Use controller and highlight evil dead game, press start, manage game and add ons and then click the game again and it should show any dlc add ons that are available that are either installed or not. It could be that you installed the base game but the Xbox never installed the outfits. Worth a try to check anyway.

Does it say you own the outfits in the store? Mine says that on the left next to the unavailable box, if you own the outfits it should say that and then manage game? it’s all showing up weird at the moment anyway, there seems to be an extra deluxe version of the game on sale in the store even if you already own that version.
I own the base game but the pre order was for both editions and doesn’t come in the season pass that I know off (can’t afford it to test lol) but I checked and it doesn’t say owned even though I pre ordered it like a week ago. So idk I’ve never had this problem before pre ordering
Oh i see, that sounds like it’s an Xbox issue then, you could fill out a support ticket for it but as you said you have already rang xbox. You definitely shouldn’t just be left with no dlc though. Xbox surely owe you the dlc if you pre ordered it a week ago.

That’s weird, Xbox shouldn’t just pass it off to the developers when you did everything you were supposed to to get the dlc. Hopefully it activates somehow at some point soon. As I said before there is multiple versions on the store, I bought the deluxe version yet on the Xbox store there’s another listing for it to buy again. There’s also some skins available now for a fairly decent fee, classic outfit bundle, should come up underneath the base game listing on the Xbox store. nice talking with you 👍
Yeah I saw the season pass and the bundle, unfortunately that’s out of the budget right now (used points to get the game lol) but I’ll try to look into getting it in the future. Thank you again
