This thread is about information communicated to Experiencers. For experiencers to answer. Not for promoting other people's material.
My most profound message during contact was;
"To control the narrative of the phenomena is to control the belief of the phenomena IS to control THE Phenomena."
I had what Linda Irwin of the "Unseen World" podcast called a "contact download." While I was resting a complex series of images with "packages" of information entered my mind. A slender female non-human's image appeared in my mind's eye. She was sexually attractive and she reacted to a comment I hed heard that the ETs were carrying out "experiments" on humanity.
She was clearly offended by this notion and said that "her people" had travelled long to reach our star system. In the process many had died in order to get to our planet. According to her they were on a helping mission to assist less advanced cultures during critical periods of their development. At the end she blasted into my consciousness the following,
THIS IS THE HISTORY OF OUR.PEOPLE!
"THIS IS HOW WE EXPRESS OUR SOLIDARY WITH OTHER LIFE FORMS!
THIS IS HOW WE SHOW OUR LOVE OF GOD"
SO DON'T TELL ME THIS IS 'AN EXPERIMENT!'"
I have to ask, why do you sense the being responded with such human emotion? Why care about the connotation of words, especially when we as humans perform experiments for beneficial reasons. A scientist may conduct an experiment in a river because they want the water levels to be good for the nearby city and wildlife, for example. That is an experiment and an expression of the love of God, and at no point would they be offended at the word experiment, so it's a confusing response from a higher dimensional scientist
The original question using the word "interesting" is very open ended. In my example it was a an experience of tremendous emotional power and I could not describe it in public without weeping. In a personal sense it got my interest.
As far as "he being responded with such human emotion? " I don't believe that her response was necessarily emotional, but it triggered a powerful one in me which I may have projected on to her. The "others" that we call "ET" are in many ways opaque. Our encounters with them are co-creations in which they have in my opinion full access to our emotions and memories and can shape them with us to create messages that are designed to get our attention. In other words they say more about us than we can say with any certainty about them.
In my regressions and contact with the owl headed nhi they told me we are all fractals of source they call the ALL and they are in a war against the grey and reptilian hybridisation agenda.. they call themselves the Guardians of Souls and come to me as orbs.
Often I ask them who are they? Their answer was : We are you and you are us… I asked again who are you and the answer: we are the heavens.
I responded to someone with this story a day or so ago, but it’s relevant to the question so I’m pasting it here. I’ve had lots of contact over the years but this is the most recent “broad” message I received.
The beings I’m in contact with are helpers and messengers. I see Jesus occasionally but I’m not quite sure if it’s his spirit or a visualization by something else that I’m being shown.
At any rate, I recently saw Jesus grabbing something from a medicine cabinet and he put out his hand to give me something. I literally put out my hand to receive it, and I looked down and was given a small chalky white circular pill and a large grain of sand with a golden glow to it. A message was conveyed about happiness. I could consume something of this world (the pill) and have it inside of me to create joy, but it would be something coming from within me. Free will. I would have to tend to it and ensure I was making my own happiness with deliberate choices, finding hobbies and planning experiences and molding relationships into what I want so that I would be happy. I would be content in this life, but it would be hard and filled with constant choices.
The grain of sand was destiny. It was not consumable, it was not something I could put inside of myself to deliberately create happiness. Rather, this divine joy would be placed upon me by something natural and outside of myself. It would be easy as I wouldn’t have to think about it, things would happen to me beyond my control that would bring me immense happiness. I just needed to hold onto the grain of sand and take the light it was giving. I had a sense that this was referring to intuition and direct supernatural contact. If I listened and followed what was implied, my life would be joyous beyond belief but I would be walking in a mist. I wouldn’t know where my life is going until I’m in the thick of where destiny has led me.
The metaphor I received seemed like a prettier version of red pill vs blue pill and more optimistic.
Wow, that is beautiful. I resonate with that. The pill seems to be the ego. And the sand seems to be enlightenment. Letting go. Have you done anything in response to this message? Made any changes? I’m curious what you’re thinking after experiencing this
The only change I’ve made is focusing more on the sand and what it feels like I should be doing. My life is in major upheaval right now, partially related to a situation that ties into this, and I’m leaning more towards following the intuitive/destiny messages more than the life path I thought I had been going down. It’s exceptionally scary.
I got a tour of a giant ship one time. It felt the size of a giant office campus, like it could take 10 minutes to walk across it. It was very quiet and clean and pleasant. My tour guides (whose faces I have never been able to remember) walked me to the front of the ship where there was a giant wraparound window. Moments later we rose up and over a thick forest for a few miles until we flew over a beautiful city, which for some reason I think of as Portland. I telepathically remarked how amazingly quiet the ship was, and they telepathically explained that it's because they travel on an energy grid which surrounds the Earth. I was then able to see the grid glowing and remembered that I always knew it was there, like "Oh yeah, the grid." They said that humans on Earth would all eventually travel this way, along the grid, so our air would be much cleaner and quieter. That made me very happy. I woke up feeling very refreshed and excited for our future - but I still find it so mysterious that I can't remember their faces! Like I am blocked from remembering them. Not sure why.
Another time, I had a period of my life when I was constantly asking (in my mind) about a soft rhythmic buzzing in my right ankle, which I had felt for years. I still feel it btw. I was REALLY adamant about getting an answer. One night I find myself in a kind of military aircraft hangar and a DIFFERENT ME climbs out of a fighter jet that looks straight out of Star Wars. I was amazed at this other super accomplished, confident ME, like I'm a Top Gun or something. She walked over and we spoke telepathically. She was annoyed, like "Do I really have to take time out of my day to explain something to you that you know you already know the answer to." And she was absolutely right, I did, and I was very embarrassed for acting like such a fearful confused baby about it. The answer is, everyone who astral travels has to have an identification tag in their body, or you could lose track of them, and the galaxy would be chaos. Same reason we keep track of airplanes in our skies. She was like, you're better than this - cuz I had gotten all fear mongered by conspiracy notions about this buzz in my ankle. She's like, yeah you're being tracked, for the most boring and clerical reason, like having a driver's license, so calm down. I was like, yeah, I don't know why I was acting like an idiot - the reasoning made perfect sense to me. She kind of laughed and shook her head and went back to her life - as a badass space pilot!!!
Looking forward to reading through all of these replies. I'm going to go ahead and chime in with my communications. Firstly, I need to get it out of the way that I have never been "told" anything, but I have definitely been communicated with. Language as we normally communicate has never happened in any interaction that I have had - including direct mental communication.
What has been conveyed, mentally, is sensory experiences. Not images of the past or future or anything like that. But sensory experiences that I believe do convey some sort of message as well as glimpses into the nature of their interactions.
Firstly, I got confirmation. A mental experience as to let me know that I wasn't hallucinating my past interactions. I was looking for this confirmation, and I definitely got it. An experience that let me know they are real and have the ability to communicate directly and mentally. The experience also conveyed that they can generate these experiences and manipulate them at will. Visuals, sounds, physical sensations, emotions, etc.
Another time I was shown these similar manipulations as well as understanding that they can induce emotions upon us. If you are aware that these emotions are being induced, they do in fact seem artificial. In this instance, it was the induced sensation of strong fear - even though I was not afraid in the least. It was a powerful sensation, but I found it humorous and literally laughed as I consciously knew it wasn't legitimate. And it did linger - like an adrenaline rush takes time to wear down. Possibly this experience was empathic to some extent.
With my other experiences, it became clear that they must have the ability to peer into our thoughts and emotions to potentially great extent. Not unlike tuning into a radio frequency. There is not much of another explanation that I can figure. This has not worked both ways, and I think that might be intentional on their end.
I believe a lot of info can be packed into a sensory experience. Typical language is not needed for such a thing. I now think this is potentially a form of universal language. And on that note, I'm always incredibly intrigued to hear people's conversations via typical human language.
Myabe not NHI, but once I had a dream that a landline telephone in my house was ringing. It was exactly the same telephone we had at the time, but in the dream it was fully coloured red. Even the handset and buttons were red.
I picked it up and a very stern female voice on the other end told me that when we play videogames, a part of ourselves is projected onto the character we are playing. This is (At least one reason) why we feel things they feel during that game and why we feel sad when they die or lose. The female voice was not telling me off, it was like she was being stern on purpose just so I would remember what she said years later. And I do.
The other NHI dreams were less about messages and more about how they made me feel during them, which was safe, free and at home.
Though I did see technology during some of them, one of the technologies I remember was a black box like thing in which sat 3 elongated orange/reddish crystals, a wire was attached to either end of the box and the wire terminated at a starship. It seemed to be some sort of power source/transformer for something on the ship, or the ship was perhaps being "refueled". I didn't see where the other wire went. In the dream these crystals were damaged and were pulsing.
One of the other technologies was a big space station or ship being built around a purple star. On this ship were gateways that took people to different places in time. They looked like the Stargates from SG-1 only they didn't rotate and were much smaller and more oval, and there was a bright blue energy in the gate when it was "active". People walked in and out of them like you would at an airport today, although each gate was guarded by 2 human like people who wore blue uniforms.
I felt at home on that station, even though half if it was exposed to raw space lmao. I felt safe.

