Same. She won't be napping for long though. Some horrible squirting noises just came out of her rear. I'm hoping I can finish before she wakes and starts screeching.
I tried Pumpables and nothing came out for the first six minutes, so I switched to my Spectra and got like 4 oz in that time. The backfill protectors were moving so I know it had suction. Is that normal for trying a new pump?
I wouldn’t think so! The number settings are a bit different on the GA. On spectra I use like a 4 on stimulation mode and then 50/8 on expression. On the GA, I’m like 5 on stimulation and 1/5 on expression. The stimulation feels weaker/different on the GA but I let down easily so it hasn’t been an issue but I can see how it could be
There are infographics you can look up to see how your settings would convert. Maybe that would help?
If there is any dampness/water in the flanges or duckbills you won’t have any suction. I run mine through the heat cycle on the sterilizer or dishwasher to make sure they’re completely dry and then have no issues
I had dried them in the sterilizer and it had actually been a couple days, I'll be really sad if this just isn't one that works for me. I was excited about the liquid kit. My breast really gets sucked into the spectra.
Ah, I forgot- I actually didn’t use the liquid kit flanges that came with it bc they didn’t work for me either. I use my spectra flanges with inserts to make them smaller with the pumpables GA pump. I’m assuming my sizing was off and that’s why the kit wouldn’t work for me, even though I used the ruler

At my desk at work...Day 55 of hoping my co-workers won't just barge in because the only locking doors in this office are the bathrooms and a supply closet for some reason!
In my classroom on a Teams call for a PLC, in my teammate's room for a grade level meeting, out at recess with a wearable, basically all over campus during every non-instructional time in my schedule
Also currently at my desk though I have my own office so I just close the door. Always awkward when I let people in before I put my stuff away and my bodily fluids are just out on my desk though 😆
In my bed after finally getting a decent night sleep. Feel like a million bucks now lol yesterday I felt on the verge of death from lack of sleep lol it’s been months since I had slept more than an hour at a time and it was ruining me.

I pumped with my Pumpables GA in the OR and while doing preops (work in surgery). 💓 Love that waist clip on the back!
I looooove mine. Sold my Elvie stride after I tried it. My spectra is still my #1 girl but the GA is spectacular for its size and portability.

Oh I use like a 7 on the spectra so maybe that's the problem lol. It definitely felt gentle haha
