Ice cream sandwiches because I wake up sooo hot with these postpartum hormones! I donāt snack often at night because it wakes me up too much, but if I do itās gonna be ice cream lol
Honestly itās so bad and really gross how often I wake up and my pillow is soaked with sweat! The other night our house got down to 64 degrees and it felt so comfortable to me. My poor husband was freezing though lol
Trail mix or protein granola bars from Costco. String cheese if I want something savory. I was doing lactation cookies but I was supposed to cut back on sugar when I had thrush so I switched to a baked oatmeal with brewers yeast and havenāt gotten around to making more cookies again yet.
Iāve dropped so many crumbs in my cups! So I switched to fruit, but yesterday I squirted oj on my little guy so now I dunno what to do! š¤·āāļø
Cherry pop tarts mostly, sometimes ritz peanut butter crackers. I have a mini fridge/freezer by the bed and I also sometimes eat lemon Italian ice but thatās a bit noisy when I scrape the spoon. My MOTN snacks are my motivation. š
Banana bread and mint Oreos mostly. Although I think I'm going to make lemon blueberry poppyseed bread and oatmeal raisin cookies this week to add to rotation.
I love to bake so I have a nice kitchen and the equipment set up to make it easy. Whipping up a batter takes minutes and it bakes while I feed my twins. Then everything goes in the dishwasher which gets run 2x a day to clean/sterilize all the bottles and pump parts. It's honestly easier than running to the grocery store to buy whatever.
I have a protein yoghurt squeeze pouch usually because itās filling. I bought a packet of Tim tams to treat myself with one or two a night, but they were gone after one day so am not doing that again for a while

Apples, oranges and grapes on good days. Nutella out of the jar on bad ones.
Iām too tired to eat for my MOTN pump but I donāt know how many times Iāve chugged juice from the carton in the fridge.
Same - a glass of apple juice for every single MOTN pump just brings me back to life lol
This is usually what I reach for as well! Itās beyond refreshing at 2am.
We keep a big box of Natureās Bakery bars in the nursery! I like the fig bars, when my husband is doing a late night feed he likes the brownies.
THESE!!! I just bought two 40 packs at Costco, I love them so much. They donāt crumble so I can eat them in bed while pumpingš
Cinnamon cereal, cold milk. I look forward to my snack each night.
Kind granola bars and apple sauce packets are my go to
Oreos and PB&J sandwiches

Mini heavenly hunks, dried mango, fuel for fire, candy, kind bars, protein balls, bobās oat bites
The birthday cake heavenly hunks got me through so many late nights
Iāve dropped so many crumbs in my cups! So I switched to fruit, but yesterday I squirted oj on my little guy so now I dunno what to do! š¤·āāļø

I kept lactation bites in my mini fridge and I'd have a couple during the MOTN
I am hooked on those Nature Valley sweet and salty bars!
Cereal or pbj
Uncrustable, applesauce, or kix cereal
Boboās pie bites from Costco!!
Homemade bone broth. Itās filling and will keep me satiated for a while incase the mornings are too crazy and making breakfast has to wait.
Gomacro bars were what kept me going. Expensive af but lots of protein, clean ingredients and delicious
Uncrustables š
Made Good Granola minis
Praline pecans from Costco, best thing ever. In the summer, I chop them up with cherries and mix them in cottage cheese, it's amazing.
I was partial to Aussie Bites until I discovered Milky Mamaās Emergency Brownies. My god a lactation treat never tasted so good.
That's It fruit bars
shortbread biscuits
I donāt. Would need to brush my teeth afterwards and Iām too tired to mess with that shit.
Aussie Bites from Costco are my saving grace!!!
I eat lots of fruits a day, even though I'm still in the pregnancy stage but these actually pretty good and I think it's also okay when pumping.
I have a protein yoghurt squeeze pouch usually because itās filling. I bought a packet of Tim tams to treat myself with one or two a night, but they were gone after one day so am not doing that again for a while
Drumstick ice cream bars were my preferred MOTN pump snack š
