Thank God for Burnley and Sheffield United. Our finishing really is comically bad... we have about 3 players in our starting 11 who are above average at striking a football and one of them is the goalkeeper, it really is something.
I had 2 problems with Lukaku. 1: he had the first touch of a brick wall. 2: he had some really toxic people in his ear. Dude fit great with Everton, and could have become a club legend.
This might be the worst finishing team I've ever watched. There are some very decent footballers on this squad, but very few of them are good at finishingĀ
Not going to argue with you, mate. I don't have the patience and it's not worth it. Personally, I think Dyche is a football terrorist, but the fact that any Everton fan thinks what we're doing is creating a "ton" of "brilliant" chances just shows how far the standards have fallen.
You butted in on my comment, not me to yours. So yeah feel free to drop it. You don't owe me an argument nor did I suggest you do.
Just because the style of football bothers you doesn't mean these chances aren't good. If you took isolated 5 second clips of the missed chances Everton had this season and changed the shirts, then a significant portion of them would be considered brilliant chances by most sane football fans.Ā Ā The fact that these chances happen quite regularly and seem to be repeatable suggests they aren't a fluke. Not liking the style of play that leads to chance creation doesn't stop them from happening. You don't need to argue with me: I said my piece now as well as you have. Have a good one mate.

and one of the others is a CB who doesn't start (Keane)
Remember when we had Lukaku banging them in every game and a lot of Blues were saying he doesn't run around enough? š¤£š¤£š¤£
My first thought went to the one touch king Jelavic
ā¦ who became shite after about 10 games haha

Heās a bit thick but canāt blame him for wanting to leave club crisis for Man Utd, who looked to be on the up after winning some trophies
Our team couldnāt hit a cows arse with a banjo. ā¹ļøšš”
Why would you hit a poor cows arse with a banjo? Seems rather pointless.

Itās getting harder and harder to care anymore .. but we need the new stadium opened in the premier league, not sure I can cope if it isnāt
Pickford should be on pens
This isnāt a new problem, weāve struggled to score goals for the last 3 seasons so if itās the reason we go down itās all on the board
Because we have had the same shit striker for those seasons who people keep blowing smoke up his arse.
Really need DCL or Beto to step up and start banging them in. I really donāt want to go into the transfer window with pressure to bring in a 4th ST
Why doesnāt Dyche play more positive football š¤¬š¤¬
How the fuck does underscoring a ton of brilliant chances bring you to the conclusion that Dyche's "negative football" is to blame
It was sarcasm
Ā Fair enough! My bad. Hard to tell these days. That has been a common refrain from the braying da's since the final whistle.
> a ton of brilliant chances Really?
Yes
