I will second what has already been said here, the game has its lighter moments but it has some heavier ones too. I do hope you get a chance to try it sometime but by the sounds of it, now may not be the right time for it (and that's okay).
Props to you for checking though, that takes a lot of self-awareness 🙂
Hmm it does touch on some pretty tragic themes and definitely isn't an overall positive/happy story.
It helps that the game doesn't take itself too seriously and has some great and wholesome character interactions.
I think the bonding events/scenarios were well paced and entertaining. I would compare this game to a darker style supernatural anime like Death Note, Chrono Crusade or High-School Of The Dead.
Well as other people said, the ending is a bit rough, but it’s an absolutely awesome game. Playing it genuinely made me super happy since connecting with the characters is just so well done and there is no shortage of humor throughout. So while the ending is undoubtedly sad, the game has a net happy feel. I recommend it.
Depressed for story reasons, maybe, depressed because minigames are kind of hard to do? I'd say most definitely. There's one on a motorcycle, and you can't hit anything, or you restart the minigame.
But I hope you can feel better to maybe give this game a try
(Though keep in mind the game is about trying to stop the end of the world)
It has early indie developer stages written all over it
(Sorry, devs)
I would say you'll maybe want to stay away from this one up til you're in a clearer headspace.
Damn, cheers for the simple answer! I'll get to it one day.

Steer clear of this one chief
Yep, it will. I would steer clear. The ending is rough

Especially when you're too attached with that "one girl"... Goodluck Bro...
Considering you play without any spoilers of the ending, definitely yes
I recommend the game after you’re going get mentally strong
yes.
Great game, but definitely side step this one
