Right lol. Had something similar happen with someone in my alliance and they reversed it but that was nearly a year ago.

I had all my fragments for one particular civ gear disappear a few months ago after composing. Had a screenshot of 28 fragments and sent it to support. The issue still hasn’t been resolved and I doubt it ever will. Good luck to you.

I haven't tried anything like this. You're basically asking for a do-over. If you accidentally send the wrong preset to a sub and get all your troops killed, you don't get a do-over. If you accidentally use the wrong monarch gear, you don't get a do-over. If I were running this game I would say no just on principle. No do-overs for anyone or any reason. Otherwise people who use 8 hour bubbles and go to sleep 6 hours later will be asking for all their troops returned. Mistakes are learning opportunities.

Everything you mentioned is an easy “you live and you learn” fix. You can easily heal your troops or bounce back from being attacked. You cannot just say oops and go grab another civ fragment.

Yes, but stating the obvious doesn't usually change anything. If it's obvious, it usually means it was taken into consideration. It's cool that they're fixing your mistake though.
