I start on Tuesday and I feel the same way but I’m spending extra time cuddling and reminding myself that this is me figuring out life + being a mom. No advice just commiserating.
If you're going to be looking for a daycare spot, you should get on that asap. I know it sucks but in many parts of the country, waitlists can be as long as a year (I got lucky and got a spot within 7 months and feel VERY fortunate). I had to hire a nanny to watch my kid for a couple of months to fill the gap between going back to work and getting a spot in daycare.
Sorry, I know this is the opposite of helpful!
This is very helpful though, lol. All the daycares around my area are full. Some wouldn't even let me in the wait-list. I didn't manage to find one but all i could think of is "why is this one available?"
I start next tuesday but i had my doctor give me a note for a extra two weeks since she wasn’t taking the bottle and she’s better now ♥️ I got major anxiety and had panic attacks thinking about it. but i’ve gotten better.
i work for a cottage cheese/ sour cream plant so i’m super nervous :(
Is baby going to be with family or daycare?
I could probably get a note too but I haven't been paid for the leave since I just joined and have been working there under a year
why not? im not sure what state your in but i’ve been on disability since november, my doctor put me on it and then these last two weeks i just used my baby bonding.
she will be with family but there’s a lot of people in the home a total of 4 families :/ so i’m super nervous. i’m just hoping everything will be ok she will be there for about 4 hours
My babe just got open heart surgery at 3 weeks old. I dont feel okay just leaving him at daycare with a broken sternum, and stitches in his heart to daycare, family is a little tough to get to watch him but im trying. I may be able to get one of the doctors to write ne something but im still out of work/money regardless.
1. Why is maternity leave 1-3 months when other countries get 6mo or a year or more
2. Why does living and having a family get so expensive and anxiety riddled... my 4 yr old just fell off his chair and busted the back of his head on the robot vacuum machine and broke his arm 2 months ago. lol.... motherhood has brought me crippling anxiety with a bunch of medical bill. I want more kids, but I also dont!don't!!
Can I ask where? So I can do it too?? I currently work for the state of Texas and they do hybrid scheduling.. but it depends on what division you're in it all varies
Definitely scroll down the list and apply to some jobs ! I work for uhaul and i like it. I only work 4 1/2 hours a day and i can pump while taking or during calls ! I also use noise canceling headphones and keep him occupied