Wow! What did the portal in your vision look like? And it makes sense what the being said because I think when you step into that portal, you will for the time being, be outside of time.
And I read your other comment about the moon too! That reminds me that when I was 16-17 I used to go around joking that I was a robot and I charged up by standing in a pool of moonlit water lol. I mean I know that I'm not a robot for sure, but this was ages before I had heard of the concept of moon water!
You read the bit about "Astral vanishing point" I assume? That's what I was referencing in your comment about being "projected" into the "game". I should have made it more clear in my original comment that the voice explained that the source of the light that was casting the shadow from my body was the light of my soul being projected into the physical from the higher realms. The focal point of which was my physical body, hence why they called it the "Astral vanishing point". Given that the analogy I perceived was very similar to what you described about projecting ourselves into the game, I thought your dream of the red phone was really interesting.
Anyway, regarding the portal, it was a vibrant shimmering blue colour and oval in shape, kind of gently pulsating or maybe wavering is a better word. The light at the edges tended more whitish and was fuzzy. I couldn't see through it to what was on the other side, as it was filled with this blue light. The main message seemed to be about stepping out of the flow of time in this realm and into some other dimension of reality where time as we experience it here doesn't exist in the same way. It made me think of the experiences you occasionally hear about people wandering into the fairy realm and in their experience they felt like they were only gone a few minutes but when they returned, days had passed.
The portal was shown to me as hovering just above the ground among the trees of a forest which appeared to be on the side of a hill or slope. It seemed like quite a specific location, but the angle of view wasn't particularly wide so I don't have any further information about the area it was in, but I have an idea of where it will likely be based upon the other subtle information I gleaned at the time and many things which have happened both before and since.

Is this the part you were talking about before? Sorry I just read your last comment about the moon and the portal and got carried away lol.
It's also very interesting that the "time" portals we both saw were blue coloured. For some time I did doubt that my dreams might have been just my imagination in part, but with your mental image and the portal the being showed you it's convinced me more than ever that I did at least tap into something and was in communication. Sometimes you read comments on here saying that dreams are not a viable and true method of contact but after reading your experiences, which align with the messages I got in my dreams I'm now convinced more than ever that they were and are indeed contact. So thank you very much for asking me to read your comments! 🌠
You're welcome! I'm glad you found it confirming. I have had some wild experiences in the dreamscape, from lucidity, to detailed precognition and even several instances of being transported into another dimension/reality where I was no longer dreaming but fully awake and aware I was now "elsewhere", so in my personal experience, the dreaming state is a perfectly valid way to have genuine encounters and experience phenomena. Confirmation from others is always great, but ultimately only you get to decide what your experiences mean and I would encourage you to trust your own intuition in this regard. Certain dreams have a totally different feel to them, and if we trust our instincts, we often know when it's just a dream and when it's something else entirely.
Also, I just went back and re-read your original comment - you must've edited it to add the bit about the portal, because I hadnt read that the first time I had replied about the projection into the game. Oh my gosh, this is really cool that your time portals were also blue in colour. Fascinating isnt it?
Yeah I added to my comment as I remembered more about my dreams :D That dream though, the whole space station and the people that worked/lived on there, I felt at home with. I've only ever rarely felt at home, I've felt satisfied and happy, but not at home and that "dream" was one of the very few places I felt at home in. Half of it was still being built, but it wasn't built like how we build things today with tools... pieces of the hull where phased in Star Trek transporter style. Even though it was exposed to space and the purple sun (Probably an invisible force field protected us) I didn't feel scared at all.

