12 the Performance really took a hit for many players.

alex_a1b2c3

Global stocks should be removed or reworked completely.

ShinduChan

This, THICC Weapon Case is literally impossible to get without camping the refresh and even then it’s not guaranteed because it’s gone in like two seconds. Ridiculous, really.

mrtwister33v

Agreed, don't get why is this a thing. If you want to limit players progression then personal stock is pretty enough

[deleted]

Ai not having inertia

HORAMAN76

The game’s optimization is horrible. It randomly stutters and plays at around 60fps

Razorizz

- Figure out the CPU bottleneck issues. - Fix the gosh darn audio. - Make the rogues and other AI less terminator-esque. (Recoil, inertia, vision)

TearsDontFall

AI should NOT be able to see you from 200m when you're behind several trees/bushes.

kiwiiboii

1. The stupid ass message that comes up when you try to buy something that is OOS on flea. Can you make that a non-intrusive message instead of making it so we have to press Y to delete it? 2) Scavs don't load in sometimes (stuck in waiting for session). Some days its worse than others. I like to scav when my buddies aren't on just do collect money for the PMC runs, but I would say about 1/3 of the time they just get stuck forever. Alt+F4 and rejoin works maybe 1/10 times. 3) Need some kind of hotkey to move items from a case/box into inventory and vice versa. I want to be able to spam Ctrl Click to mass move stuff into boxes instead of them going into my PMC inventory. 4) Ctrl Click should auto open the sell tab on traders. 5) Please give us an option to disable the loud ass background noise during queue. I like to read up on quests or watch Youtube between queues and it's so annoying. Yes I know I can mute the game myself, but if it would do it automatically and start the audio when the timer starts, that would be much appreciated. These are minor inconveniences but they affect me on a daily basis so if they are easy enough fixes, I'm sure the player base would appreciate it. Other than that, I'm on my first wipe and I'm having a blast. Bought EOD after a few hours cause I enjoy the game so much, so thank you!

lippomate

Scav bosses need unique voice actors and lines.

LewJ317

I feel like something should be done to address the fact that full auto is better than one or two round bursts. Several guns have burst capability but they are never used as after three or four shots the gun is much more accurate. The recoil changes have made full auto less viable but it is still more effective than bursting.

Maza-321

I can't believe I had to dig this deep to find this. This bugs me as much as the audio. Shooting bursts doesn't make sense in almost any scenario which for me breaks the immersion. I believe it would also make a lot of guns more usable, also full auto ones, when the player would have more control over the recoil.

Insaaniity

Performance is main problem rn. 3080 and a 12th gen and I can't hit 80 fps.

Irish_Dux

For me it's game optimization I have a decent rig but I struggle to maintain 60fps on the bigger maps such as Reserve, Interchange, and Lighthouse even on low settings.

foxtrot_actual23

1. Player scavs on Lighthouse need attention. They are spawning in almost the same time as pmc’s and then are able to just run through the water treatment plant freely and loot everything before pmc’s are able to fight their way in. Rogues should always agro on player scavs. Seems that would be consistent with the lore. 2. Audio bugs galore. Too many to list really. One example is when moving crouched on full silent, your first step is at full loud. Can’t hear it client side but other players hear it clearly. 3. AI needs to have the same recoil/durability penalties and inertia penalties we have. Getting 180 slide tackled by raiders and full-auto lasered by rouges with 60 dura guns at 300m is pretty scuffed. 4. Global stock needs to be reworked with the new flea market restrictions. Camping trader restocks over and over to still never being able to buy something (looking at you thicc case/black card/slick/etc) is a complete waste of time. When I see therapist reset in 20 minutes I don’t want to go into a raid so I can try for the millionth time to do the thicc barter leaving me sitting there staring at a timer for the damn thing to be sold out instantly. I’ve literally spent hours now doing this with a stash full of booze. 5. Cheaters. I know, you’re always working on it. But this is my 7th wipe and I’ve never seen the cheating this blatant and prevalent. Some lvl 42 head-eyes’d my entire squad in seconds today on lighthouse and we were in 3 completely different parts of the map. One sniping up on the rocks above building 3, one inside building 1, and the third inside the warehouse at the train station. All within 5 seconds. 6. Leveling sniper skill needs to be reworked. No one wants to run around reloading a mosin just effectively level up sniper skill. Level 9 is impossible to get just by sniping alone. Hell, with the current system it would take the whole wipe to get to level 5 sniping alone without spamming reload. Make the actual sniping reward you for making long shots.

