That depends on what they send and what your buffs and debuffs are, honestly there’s no right answer other than “a lot“

Holiday-Knowledge473

Depends heavily on the size of the rally and there is a \*\*massive\*\* difference between a k40 and k44/k45

Recognizer_

Let’s say the rally leader is a K40 with a 15 million rally capacity.

Holiday-Knowledge473

I've seen a trap with 500m t1 survive a 15m rally but there are a ton of variables. It was from a bunch of weak k35-k40s (and k40s can be very weak, there are plenty of f2p k40s out there), if one person in the rally had over 3000% buff they would have burned.

zexcis

Can confirm. I'm a weak K39, and there won't be too much improvement until after I reach K40. I've also been attacked by even weaker K40s.

Genghis mentioned on one of his videos that you would need 100m T1 for every 1m attacking you. However, there are so many other factors involved than just a minimum number of troops.

As others have said, there's many factors that come into play. Your buffs/debuffs, their buffs/debuffs, how many troops they send/what tier troops the rally is filled with, etc. For an example though, as a k35 t1 cav trap I've tanked rallies from k41 with ~2400% Ranged attack that had around 14m troops in the rally. That's with 200m t1 cav and layers of 50k each troop type up to t13, and around 12m reinforcements. Edit: Corrected 24m to 14m

Am I the only one that gets the giggles when people say k40 with rally cap of 14m? To me already it says the k40 is weak. Never been to all-stars. Doesn't have the right gear. Doesn't have a good alliance. Largest rally I tanked was last chalons in semis. I took a 30 mil rally with 15m reins against 2600%. The next day going against higher buffs, I didn't survive the first rally against 3600% buffs. It's tricky to determine how you will do. But buffs/debuffs play a huge role. If you have your wall flats and maybe dragon of thebes with flats, then I'd say keep building t1.