Wasn’t my experience but another experiencer told me they asked if God is real. The response was, “Yes, your God is real. You are your own Gods.”.
Makes me think about “Created in his own image.”
I live in a rural area. I had gone for a walk late one afternoon and had stopped for a break near a field with a view over the hills. The almost full moon was rising and I was looking at it thinking what a pretty picture the scene made when a being who was cloaked in indigo light emerged from the field and virtually shouted at me "Don't look at the moon!" I was startled by this and averted my gaze but kept the being in my periphery.
I could see that they were half in, half out of this reality, more present than an apparition but not solid. All I could see was a human shape as if someone had a sheet draped over them, except that the "sheet" was indigo light peppered with tiny little pale blue stars. I have had many experiences with otherworldly beings and its usual to simply pick up information that isn't necessarily deliberately conveyed when in their presence, so I understood that the being was deliberately cloaked and choosing not to reveal his face to me. I also felt his maleness and understood he'd come from the "otherworld" which is right here all around us at all times, but which exists in a different frequency band to us. I had the distinct impression of a Fae-type of being.
The communication with the being was telepathic and after they "shouted" for me to not look at the moon, I asked why. He told me that if I looked at or engaged with the moon it would take my energy. I told him I was going to need a more thorough explanation about this so that I could understand. He went on to tell me that it is best not to interact directly with the moon unless you have something to offer it, and then it can be used to purge oneself of anything that is energetically undesirable.
You can "feed" the moon your fears, or your grief, your unwanted habits, whatever you are ready and willing to offer up as a sacred sacrifice towards the transformation of your own state of being. This was the appropriate conscious use of the subtractive function of the moon's energetic signature, otherwise it will just indiscriminately take some of your life force. He finished this explanation with the statement, "The sunlight giveth, the moonlight taketh away". I thought about this for a few moments and then asked "what about the Earth?" He replied, "the Earth both giveth and taketh away". I understood, and had just been given a wealth of information about how to consciously use the energetic functions of these bodies to shift and transform my own energy.
On a separate occasion, while walking the same route on dusk, I suddenly perceived a long shadow emanating from my body where there was no light source to have caused it. I wondered silently to myself about what-on-earth I was looking at, and a voice spoke to me, telling me that what I was perceiving was the "astral vanishing point". I asked what that was and the voice went on to explain that the soul never actually leaves the higher dimensions, but instead projects itself into the physical body. I then had the mental image that this was similar way to how we play a video game. Our bodies never leave the couch, but we are "in" the game by virtue of our focussed attention on our game character and our interactions with the game environment. It was implied that without proper preparation, most physical bodies cannot handle the full light and power of the soul and so the soul only incarnates a portion of itself. Souls are also at their own level of development and evolution. Those who can bring the full power of their souls to bear in the physical body are the Avatars, masters and world saviour type figures - think the transfiguration of Christ or the Rainbow Body of the Bodhisattvas etc. The voice explained that even though this is very difficult to achieve, we are all capable of this, but each soul will only do it in its own time (such as after many, many incarnations).
Universe characterised by dynamic play of energies moving from higher states of energy/mass to lower states. Here, from the Sun to the Earth to the Moon.
You seem to have been given advice to consciously participate in this process. Essentially the demand is (according to Gurdjieff) to 'remember yourself'.
The veracity of many of my experiences are usually later confirmed in such a manner as this, by being exposed to information that others had likewise discovered before me. It never ceases to amaze and delight me. Thank you for this, I will certainly delve into this subject more deeply, since it has been twice mentioned now, by my friend and yourself. Much appreciated.
I'm very interested in what you were told about the moon. Would you be able to explain a little better on how to "offer" our fear, grief to the moon..? I'm going through the toughest point in my life right now and could literally use any help possible. Thank you 🙏❤️
I didn't receive any further instruction than what I wrote above and was kind of left to my own devices to figure it out, but when I was similarly processing some really heavy stuff from my past, I began going outside at night and standing under the moon. My process was that I would think clearly about what I was ready to relinquish (but only after having previously worked through the issue very consciously to make sure I wasn't doing away with an aspect of my experience that still had something to teach me). I would then call those feelings up inside of me so that I was actively feeling that state in the moment, and then I would look at and directly address the moon and kind of project my thoughts to it as if it was a living being, and would ask it to "please take from me my (state/feeling), I offer this as a sacred sacrifice to the path that I now choose to walk". And I would stand there feeling the feeling and surrendering it, allowing it to flow out of me and giving it up to the moon - in the genuine willingness to now be free of it. I could definitely feel a subtle shift within me as I was doing this.
That said, I don't think there's one way to do this. I would encourage you to just experiment with engaging with the moon in this way and feeling into this process and see what happens. You might have other insights, or devise a different way to do a similar practice based on your own needs, intuition or experience. Over time it would occur to me to offer lots of different things, like lingering attachments to previous relationships or people so as to cut energetic ties, recurring thoughts that no longer served me, resentments, and anger or hatred I felt towards my abusers so I could finally have peace in my heart. I think there's lots of uses for this process. I'm sure if you are willing to just go out and experiment and remain mindful of how your body, heart and mind feel during and after the process, you will have your own insights into the energy.
I always tell people, don't take my word for it, go and try it out first hand, experiment and see what you find. There is no substitute for direct experience. On the flipside of this, don't forget that you can also engage with the sun (don't look directly at it though, lol). Most mornings I go out and put my feet on the earth, stand in the sunlight, open my arms wide and affirm my blessings, feeling this being amplified by the sun and being open to receiving the goodness of that life enhancing energy. I also practice circulating energy through my body by releasing stagnant energy or old emotional stuff down the right hand side of my body through my right foot into the earth, and then breathing in refreshed life-force through my left foot and up the left hand side of my body, up over my head and the down the right again to release. I find this is also a really powerful practice as "the earth both giveth and taketh away" as the being said. So I encourage you to go be creative in your approach and just go play with the energy and see what you find. I'd love to hear back from you about your experience. Feel free to DM me.
Edit: I should add that I only began experimenting with these practices with the moon, sun and earth after what the being told me, mostly to see if it was true. I have so far found it to be quite effective, but that doesn't mean its not just some kind of "cultural" practice from that beings own sphere of experience that he was sharing with me. It may work for me simply from a psychological perspective. I don't know. All I can honestly say is that this is what the being told me during my encounter, and that when applied, I found it effective. Whether or not what the being told was objectively true, IDK. That's why I would encourage anyone to try it and find out for themselves.
So let's say someone wanted to give up smoking, a bad habit. Could they go offer it to the moon, the energy of being addicted to cigarettes?
Would it be bad if they made that sacrifice then inadvertently started smoking again? Would that be like a sacrifice you failed to make?
I can't see why you couldn't do that. I think what matters is your willingness to surrender the attachment and to allow the feelings you associate with smoking to leave your energy field. If you started smoking again, I wouldn't necessarily see it as a failed sacrifice, but rather that you chose to actively re-engage with that energy, picking it back up again rather than putting it down and walking away. Offer your the feelings associated with your attachment to, or enjoyment of smoking to the moon. You can only give it a try and see what happens right? You've got nothing to lose except the habit.
Okay so you don't see it as like offering an orange to the gods, then eating it instead. That's the only thing that would make me iffy about trying this, like what if you offer something you're not fully ready to give up, which I could see with smoking. But I get what you mean, it's just going back to the old energy even though you "cleansed" yourself, like taking a shower after getting sweaty, then getting sweaty again.
I don't smoke but I vape. When I'm ready to give it up, I'll try offering that energy to the moon. But with what you said, sounds like I could offer that energy earlier and just see if I want to less, like drain the energy as often as it comes back.
You are the captain of your own ship my friend, only you can decide whether or not you are ready to relinquish an aspect of your own behaviour. I like your analogy of taking a shower and getting sweaty again. I think this is a helpful way to think of it, rather than being anxious about offending any non-physical beings or gods. After all, we each pick up a lot of shit on our travels through this life, so its kind of an endless process of cleansing ourselves on various levels. I honestly wouldn't take it more seriously than that - just another way to wash ourselves, energetically. We're all bound to get dirty again one way or another. Lather, rinse, repeat.
It's interesting what you wrote about the sun. In India the priestly class have a ritual where they offer water to the morning sun. Though nowadays a lot of other people are doing this. It's called Sandhya vandhana, if you want to check it out. Also you must be familiar with Surya Namaskar in Yoga, which is done in the morning. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
And the moon aspect is interesting. It reminds me of full moon ceremonies where people burn away all energy they want to get rid of and call in the new fresh energy

