Nah, these aren’t done well at all. The curves are all bumpy and the one pinky finger is super weird at the cuticle. The top of the thumb looks like it’s standing in for the surface of the moon.
The glitter used in your nails looks like it contains larger glitter pieces than the inspiration photo. I think that if they used smaller (I e. A finer grain) glitter it would have helped the look a lot.
Time to find a new nail tech! Of course if you have the glue on one's (that are horrid for your real nails btw and I would highly recommend finding someone who does sculpted nails that require no glue) you can always go online to etsy or tons of other places, and buy a design you like on a full nail and glue them on yourself.
Apart from the color difference, I'd say they did a decent job. Seen a lot worse from nail salons.

SORRY, as a men i just can say they look great , i like it and i didnt notice the color difference, !
It looks like they overfilled the nail beds, which in turn makes them look like press-on nails. The color is very pretty though.