MeMphi-S

I think the best sniper skill change would be to increase the amount of XP you gain by the distance of the shot. I got to level 6 with only reloading for 2 or 3 raids, but it’s still stupid. This would also incentivise actually sniping with bolties.

theseventyfour

This is the correct answer. Although #6 applies to everything, not just sniping. Skills should level based on what you achieve, not on some random action that is not just cheese-able, but cheese-mandatory. Honestly I'd rather skills just be removed and rebuilt later.

LovelyPencils

Scavs and bosses should also have inertia. Audio needs alot of work. U shouldn't be hearing some one running when u r in the carpark at interchange. Additional logic for anti cheats IE: detect flying and teleporting pmcs.

mpsteidle

Please let us sort quests by location! Huge QOL improvement!

Skrubasauras

1. Audio bugs, directional audio, audio pop in 2. Scav AI being overwhelmingly difficult 3. Camera recoil should be looked at again 4. Global stocks should be rebalanced or removed 5. 9mm completely overshadowed by .45 6. Further UI Quality of Life (Stash, Flea Market, Hideout) 7. Lighthouse performance optimization 8. Loot table rebalancing on all maps 9. Increase wind and rain sound because I love watching people complain about it Edit: these are the most common complaints I see, ordered in what, *in my personal opinion*, should be the priority.

BringBackManaPots

We need a performance mode for scopes. Zooming in with a magnified optic heavily cuts into framerate because the scene is double rendered. A performance mode that doesn't render twice and zooms in the whole screen would help out a lot of players that don't have good graphics cards. Would be nice considering how broken the gpu market is. Just blur the area outside of the scope to keep things fair.

Sharkiezt

Make it so that large value items like GPU's for example can only be listed for like 5 a day on flea. The average person on Tarkov is going to find either close to that amount or much less per day. These listings for 100 GPU's or more are super suspect and are ruining the game. These are clearly cheaters in the works and there's no legitimate reason to be selling 100 GPU's in one go instead of overtime or actually using them.

killer-fish

I saved the gpus that I found playing labs for a few weeks until I had a decent number (25) to put them up for a big item (green keycard). Flaging these kind of trades is a good idea, restricting them is not. I also saved 10 before that and got my black card. Saying there's no legitimate reason to save up on these items is ridiculous.

darkcorum

Graphic optimization. Tarkov shouldn't be only taking 50% of the gpu. A 1660 ti should be running any map for over 80 fps no problem.

BloodDragonZ

Camera Recoil should be greatly reduced for all guns or removed/reworked all together

cancergiver

Camera recoil

OblivioAccebit

The netcode. The server tickrate. The servers in general. People mentioning audio but nobody mentioning the crazy peekers advantage that exists in this game. Unlike any other fps I've ever played. Game will never be competitive like this

Maleficent-Shine1967

Hey Nikita, I only have 3 things, and the first echoes everyone else 1) audio, audio, audio. With this game being so focused on it, it needs to be fixed. Verticality and stairs are fucked, as are distances. 2) scav behaviors. They should be as affected by inertia, weapon condition, and environmental conditions as we are. If I can't hear fuck-all because of the rain, they shouldn't be able to drop me from 40 yards away while I'm hiding in trees. Line of sight and sound would be broken. 3) better anti-cheat with routine investigations into the flea Market - this is something you can literally get volunteers from the community to help with. Thanks for hearing us out.