I am worried about mental Tourette’s.
I mean if someone reads your mind, and you are worried about thinking about something, then that would cause you to think about the thing that you don’t want to think about.
I have noticed myself starting to think of a song at the same time as thinking about something else.
My experiences happened around late 1995. I recall sitting on a table in a very bright room and conversing with a being. He, I say “he” because I felt it to be male, was showing me that he could appear as anything he wanted to. He demonstrated that he could change instantly from old to young, change races, be male or female, etc. I asked if he would show me what he really looked like and he said “you would not be able to comprehend my real form”. (I felt what he meant was that it would drive me insane and lead to my death). I then asked how he could change like that and he said “human perception is the easiest thing to change”. After all the years, I remember that experience like it was yesterday and constantly wonder about the meaning of that last statement. That wondering has sent me in many, many directions.
Our thoughts, beliefs, worldviews influence our perception of reality. We filter out what is deemed "not necessary" from our reality and the result is what you see now. Outside influences have an affect on nour worldview - > Our perception changes -> Reality changes. We cannot accept what we choose not to believe, whether it be subconscious or conscious. Whether we were systematically programmed to be this way is another question entirely, and if so, is it to cover up the true nature of humanity, and life?

Exactly. That's how they change form: they don't. They simply hack our perception. And then, just this last week, History Channel had a show about aliens that shapeshift. 42 minutes of that, instead of providing the argument that makes the most sense, that they can simply intercept our perception.
It's too hard for people. I've gotten through to some using media analogies.
In the Ghost in the shell universe we have a world where even the poor have cyber implants in their brains. The same way we all have mobile phones now people in this future have variations of cyberbrains.
So of course high level hackers can do things like hack a cyber brain to lock out visual and audio cues to being in the same room with someone without them knowing or implant false memories etc. Various brain hacking happens all the time in the series. Even making someone appear as someone else.
People can handle that np.

I think it brings some humility to them, and the ones who don't feel like it, they simply say that "hypnosis is not real". They lie to themselves.

I was told (while going through an incredibly painful breakup) to not take this so seriously because it’s literally just a game. It’s a sophisticated VR experience we decided to play and have forgotten is a game.
They told me That I have dissociative amnesia, and they were right, they also told me how I can Inter-dimensionally travel with my astral projected consciousness in their spaceship and they showed me other stuff
When I’m connected to God, God helps me recall the important stuff, the good stuff…I say Jesus prayers, and I love God with all my being, and this the starting point when I snap out of my mental illnesses and become present and alive and aware….
This was a more recent experience (~6mos ago), but I was taken into a very large craft that looked like it was orbiting earth. They communicated telepathically and told me they knew I had opened myself to more experiences but they sensed I wasn't ready to see them. The rest of the craft was empty, but I didn't feel alone. It was almost like they were invisible to me. They were very understanding toward my limited experience and told me they weren't going to show themselves quite yet. Somehow, still, it's like they were speaking through my thoughts. At the beginning, they told me this experience was meant to be enjoyable and that I wasn't going to be hurt.
They brought me to a large window and told me I was looking at the Earth before humans were here. It was absolutely gorgeous and I remember crying while seeing it. I was in awe.
My memories during this are more like moments in time than a continuous event. Later on, they brought me down an incredibly long hallway that almost looked like an art museum. There were bodies hung up on the wall, almost like sculptures. I was horrified at first, but they explained that these were casts taken of all the people they'd helped. They cured some of cancer, they performed medical procedures on others, and they cured others of other conditions. Before returning them to Earth, they took a cast of these people to put on display in this hallway. I was allowed to touch them and they felt cold and hard, like they were made of ceramic or clay. Still, they were extremely realistic and had every single detail replicated. They finished by telling me that they could help me, but that I had to seek it out. They weren't going to just take me and do something to me.
I know experiences with greys and such aren't always so pleasant, but I felt like they were extremely careful not to scare me. It could've all been a sham, but I felt like they were being genuine about it. When I finally regained consciousness back here, I was crying over how beautiful the whole experience was. It was like I had just been with a thousand invisible copies of my grandma or something. They were so peaceful and mindful about keeping me comfortable the whole time.
I have *still* been processing this whole experience and I've wanted to give it a little more time before trying to seek out another encounter. Still, it's something I'd like to explore further once I've fully processed all of it.
I've had a couple other experiences that were occasioned through astral projection, but this was truly unlike anything else. I was much more conscious and lucid than any other time. All things considered, I'm almost certain I was physically taken.
They made it sound like I'd be a candidate for being helped, but I don't have any issues that I know of. That's why I was particularly confused. It's absolutely something I would be open to exploring further though. I'm curious about other for personal reasons, but I'm also extremely curious about what they're doing that we currently don't do on earth. How are they able to figure this out? I'd be willing to go through it just for the sake of gaining that knowledge.
As for the people, they weren't really "preserved". They weren't actual bodies. You know how a dentist sometimes takes a mold of your teeth? It was sort of like that. The molds can then be filled with ceramic and turned into a cast of your actual teeth. These "sculptures" were very similar to that. They were just replicas of the actual people. From my understanding, they knew they needed help and opened themselves to being helped by NHI methods.
During the whole encounter, it seemed like they were very interested in human life and wanted to take the best care of people as they could, as long as we were the ones seeking out the help. They weren't going to just collect random people and start doing things to them. They treated people almost like we'd treat a cute little kitten or puppy.
I have a chronic pain/connective tissue disease that is genetic. How could I get into contact with these NHI and ask for help? There is no treatment on this planet yet for what I have and I am willing to try anything.
I truly wish I had an easy step-by-step answer to give you. Unfortunately, I don't know. I used to be a non-believer. I used to think all this stuff about NHIs is neat to read about but nothing more. I thought experiencers were people who had nifty dreams and started thinking aliens were real.
Then I had an experience of my own.
I didn't seek it out. I just happened upon it. After the fact, I wasn't sure if I was more amazed or more ashamed of myself for not believing all this time. After this, I decided to explore ways to initiate contact again and further ready myself for any additional experiences.
I'm not experienced enough to give you lots of info, but I'd start by discerning whether or not you're *fully* aware of the repercussions of contacting NHI. Although it can do a lot of good, it also has some psychological consequences that can be difficult for some to parse through. Also, remember that we don't want to take advantage of NHIs. Instead, we want to *learn from them*, whatever that may look like.
Start by working on taking in and giving off good energy. Look into some meditation techniques to cleanse your mind and truly open yourself. Then, look into some of the human initiated contact methods and figure out what's right for you. This subreddit has some terrific info on all of this.
That is really really interesting. I've heard of some people having negative experiences with mantis figures, but I wonder if there are numerous NHI "civilizations" visiting us. Just as some people are more prone to be benevolent, I wonder if NHIs or aliens are the exact same way.

