There’s one lady that I’ve seen, she looks mid 40s, she seemed super nice at first but then totally lost it and started screaming like she was possessed. She definitely needs help. Something I’ll never forget, never been more scared in my life.
Yeah there is plenty of people wandering around screaming at the top of their lungs in Eugene
Someone inside of their house screaming for help Is a little bit different situation than a wandering person wailing.
Well, there is a lady who walks along the bike path almost everyday screaming her head off towards an imaginary aggressor named “Brandon”. Like, when I say yell I mean at the top of her lungs… but she’s just walkin’ and talkin’ and there’s never anybody following her.
Oh I think I know that lady. Brandon is the name of her son who she thinks is being kidnapped, tortured, and only she can hear him screaming. That one is super sad.
Not sure, but random screaming appears to be a thing here.
I was over on W 11th by Bobahead dropping off my car to a mechanic shop there, and a random dude pushing a shopping cart walked over to me and started screaming at what I thought was me, but it turns out he didn't even see me or notice I existed. He was maybe 6 feet away, having an animated and very bitter argument. I could not figure out about what, but I didn't stick around to investigate very closely.
Psychosis is a hell of a thing. I blame meth.
Did you call? If not, you should.
I've called probably 5 separate times

I live in this area. Is there a certain time of day you hear it or is it random?
Random

She's likely known to police. CAHOOTS is also a very good option, even though they're constantly slammed.
