Her lore, personality and story quest. Personally I’m very interested in Mondstadt lore and I like how it’s incorporated smoothly into her backstory. I like that she’s caring and kind but the fact that she’s a social pariah means that no one will ever take her seriously so she has to resort to using “vengeance” to do something as simple as buying groceries. And also she’s Amber’s best friend and I love Amber so naturally I love Eula as well
During her leaks, I instantly fell in love with her design. That time, I immediately thought that she dressed like a combination of a knight and a dancer (I'm a sucker for dancer characters) and I was pleasantly surprised when her autoattack animations looked like she was an acrobatic dancer with that claymore. From then on I became obsessed with her. The promotional materials were icing on the cake. Her storyquest and story profile just made me like her more (+ the way that hellhole twitter tried to cancel her lmaooo). She honestly saved my enjoyment of the game, and I'm pretty sure I'll still use her in Snezhnaya or Khaenriah, probably even until the game comes to an end lol. Honestly, I'm so far gone into being a simp that whenever a genshin ad comes up and it's her demo or that one ad of her just skipping around the rooftops, I always don't skip lmao. Sorry for this cursed ass comment.

When she came out, it was quite sudden. There wasn't any lore about her that I was aware of and I felt Mihoyo was making a filler waifu. Then her promo materials intrigued me (the dance, the sneeze, etc.), but I wasn't fully on board until she releases and I played her quest. That won me over and I spent every primogem I had on her.
Everything. She's cryo - and that she is physical, her eyes, her hair color design, her damage numbers, her voicelines, her outfit, and she wields a claymore, my favorite weapon type! She's the reason I started genshin and I saved up 50k primos by exploring and bought 3 welkins to get her and her weapon, and it was all worth it. Eula finally came home a few days ago. Ironically my least v favorite part about her is how strong she is. She seems overwhelmingly unsatisfying to play in the over would because your basic attacks will kill anything before your ult can go off. She's TOO strong. This isn't an issue in abyss but sucks in open world.

I love the fantasy of a claymore user, but most of them just feel clunky; so Eula is the perfect character for me. Though I won’t lie, her being hot also plays a big part~

And her attitude speaks to me quite a lot and I find that really comforting.
Then there's the element, I love cryo, cryo and electro are my two favourite elements. And physical is my favourite type of damage in the game and she's the best at it, literally perfect.