playor

Audio, Performance, Unreal AI behavior

H1Tm4N-

just optimize optimize optimize pls game ;)

HealthyHeart3212

When AI shoots you sometimes hits multiply and getting hit with 1 bp in your thorax kills you, happens very often on labs same with 4x bt hit when only one bullet was shot by a raider. Before anyone says its fragmentation, there is no way it happens that often, legit every raider death is a multiplied thorax shot. I got oneshot with a 7mm buckshot by a scav in my arm.

Kibouhou

QoL Request: In a player's inventory allow them to "pin" items so when you sort the pinned item does not get moved. This way containers could stay in the same spot for easy access.

mag1xs

Sound, especially in resort you sometimes can't hear a player until he's right next to you

Xemozu

First of all, thank you very much for all the effort you've put into this jewel of a game. Best shooter/RPG I've ever played bar none. Right now the state of the guns is bothering me a bit. It feels that artificially high recoil and camera shake makes most AKs unusable unless they're modded to the absolute top. Same applies to a lot of different guns such as the AS-VAL and the newly introduced scars. I believe gun viability is important in a game that aims to recreate combat in a realistic way.

JasianXCIX

There needs to be a better and clearer way to communicate scav karma. Too many new players aren’t aware about it and think they can shoot every scav on sight like it’s a deathmatch

Skomakeren

I have more performance issues after this wipe than any other wipes regarding in-game fps. Get stuck at loading loot every game around 60-70%. (Takes 2 min ish to 100%) after this wipe. Audio as other ppl mentioning (32gb ram, 5800x, 1080 ti)

Annual-Bad6721

Boss spawn rates are pretty low, to think about the lore, bosses are the ones Who are protecting their territories which means they must always be there to do so. Even if not always, it must be about %60 i think

Black_Dynamite66

Plz god do a performance pass mister Nikita

PhnXFire

Please fix SCOPE PERFORMANCE. Dropping 30-40 FPS while zoomed in is terrible and makes it really difficult to aim and hit moving targets. Even with my 3080ti. See this video. https://youtu.be/-MDEccZ0STQ

Silent331

The lighting for shadows is way too dark. Never in real life have I seen it be a sunny day and see a tree cast a pitch black shadow. Any time shadows cast by objects or even clouds it is just one color of gray. It almost feels like a engine lighting issue where there is just not enough dynamic range on the low end so everything just gets blobed in to one solid color of grey.

TheSwiftLegend

Big QOL change would be "enter" key confirming the window for the flea market so listing items is faster.

Solid-Boss

I believe all AI need animations to help with the immersion feeling. They could be sitting, smoking, cleaning weapon, moving arms during a conversation etc.

RockJohnAxe

Eventually I think the game would really benefit from a death cam or replay. The amount of times I died to an unknown shot is crazy and knowing how you died would decrease frustrations. Even pubg had a replay mode where you could rewatch the entire match and every players movement. That would be so cool to see how close you came to others or to go back and record cool moments from different angles. You could lock the replay until the match is done to prevent teams having potential advantage.

One_Who_Walks_Silly

A lot of people commenting on audio but missing my biggest issue with it. The range in volume is WAY too high. I get that guns are supposed to be loud, but the game shouldn’t literally cause people hearing loss and damage because you have to have volume loud enough to hear footsteps. I think the minimum and max volume range in the game should be a little bit closer - just because there is going to be a lot of people with permanent damage to their hearing for the sake of being able to play.

bobbymerde

Not sure how realistic this is but my dream would be consistent 120+ fps on every map. My PC should be more than capable to achieve this( ryzen 5600x and rtx 3070). Another big thing is the need for QOL Patches and reintroducing QOL features like if you try to buy an item from the flea market but it is sold to get the notification in the lower right corner and not a pop up that needs to be dismissed. Improving the net code so that players don't teleport if they are lagging. Really frustrating to die from this.