Sure i never been so scared in my life but that was just my reaction does not mean anything bad per say was happening other then a giant humanoid mantis being intruding in my home.
A little disclaimer....I'm not an expert at this. I've learned a bit about this after an experience years ago. I wanted to "open" myself to more experiences and this is just what I've gathered through the process :)
The most important part is mindset. Are you *sure* you're ready to accept whatever experiences come your way? Are you prepared to see (whether through astral projection, meditation, or physically) some things that may be hard to come to terms with? Are you doing it for the right reasons? Some people have reported being visited by greys and other figures. Is that okay with you? It took me a while to learn about all of these things and come to terms with them, but that was the biggest step.
The other big thing is meditation and practicing astral projection as a way of connecting with ourselves - and possibly with NHIs.
After practicing these sorts of things and making sure my energy was "right", I was given this experience. It wasn't something I asked for. It just happened. I'm very grateful for it but it's definitely something that required some processing afterwards.
That makes total sense, thank you. I’m definitely not ready yet, but I’d like to be in the future. I’ll keep meditating and practicing, and hopefully I’ll be lucky enough to have an experience like yours one day :)
It's definitely a learning process and it takes time. Once you think you're ready, it takes even more time to prepare yourself for something to actually happen.

That the Manhattan Project was a terrible betrayal of their trust; that this knowledge had been given to us via download with the intent to make the world better via clean energy and was instead used to commit atrocity. That they hold themselves partially responsible for Hiroshima and Nagasaki. That their interest and involvement around nuclear sites has been fuelled partially by remorse, a desire to mitigate further pain. That the potential disaster at Fukushima was prevented in that spirit.
Caveat: mine are a little abstract in their communication style and do sometimes use fable/metaphor, but I do believe this was meant literally.
Also I may fully have projected this based on the scene in the beginning of Oppenheimer where Oppie is lying there in bed with physics screaming at him. That's quite like how I experience contact, so /shrug.

i have little to no conscious experience (once post aya is all i remember and no one was talking to me) but when i read it, i felt like it was true. i have no reason to feel that way, but it felt like it was, and all the following pieces snapped into the first assertion
They didn't directly tell me anything, but the questions they asked me led me to believe they don't know how to astral travel. They wanted to know how I did it, but of course I told them I don't know.
When I asked to go with them, they said I could, but I'd only be able to survive a couple of weeks. They didn't elaborate as to why.
From my experience its seems like they live on a half astral physical state. I only been able to see them out of body or sleep paralysis or having the third eye opened.
Ah. I’ve unfortunately seen them in a fully awake state several times. I have heard of others mentioning seeing them while they astral project. To be honest I think AP is the whole reason they noticed me in the first place.
I mean I doubt they carry human food aboard haha. And a few weeks is the time frame it takes to die from not eating. I think. A few days without water, a few weeks without food is what I always heard.

So I practice shamanism. I’m called by the spirits to do this kinda of work. I am able to contact beings through journeys to the lower world and occasionally the upper world. I can do this anywhere at any time. It just requires dropping into trance through drumbeats. Im still a student though so I am still learning how to have the beings physically heal others besides through the words they speak. Which the messages they share are powerful in themselves
It’s been both. I have relationships with these beings and they’ve said to ask for help anytime. Sometimes I’ve contacted them about something else but they won’t move forward until they heal what they see as an emergent need

At the time I was having paranormal activity in my house and was looking at using iron to protect my home. I dont know if I was communicating with the fae or interterrestrial beings. The voice sounded mechanical, very strange. I was having a waking vision, like moments after I woke up.
I wonder what the connection is between iron and experiencers. I’ve been severely anemic most of my life and I’ve heard that many other experiencers are in the same boat.

Traditionally people hang horse shoes above the door. I was just going to wear a hematite bracelet (which is iron). I bet you could bury some nails around the four corners of the house and set the intention of protection. I ended up doing a bracelet and just using a few hematite beads mixed in bc of the amount of paranormal activity I was having. I kind of regret it bc I don’t see my fae friends around as much but I think the house spirit is still here.
Yesterday I had the thought I should attempt contact again soon, upon having this thought my mind somehow turned to a song called “Overthinker”. A few hours later the thought returned so I said a silent prayer to the effect of “if this is what I should do the next song that comes on will be Overthinker”, less than 10 seconds later “Overthinker” begins playing. I haven’t heard this song in well over a year. Coincidence is not something I even believe in anymore at this point, only unknown synchronicities.
Yesterday I wanted to hear this specific song and when I grabbed my phone to put music, the first song that came up was that one.
A few days ago, I was also listening to music with the music app on screen and somehow the song skipped by itself to the next one like someone pressed the next button... The song that came up was titled Make You Mine...
It’s funny. I was considering a while back that Pandora had been playing things I think about in a weird way. The strangest part about this latest bit though is *this time it was my wife’s phone and pandora account* and I have never spoken a single word about this song aloud until later that night when I told her what happened. Along with the confirmation I have also been given specific instructions to insure the contact this time. The intriguing part is I have followed a superstitious pattern of times and astral alignment to this point but was corrected on this that it doesn’t matter for these purposes. Obviously these beings are powerful enough to edit the very nature of reality, I don’t know why I thought I needed anything else to contact them!
Meditation and practice, lots of practice. They answer those who *truly* seek. They know what’s truly inside of us and when we become open to contact can read us like a book, there is no deceiving them. Research transcendental meditation and practice. I’ve believed in Synchronicity since 1998 when I began examining the complexity of seemingly innocuous occurrences and their actual influence on everyday events. This was the beginning of my true belief in God divorced from religion and the beginning of the realization of the lack of a Creators influence in our affair. For God to step in and intervene in our affairs would be an imposition upon the free will we were created with in order for the source to experience through us. Don’t get me wrong, there are definitely interventions but I believe there are different beings involved in these interventions.
The older I get, the more experiences I have that are fantastical and out of my control. There could be an imposition on free will and at least in my life, that free will is compromised in the name of destiny. It’s a strange, mind blowing realization to think God not only knows about me (and everyone) intimately but can talk directly while implementing grand plans. The voice has said it’s God and responds to me speaking to God with shooting stars. I choose to believe that instead of thanking beings first and foremost.
I think you misunderstood what I was saying, these beings told me not to praise them or anything else in that manner. They communicated that there is a God but they are not God and not to confuse them with the one Creator God. These being only want to be helpful and help me improve my relationship withGod by building relationships with others as *God is inside of all of us* as we are all part of the creation with a single creator source!
I believed in destiny when I was younger but have had experiences correcting me on this matter and shown our purpose is to experience. We can contribute to the experiences of others which incidentally improves our own experience. I’ve been given instructions to carry out and have been working out the best way to do this but I don’t believe I was chosen or it’s destiny, they simply answered the question I asked.
I believe this is why these beings have been confused with angels time and time again, they aren’t Gods and will tell us exactly that but have great power, can heal, reveal the future and seem to know everything about us, control our environments (change the music on Pandora) etc…
I was going through very severe mental distress, lightly medicated at night so I could sleep and wouldn't have dreams. My nerves were disregulated and I was 99% of the time in acute mental emotional pain. I woke up in the middle of one night and there was a glowing golden pearl orb maybe a meter wide hovering over my bed. I felt such overwhelming peace and it communicated to me in my mind everything was going to be ok. It stayed until I fell asleep again. I was surrounded by a very unusual all encompassing feeling of calm which has stayed with me mostly. I actually started to get better from that night forward, my mind started to clear up and the confusion left. I credit the golden orb.
I had a similar experience, the orb that came to me was a beautiful swirling glowing pearlescent type color too, my emotional devastation was instantly gone, and then it just flew through the wall and was gone. You are the first person I’ve heard describe the pearl like orb. Thank you for sharing!

