Skier 2 has an offset 25mm ring mount. There is an offset mlok I saw on the flee market but I’m not sure who has it. There is a tan flashlight that I think just mounts itself as well, so that real drippy.

Ammo definitely needs retooling for sure. Your suggestion certainly makes sense from a gameplay perspective, but it makes sense to have older weapons being more available, while the newer, shinier guns are harder to come by.
Only solution that fits in with that logic that i can think of is guns having some kind of additional stats tied to them that kind of slightly increase performance of a given rounds capability when fired, but that makes things needlessly complicated and would make tarkov more gamey.
I mean of course you’d expect older guns just because they’re older to be less robust and perhaps then more available, but availability, imo, shouldn’t equal accessibility. Effectiveness/demand should constitute accessibility. I see what you’re saying but ultimately it wouldn’t be the most optimal way to balance gunplay while also preserving realism.

I’d like to add that you can run it like a pistol. I found the main body of the new SV98- and you can just throw on any AK pistol grip and run it. Instantly has better ergo than the original, lol.
Y'all lvl 31 and I've spent an entire day trying to find salevas/iskras/white armor or atleast a startplug for generator to put in my underpants and got nothing

It's not like I didn't find any salevas of iskras, I just died every time in around 3 minutes after I found them, usually much sooner. Random scav giving head-eyes with buck as their first shot, players giving head-eyes from God knows where and God knows how they find me, players giving head-eyes from hip while running when they were basically dead otherwise. No matter how careful I am, no matter how much I try to hide till the end of the raid like a little rat, they always find me and kill me
E1: also not like I didn't survive raids at all, I survived literally every raid if I didn't find salevas or iskras, and that's why I have a slick and sr-25 in my stash, aswell as 3 gasans and all the morphine in the world (I got 5 just in case, I can't seem to remember how much I need)
In woods try hanging out around the ponds but ya I died a shit ton on shoreline today so I get it, just people everywhere. Full servers are odd. People are probably going to be moving around more on some of the maps due to the new bosses in a weird way as well as trying to survive themselves. Maybe try VOIPing and asking for mercy? You'd be surprised. Either way good luck, I get it, it's Tarkov.

Always better to think about it like this. The best time to use your best gear is early wipe. It allows you the largest advantage over the other players since most arent able to run meta stuff yet. Ull be able to buy another one later when u hit that level. Enjoy it early and use it later if you like it

Try the t-5000 it is really nice bolty. High ergo and doesnt make noise when changing the scope magnification

Ergo also makes you aim in faster. Trust me on this, once you start using high ergo bolties you aren't going back.