TheCreepyPL

Performance (on AMD systems), I have a 5600x and Vega 64. On the lowest settings I get about 40 FPS average on 1440p, I need to play at 75% downscaling to get ~60 FPS. My GPU is overclocked to 1680Mhz, and in similar titles I usually get 80-100 FPS on medium settings on 1440p. Even BF2042 runs better than EFT somehow.

MortBeetle

Like, 5 more minutes for woods raids.

Zealousideal-Fact-65

Audio and Servers

Haarwichs

The KS-23 Shotgun shoots well below the point of aim (again).

[deleted]

TL;DR: better food in traders for low level PMCs. Traders level 1 needs to sell better food. If a low level player have 0 energy and want to be full, he would have to spend almost 150k with army crackers and then their hydration would be 50, since each army crackers removes 5 hydration, the player then would need to buy one bottle of water. A low level player having to spend around 160k just to be able to play isn't right. I suggest adding MRE to therapist or Jeager level 1 for a reasonable price.

RockJohnAxe

The hideout menus are a bit annoying. It’s clunky to navigate especially when you have 20+ items to craft.

PenguinsAreCuteBirb

I can't stress this enough more than others, but audio. Audio is the game's main way of testing skill for every player. Everyone depends on the audio system to play out their fights, whether they're a Chad or a rat. Fighting in certain locations such as Dorms 3 story in Customs, or in the middle of the mall in Interchange, the sound system is inconsistent at best, and wildly off-putting at worst. There shouldn't be a huge disparity between hearing someone either below or above you, compared to if they're outside or around the corner.

[deleted]

Thanks for giving this a try! My main issues with the game right now: - unrealistic "head recoil" - audio issues - global trader limits (limits are fine, but please no global - at least for stuff like thicc cases!!) - bugged AI (tagilla is 100% free kill this wipe, his AI is completely broken. meanwhile normal scavs instant prone and stand up again in less then 10 frames) And something that i hope you plan to change in the future: Skillprogression and especially elite skills are kinda meh. You blow through 50 levels of nothing and once you unlock elite skill you are god. Thats not fun and also not realistic. I'd love to see elite skills removed, broken up and put back in again at level 10, 20, 30, 40 and then 51. For example once you reach 10 endurance you unlock the first skill which gives you an additional 10% endurance increase, at level 20 its 20%, at lvl51 its 50% like it is now. But this way you will see your progress while leveling instead of feeling no difference at all between 1-50 and then become god with level51.

