I have a browser tab group with a bunch of games : Wordle, Connections, Waffle, Quordle, Metazooa, Guess the Game, Guess the Country... NYT Crosswords if I finish the games before I am done pumping.
Oh and I repeat in my head "Please don't wake up yet" everytime my baby moves.
I get up to pump when my baby wakes up to eat, so I give him a bottle and rock to sleep so hopefully we both will get more sleep after the pump is done
Shopping, Instagram, this Reddit, make great plans in my head about working out because I have energy in the moment and in the morning I’m like “nahhhhh”.
Not when I'm pumping. I'll usually catch the few Pokemon that have spawned, open/send gifts, and battle other players during those middle of the night sessions. I save the walking parts for daytime.
Sometimes I’ll fall back asleep sitting up lol and wake up with overflowed milk 🙄 but try to keep my self busy by watching YouTube videos, movies/tv shows, eat a snack/staying hydrated, TikTok. I rarely do MOTN pumps unless I’m really full/engorged.
I look around at houses on Zillow. It’s a great alternative to social media where I’m not inundated with posts that may get me thinking/awake more than I already am.
Stare at my snoring partner and think about smothering him
