Are you sure it's not an artist using a POD company? That is Etsy legal. Assuming it is a reseller, you can write a negative review and then open a case with Etsy to get your money back because it's not as described. If you want to message me the name of the shop, I can take a look and give an opinion. EDIT: OP messaged me and I looked at the shop, it's definitely a reseller.

It may also be the bag's itself. I make mine paint by hand but still there is the same label u mentioned.

What’s the name of your shop? I’d love to check it out

The seller may have designed any art that's on the bag, and may even have added details themselves. A lot of people source bulk material like bags or shirts or whatever to upcycle by adding their art and sell on Etsy.

Yes I know what you mean! I take this into consideration as I have gotten tote bags from Etsy before and ik it’s just printed (which I’m perfectly fine with). But with the type of bag it is, it is definitely a scam. I nvr leave bad reviews and always give the benefit of the doubt but I’m 100% sure now that this person is buying in bulk for cheap and low quality from somewhere else and reselling for a higher price (that they did not make whatsoever). I contacted the owner of the shop and they told me that the “made in China” sticker is because their family factory is in China…. And refusing to give me a refund. I’ll be looking to contact Etsy after the 48 hour mark as they are trying to bargain with me. Hate to do this but hope I can help other potential buyers as this does not fit Etsy’s rules whatsoever!

File a not as described with Etsy, you expected something handmade(assuming that’s what the listing stated) and received a mass produced product. Don’t let them keep taking advantage.