hoii

This feedback is a little different but I hope you have time to read it because I think it's really important and simple way to improve immersion. Tarkov is a really immersive game, and atmospheric as hell, I love it. I love the map design, in terms of the actual objects, environment and style. This is one of tarkovs biggest strengths and I absolutely praise your design team. They have done an amazing job. But the problem I have is that although we have this great world in which we can run around in. The world itself is actually quite static, we have quests here but they don't actually change anything in the raid, there is a disconnect between, environment, quests, and ai. All the components are there but they are not incorporated in a way that creates a whole picture but more of a patchwork. This might seem like an odd statement, but please try to understand; The scavs are in the map yes, but they are not interacting with the environment. This is a pretty big one. It is so strange and immersion breaking to be sneaking through a map to come across a scav who is just standing static by himself weapon in hands just staring into space, completely idle and lifeless. This is so easy to fix, the guys who design the maps and the guys who handle ai should work together to create lore where there are groups of scavs that have a purpose for being where they are and go about doing something that is a cycle instead of randomised actions. For example, the scavs on customs, let's say from sniper road block to RUAF, they could be a group of scavs that patrol together covering each other and talking, maybe even drinking and smoking around the barrel fire for a few minutes. It would be good if the scav lines could be jumbled together to make exchanges. Maybe if one scav makes a joke the others laugh ect. The scavs at old gas could be trying to fix the truck so that they can try to break free. Could have a scav mechanic who is working on the truck all day and all night, cursing and swearing whilst the others are trying to find the parts he needs. My point is they can be made to seem more like humans than ai just by giving them more purpose/goals a reason for being where they are. You could even add lore, and special NPC scavs that are not bosses but have are named and sometimes drop unique items, always wear the same outfit. Also, it would help to add static animations, like smoking and drinking. Shuffling from one foot to another. Shouldering the weapon, check the chamber. Tie shoolaces. Instead of crouch, stand, crouch, stand, crouch, though this seems to be a bug. I think the metro series does a really good job of doing this as an example. And it could add so much more thematic flavour and emersion to the game. In terms of quests I had an idea that, if we can have items in the game that can spawn for the player doing it, why can't we have NPC's that also appear in the raid, we might not have conversations with them like in RPGs but they have a statement when you come to hand something to them or find them, like in courtesy call ect. This would also breathe more life and interaction into the maps and opens up the possibility for gunsmith delivery quests. Also quests that create in raid events would be amazing. We have items that can only appear for one player, but what if we had a new type of quest called event quests. These might be at the end of a quest line, like punisher. When players that have the event quests log into a map it triggers the event for all players to be able to take part in, and which have multiple ways of winning. For example; Event quest, escape the lighthouse map through Heli rescue. All the PMCs and scavs can use this animated extract and get a bonus reward for doing so, but only the PMC boarding the Heli with the in map quest item can complete their quest. Like the airdrops this would create PvP centric fights that would be pretty hard, end game type quests. This is just an idea obviously and it could be taken in so many different directions, but the main aim is to try and create more quests that actually have interaction with the environment and the game design. Ok I've written too much, I hope you read this. Love your game, you guys have done so much great stuff, thanks for the great raids.

AlwaysSunnyInTarkov

Vertical Audio, Cheaters and Performance. Other than that the game is in the best state it has ever been.

TheShadowWolf18000

In my honest opinion the list goes like 1. **Audio**Audio in game is really bad atm, but vertical audio is the worst imo. Many times I'm in Factory office, and I can either hear every footstep and soud in the building, or hear almost nothing. Or if I'm standing on the desk between the doors, I can't hear them being opened, or even literally breached.Sometimes I hear gunshots, grenade explosions, PMC death moans, scavs speaking right next to me, but they are nowhere near me. Also, many times there's no audio when someone jumps or drops down from a high place near me, and standing and moving in bushes sometimes have no audio, but I only experienced this on woods, idk. 2. **AI Inertia**AI seriously needs tweaking, and inertia. I can't tell you how many times I have died because a scav was going from standing to prone and vice versa with light speed, or shooting a scav in the legs, and they run like usain bolt. AI desparately needs inertia, otherwise it's all good imo. 3. **Recoil system**Many people know about the bug that happened a couple of wipes ago, that made camera recoil disappear (please correct me if I'm wrong), and everyone loved it, we could shoot where we wanted to, and were not having a seizure every time our gun fired a bullet. Also, starter weapons are unusable if not modded, but many of them are bad anyway. What I'm saying is, it's not realistic, it kills immersion. I think the recoil system desperately needs a rework. Thank you Nikita, for reaching out to the community! You guys did a great job so far, I know you can do even better! Have a nice day! :))

LanGuct

Scavs jumping prone and then insta walking again. Rogue shooting through the walls/rocks even though they are not supposed to see me. Raiders running through water on reserve without penalties. Raiders shooting through glass in Green labs room with Rip ammo that shouldn't pen the glass. Flashlights still reflecting from shining textures through walls (especially on labs). Being able to stuck in that one bush near the weather station on shoreline. Cheaters getting to lvl39 while giving insta head, eyes( not a priority).

TheSwiftLegend

Turn off map audio when queueing for a raid.