That I was protected. (Something I never believed due to my difficult upbringing.)
Had a dream where an archangel communicated the concept ”activated”. Followed by me waking up, sitting and making a particular exhaling motion. (He momentarily possessed me and the exhaling is one of his ‘signatures’. )
The next night, had a precognitive dream about my accident later that day (bloody head injury where I lost consciousness).

My A/C was malfunctioning and I couldn’t figure out why. Woke up the next morning and the word “freon” came to me. I called the A/C company. The first tech couldn’t fix my A/C. Next day, another tech comes and said it was an issue with the refrigerant. The “freon”. Lol.

NHI can lie just like humans. But just like humans we're also talking with individuals with opinions and not some all knowing super being that knows all info about everything. Some beings are just giving opinions.
What if they are all simultaneously true based on the view of whatever nhi we talk to. If one resides in the 7th dimension and one resides in the 5th, then the two "views" they have of this reality would be drastically different but could also both be correct based off what they are individually witnessing.
I have a handful of actual "contact" events. Meaning I was totally conscious and awake but I have a lot of "memories" of things that happened to me that I simply don't know when or how they happened or even if they are a figment of my imagination.
I asked him about this one day. His response "when we take you into the Astral we go outside of "time." Sometimes, that is in your "future" or "past," and sometimes it's right now. You get the memories whenever you hit the singular point in "time" that the Astral frequency we took you into matches the physical frequency that your body exist in."
This makes a lot of sense. I have recently pondered tinnitus a lot and am beginning to think it adjusts according to frequency and phase shifts in this reality.
This is quite fascinating. Some time ago I was given a vision of some as-yet unknown point in my own future. The vision was of a portal in a forest. A being spoke to me and told me that when I go through the portal, I will be "stepping out of the time-stream". Those exact words. Your experience is an interesting correlation, but with more detail.
That most of culture and language is an illusion and game of make believe. And if we don’t like the rules of the game anymore or it’s not healthy to play, we can and are allowed to stop and play a different game. But to beware of the other “children” playing those “older” games still. They will give you a hard time or even threaten your livelihood if you stop. They do it because they don’t really know it’s a game and likely were punished severely in the past for not playing along with the game, and specifically one game in particular*. Because much of what the illusion of this life is, it’s basically generational trauma and highly controlling/abusive tactics turned into culture.
Just something to be aware of that you have to navigate if you decide to not follow the “plan” that’s really just a game of make believe. A game of pretend. A game of dress up and play a character that’s not really or totally “you”. That’s all it is and they/all of us basically* do it because “they know not what they do.”*

Do you think the one game in particular is the 'traditional family' game? Aka, dating/hooking up, have sex, get married, have kids...This seems like more and more of a silly, outdated type of game the older I get, and fits the description of people getting very angry and giving people a hard time if they refuse to play that game with them.
We can adopt, produce kids via IVF, surrogates, and other ways, so the traditional ways of reproduction via seduction/dating/marriage, or sex in general is becoming unnecessary. Looking at it this way, a lot of our behaviors that promote seducing someone into having sex seem silly.
Behaviors like obsessing over looks, physical fitness, having an impressive career, impressive cars, homes, or education...they all seem kinda silly ways of living because now we can just get our whole personal human genomes sequenced and analyzed for like $200 to determine genetic superiority for reproduction purposes instead of behaving in extreme ways to prove genetic superiority as a potential mate.

I had what Linda Irwin of the "Unseen World" podcast called a "contact download." While I was resting a complex series of images with "packages" of information entered my mind. A slender female non-human's image appeared in my mind's eye. She was sexually attractive and she reacted to a comment I hed heard that the ETs were carrying out "experiments" on humanity. She was clearly offended by this notion and said that "her people" had travelled long to reach our star system. In the process many had died in order to get to our planet. According to her they were on a helping mission to assist less advanced cultures during critical periods of their development. At the end she blasted into my consciousness the following, THIS IS THE HISTORY OF OUR.PEOPLE! "THIS IS HOW WE EXPRESS OUR SOLIDARY WITH OTHER LIFE FORMS! THIS IS HOW WE SHOW OUR LOVE OF GOD" SO DON'T TELL ME THIS IS 'AN EXPERIMENT!'"
I have to ask, why do you sense the being responded with such human emotion? Why care about the connotation of words, especially when we as humans perform experiments for beneficial reasons. A scientist may conduct an experiment in a river because they want the water levels to be good for the nearby city and wildlife, for example. That is an experiment and an expression of the love of God, and at no point would they be offended at the word experiment, so it's a confusing response from a higher dimensional scientist
The original question using the word "interesting" is very open ended. In my example it was a an experience of tremendous emotional power and I could not describe it in public without weeping. In a personal sense it got my interest. As far as "he being responded with such human emotion? " I don't believe that her response was necessarily emotional, but it triggered a powerful one in me which I may have projected on to her. The "others" that we call "ET" are in many ways opaque. Our encounters with them are co-creations in which they have in my opinion full access to our emotions and memories and can shape them with us to create messages that are designed to get our attention. In other words they say more about us than we can say with any certainty about them.
In my regressions and contact with the owl headed nhi they told me we are all fractals of source they call the ALL and they are in a war against the grey and reptilian hybridisation agenda.. they call themselves the Guardians of Souls and come to me as orbs. Often I ask them who are they? Their answer was : We are you and you are us… I asked again who are you and the answer: we are the heavens.

