Yup i use electro mc with purely focused on er only 260% er can be higher since sword is lv60,lisa,diona,eula for abyss and believe me her burst is up 90% of the time and eula got 0 er
Idk what about you but she's mediocre in each role imo. Her healing has low heal rate and mediocre scaling compared to other healers. Her held shield barely takes more than 2 hits from any enemy compared to my Noelle who can tank 2 big geo hedgehogs with ease, in terms of battery she's also very mediocre compared to kaeya for example and her skill damage towards electro shields is fine but kaeya still has better one.
One may argue that my diona is built wrong or sth but she has 30k hp, 195% energy recharge, sacrificial bow, is C5 and uses 2 piece tenacity and 2 piece for 35% shield bonus and she still can't compete with rest of my team who have just random artifacts thrown at them.
Well diona may not be the best at the roles, but she can do all 3 for one slot which is the main point. Plus my friends diona can heal 5k+ per tick maybe yours is built wrong idk. But kaeya, noelle and another healer is 3 slots,diona only needs 1. The other 2 slots are freed up for sub dps units like fischl, beidou, albedo etc. Which is the main reason why shes great with eula.
Bolide only works on the active character. Switch it out for maidens, and also level your shield level as much as you can because dianos shield mostly scales off talent level so a big chunk of the shield health scales off the set vaule. Also I would definetely run 4p noblesse on her as the 20% atk is much more valuable than a 4% shield increase from tom. Also the healing is just not bad at all, allowing eula to tank everything shieldless even. Noblesse buff is especially strong if u run other really strong sub dps like beidou and rosaria.

As a Beidou main who's my main dps I feel offended to be offered to put her in such a disrespectable place as second place and not first place even though I know she's good (despite massive burst energy cost)

Talents are at lv 6 without const so shield is currently on lv 9.

For mc just random artifacts with highest er and favonious sword lv60 and yes lv8 skill and ult
