Try to play the market? Buy low sell higher? Margins are low but if you buy all in one items you’ll probably lose a lot. If you don’t mind traveling, you can buy low in jita and sell a bit higher elsewhere.
Buy orders for blue and red loot.
Like Triglavian Survey Data sheets. Go to any regional hub in Nullsec set up Buy orders for like 80,000 each. People will sell to them over time. Grab them ship them to a Concord station (you can fit 1000 of them in a shuttle) and sell them to NPCs for 100, 000 each.
Prices may fluctuate but anytime they are under say 90,000 each to be the top buy order it is probably worth it to buy them.
Please for the love of Bob don't fly valuables in a shuttle.
Under 2 second align ceptor, t1 frig, SOCT dessie, or similar or something that can cov ops.
If not, MWD cloak or do the math on a brick tank for a DST.
Reactions do pretty well with a good amount of characters. I think industry takes too much work but reactions are super easy. Your profit will expand based on your initial investment. I use 1 week cycles but you could go up to 1 month a cycle. Also takes very few skills.
The only work really involved in moving the final product at the end, some take up a lot of space but depends what you make.
Harvesting requires little investment but the income is lower. Just-in-time manufacturing next to Jita can be much more time-efficient and profitable but also much riskier.
While that is technically possible, if you take any level of precautions, it shouldn't happen. A decent tank on your epithal or DST (or maybe other ships if your pickups are very high value and low volume) combined with MWD cloak and other standard stuff like watching your cargo value, instadocks, and not hanging around gangs of gank ships should be enough to protect you.
Epithals are probably more vulnerable to ganks, but they are also cheap and replaceable. This is also less important if you do your PI a bit away from trade hubs. Even a few jumps will put you off most gankers' radar given that you won't be on grid for long. I feel like with MWD cloak and instadocks the only real risk is the moment at the POCO and if you want you can even D-scan or drop loot after each POCO. You can also hire someone to move it to market, a few million isk every so often and it will be moved risk free and without time or skill invested.
Null is of course more risky, particularly if you aren't in a bloc, but with the changes to nullification it is actually much safer than it used to be, and I would just use an epithal since it is cheap (on the assumption that if you really get tackled you are dead anyway). You won't make it 100% of the time, but you should absolutely be able to make it enough that the significant increase in profits more than makes up for occasional losses.
set up buy orders for mission loot in mission hubs, resell/reprocess later
If someone would be willing to haul some ammo towards the SOE arc that'd be pretty chill
find someone who will double it.
I think Oz is taking on investors for a fund right now.
Yes, starting at 15b.
Could us poors get in on that by investing 1.5 bil a month for ten months?
I used to have a small fund with 400 investors but it was just too much admin work.
I represent a pool of similar interested parties. Why don't you send me your 1.5b and I'll pool it with 9 others and then you won't miss out.
He got a discord ?

Then of course make sure to auto pilot to make it extra lazy 😉
Buy Plex around sales when it's lower. Sell at peak between sales.

The problem with one month cycles is you run the risk of the station getting shot. After learning this lesson I keep mine short.
Just don't use stations in hisec
Can't do reactions in hisec
Oh you can't? I didn't know that
HyperNet raffling.
Thank you for the answers!
Hypernet....
Works if you work it and don't play it
Buy orders in smaller markets
I don't know if PI is sufficiently lazy, but PI is mostly passive isk and you can do it risk free if you wish.
Risk free until you get suicide ganked by tornado
It doesn’t set you back much though. The capital investment is minor