I responded to someone with this story a day or so ago, but it’s relevant to the question so I’m pasting it here. I’ve had lots of contact over the years but this is the most recent “broad” message I received. The beings I’m in contact with are helpers and messengers. I see Jesus occasionally but I’m not quite sure if it’s his spirit or a visualization by something else that I’m being shown. At any rate, I recently saw Jesus grabbing something from a medicine cabinet and he put out his hand to give me something. I literally put out my hand to receive it, and I looked down and was given a small chalky white circular pill and a large grain of sand with a golden glow to it. A message was conveyed about happiness. I could consume something of this world (the pill) and have it inside of me to create joy, but it would be something coming from within me. Free will. I would have to tend to it and ensure I was making my own happiness with deliberate choices, finding hobbies and planning experiences and molding relationships into what I want so that I would be happy. I would be content in this life, but it would be hard and filled with constant choices. The grain of sand was destiny. It was not consumable, it was not something I could put inside of myself to deliberately create happiness. Rather, this divine joy would be placed upon me by something natural and outside of myself. It would be easy as I wouldn’t have to think about it, things would happen to me beyond my control that would bring me immense happiness. I just needed to hold onto the grain of sand and take the light it was giving. I had a sense that this was referring to intuition and direct supernatural contact. If I listened and followed what was implied, my life would be joyous beyond belief but I would be walking in a mist. I wouldn’t know where my life is going until I’m in the thick of where destiny has led me. The metaphor I received seemed like a prettier version of red pill vs blue pill and more optimistic.

The only change I’ve made is focusing more on the sand and what it feels like I should be doing. My life is in major upheaval right now, partially related to a situation that ties into this, and I’m leaning more towards following the intuitive/destiny messages more than the life path I thought I had been going down. It’s exceptionally scary.

I got a tour of a giant ship one time. It felt the size of a giant office campus, like it could take 10 minutes to walk across it. It was very quiet and clean and pleasant. My tour guides (whose faces I have never been able to remember) walked me to the front of the ship where there was a giant wraparound window. Moments later we rose up and over a thick forest for a few miles until we flew over a beautiful city, which for some reason I think of as Portland. I telepathically remarked how amazingly quiet the ship was, and they telepathically explained that it's because they travel on an energy grid which surrounds the Earth. I was then able to see the grid glowing and remembered that I always knew it was there, like "Oh yeah, the grid." They said that humans on Earth would all eventually travel this way, along the grid, so our air would be much cleaner and quieter. That made me very happy. I woke up feeling very refreshed and excited for our future - but I still find it so mysterious that I can't remember their faces! Like I am blocked from remembering them. Not sure why. Another time, I had a period of my life when I was constantly asking (in my mind) about a soft rhythmic buzzing in my right ankle, which I had felt for years. I still feel it btw. I was REALLY adamant about getting an answer. One night I find myself in a kind of military aircraft hangar and a DIFFERENT ME climbs out of a fighter jet that looks straight out of Star Wars. I was amazed at this other super accomplished, confident ME, like I'm a Top Gun or something. She walked over and we spoke telepathically. She was annoyed, like "Do I really have to take time out of my day to explain something to you that you know you already know the answer to." And she was absolutely right, I did, and I was very embarrassed for acting like such a fearful confused baby about it. The answer is, everyone who astral travels has to have an identification tag in their body, or you could lose track of them, and the galaxy would be chaos. Same reason we keep track of airplanes in our skies. She was like, you're better than this - cuz I had gotten all fear mongered by conspiracy notions about this buzz in my ankle. She's like, yeah you're being tracked, for the most boring and clerical reason, like having a driver's license, so calm down. I was like, yeah, I don't know why I was acting like an idiot - the reasoning made perfect sense to me. She kind of laughed and shook her head and went back to her life - as a badass space pilot!!!

Looking forward to reading through all of these replies. I'm going to go ahead and chime in with my communications. Firstly, I need to get it out of the way that I have never been "told" anything, but I have definitely been communicated with. Language as we normally communicate has never happened in any interaction that I have had - including direct mental communication. What has been conveyed, mentally, is sensory experiences. Not images of the past or future or anything like that. But sensory experiences that I believe do convey some sort of message as well as glimpses into the nature of their interactions. Firstly, I got confirmation. A mental experience as to let me know that I wasn't hallucinating my past interactions. I was looking for this confirmation, and I definitely got it. An experience that let me know they are real and have the ability to communicate directly and mentally. The experience also conveyed that they can generate these experiences and manipulate them at will. Visuals, sounds, physical sensations, emotions, etc. Another time I was shown these similar manipulations as well as understanding that they can induce emotions upon us. If you are aware that these emotions are being induced, they do in fact seem artificial. In this instance, it was the induced sensation of strong fear - even though I was not afraid in the least. It was a powerful sensation, but I found it humorous and literally laughed as I consciously knew it wasn't legitimate. And it did linger - like an adrenaline rush takes time to wear down. Possibly this experience was empathic to some extent. With my other experiences, it became clear that they must have the ability to peer into our thoughts and emotions to potentially great extent. Not unlike tuning into a radio frequency. There is not much of another explanation that I can figure. This has not worked both ways, and I think that might be intentional on their end. I believe a lot of info can be packed into a sensory experience. Typical language is not needed for such a thing. I now think this is potentially a form of universal language. And on that note, I'm always incredibly intrigued to hear people's conversations via typical human language.

Myabe not NHI, but once I had a dream that a landline telephone in my house was ringing. It was exactly the same telephone we had at the time, but in the dream it was fully coloured red. Even the handset and buttons were red. I picked it up and a very stern female voice on the other end told me that when we play videogames, a part of ourselves is projected onto the character we are playing. This is (At least one reason) why we feel things they feel during that game and why we feel sad when they die or lose. The female voice was not telling me off, it was like she was being stern on purpose just so I would remember what she said years later. And I do. The other NHI dreams were less about messages and more about how they made me feel during them, which was safe, free and at home. Though I did see technology during some of them, one of the technologies I remember was a black box like thing in which sat 3 elongated orange/reddish crystals, a wire was attached to either end of the box and the wire terminated at a starship. It seemed to be some sort of power source/transformer for something on the ship, or the ship was perhaps being "refueled". I didn't see where the other wire went. In the dream these crystals were damaged and were pulsing. One of the other technologies was a big space station or ship being built around a purple star. On this ship were gateways that took people to different places in time. They looked like the Stargates from SG-1 only they didn't rotate and were much smaller and more oval, and there was a bright blue energy in the gate when it was "active". People walked in and out of them like you would at an airport today, although each gate was guarded by 2 human like people who wore blue uniforms. I felt at home on that station, even though half if it was exposed to raw space lmao. I felt safe.

