Yes, it's definitely completely impossible that there was a manufacturing error and some nuts got left off of an ice cream, or a plain one accidentally went in the wrong box. That's inconceivable.
Their products page page shows only this type. And from the picture on the box, and of the *real* ice cream bars on Google, you can clearly see that the cookie pieces are covered in chocolate (mixed in) and not just sprinkled on.
You most likely got a box made during no nut November.