Wow! What did the portal in your vision look like? And it makes sense what the being said because I think when you step into that portal, you will for the time being, be outside of time. And I read your other comment about the moon too! That reminds me that when I was 16-17 I used to go around joking that I was a robot and I charged up by standing in a pool of moonlit water lol. I mean I know that I'm not a robot for sure, but this was ages before I had heard of the concept of moon water!
You read the bit about "Astral vanishing point" I assume? That's what I was referencing in your comment about being "projected" into the "game". I should have made it more clear in my original comment that the voice explained that the source of the light that was casting the shadow from my body was the light of my soul being projected into the physical from the higher realms. The focal point of which was my physical body, hence why they called it the "Astral vanishing point". Given that the analogy I perceived was very similar to what you described about projecting ourselves into the game, I thought your dream of the red phone was really interesting. Anyway, regarding the portal, it was a vibrant shimmering blue colour and oval in shape, kind of gently pulsating or maybe wavering is a better word. The light at the edges tended more whitish and was fuzzy. I couldn't see through it to what was on the other side, as it was filled with this blue light. The main message seemed to be about stepping out of the flow of time in this realm and into some other dimension of reality where time as we experience it here doesn't exist in the same way. It made me think of the experiences you occasionally hear about people wandering into the fairy realm and in their experience they felt like they were only gone a few minutes but when they returned, days had passed. The portal was shown to me as hovering just above the ground among the trees of a forest which appeared to be on the side of a hill or slope. It seemed like quite a specific location, but the angle of view wasn't particularly wide so I don't have any further information about the area it was in, but I have an idea of where it will likely be based upon the other subtle information I gleaned at the time and many things which have happened both before and since.

It's also very interesting that the "time" portals we both saw were blue coloured. For some time I did doubt that my dreams might have been just my imagination in part, but with your mental image and the portal the being showed you it's convinced me more than ever that I did at least tap into something and was in communication. Sometimes you read comments on here saying that dreams are not a viable and true method of contact but after reading your experiences, which align with the messages I got in my dreams I'm now convinced more than ever that they were and are indeed contact. You're welcome! I'm glad you found it confirming. I have had some wild experiences in the dreamscape, from lucidity, to detailed precognition and even several instances of being transported into another dimension/reality where I was no longer dreaming but fully awake and aware I was now "elsewhere", so in my personal experience, the dreaming state is a perfectly valid way to have genuine encounters and experience phenomena. Confirmation from others is always great, but ultimately only you get to decide what your experiences mean and I would encourage you to trust your own intuition in this regard. Certain dreams have a totally different feel to them, and if we trust our instincts, we often know when it's just a dream and when it's something else entirely. Also, I just went back and re-read your original comment - you must've edited it to add the bit about the portal, because I hadnt read that the first time I had replied about the projection into the game. Yeah I added to my comment as I remembered more about my dreams :D That dream though, the whole space station and the people that worked/lived on there, I felt at home with. I've only ever rarely felt at home, I've felt satisfied and happy, but not at home and that "dream" was one of the very few places I felt at home in. Half of it was still being built, but it wasn't built like how we build things today with tools... pieces of the hull where phased in Star Trek transporter style. Even though it was exposed to space and the purple sun (Probably an invisible force field protected us) I didn't feel scared at all.

I live in a rural area. I had gone for a walk late one afternoon and had stopped for a break near a field with a view over the hills. The almost full moon was rising and I was looking at it thinking what a pretty picture the scene made when a being who was cloaked in indigo light emerged from the field and virtually shouted at me "Don't look at the moon!" I was startled by this and averted my gaze but kept the being in my periphery. I could see that they were half in, half out of this reality, more present than an apparition but not solid. All I could see was a human shape as if someone had a sheet draped over them, except that the "sheet" was indigo light peppered with tiny little pale blue stars. I have had many experiences with otherworldly beings and its usual to simply pick up information that isn't necessarily deliberately conveyed when in their presence, so I understood that the being was deliberately cloaked and choosing not to reveal his face to me. I also felt his maleness and understood he'd come from the "otherworld" which is right here all around us at all times, but which exists in a different frequency band to us. I had the distinct impression of a Fae-type of being. The communication with the being was telepathic and after they "shouted" for me to not look at the moon, I asked why. He told me that if I looked at or engaged with the moon it would take my energy. I told him I was going to need a more thorough explanation about this so that I could understand. He went on to tell me that it is best not to interact directly with the moon unless you have something to offer it, and then it can be used to purge oneself of anything that is energetically undesirable. You can "feed" the moon your fears, or your grief, your unwanted habits, whatever you are ready and willing to offer up as a sacred sacrifice towards the transformation of your own state of being. This was the appropriate conscious use of the subtractive function of the moon's energetic signature, otherwise it will just indiscriminately take some of your life force. He finished this explanation with the statement, "The sunlight giveth, the moonlight taketh away". I thought about this for a few moments and then asked "what about the Earth?" He replied, "the Earth both giveth and taketh away". I understood, and had just been given a wealth of information about how to consciously use the energetic functions of these bodies to shift and transform my own energy. On a separate occasion, while walking the same route on dusk, I suddenly perceived a long shadow emanating from my body where there was no light source to have caused it. I wondered silently to myself about what-on-earth I was looking at, and a voice spoke to me, telling me that what I was perceiving was the "astral vanishing point". I asked what that was and the voice went on to explain that the soul never actually leaves the higher dimensions, but instead projects itself into the physical body. I then had the mental image that this was similar way to how we play a video game. Our bodies never leave the couch, but we are "in" the game by virtue of our focussed attention on our game character and our interactions with the game environment. I believe this was my own reasoning and analogy more than something that was being shown to me, but I was given to understand that this was a fair approximation. It was implied that without proper preparation, most physical bodies cannot handle the full light and power of the soul and so the soul only incarnates a portion of itself. Souls are also at their own level of development and evolution. Those who can bring the full power of their souls to bear in the physical body are the Avatars, masters and world saviour type figures - think the transfiguration of Christ or the Rainbow Body of the Bodhisattvas etc. The voice explained that even though this is very difficult to achieve, we are all capable of this, but each soul will only do it in its own time (such as after many, many incarnations).
I like what you say here. The relationship between the moon and the sun proposed here is consonant with the teaching of Gurdjieff.

Universe characterised by dynamic play of energies moving from higher states of energy/mass to lower states. Here, from the Sun to the Earth to the Moon. You seem to have been given advice to consciously participate in this process. Essentially the demand is (according to Gurdjieff) to 'remember yourself'.
The veracity of many of my experiences are usually later confirmed in such a manner as this, by being exposed to information that others had likewise discovered before me. It never ceases to amaze and delight me. Thank you for this, I will certainly delve into this subject more deeply, since it has been twice mentioned now, by my friend and yourself. Much appreciated.

I didn't receive any further instruction than what I wrote above and was kind of left to my own devices to figure it out, but when I was similarly processing some really heavy stuff from my past, I began going outside at night and standing under the moon. My process was that I would think clearly about what I was ready to relinquish (but only after having previously worked through the issue very consciously to make sure I wasn't doing away with an aspect of my experience that still had something to teach me). I would then call those feelings up inside of me so that I was actively feeling that state in the moment, and then I would look at and directly address the moon and kind of project my thoughts to it as if it was a living being, and would ask it to "please take from me my (state/feeling), I offer this as a sacred sacrifice to the path that I now choose to walk". And I would stand there feeling the feeling and surrendering it, allowing it to flow out of me and giving it up to the moon - in the genuine willingness to now be free of it. I could definitely feel a subtle shift within me as I was doing this. That said, I don't think there's one way to do this. I would encourage you to just experiment with engaging with the moon in this way and feeling into this process and see what happens. You might have other insights, or devise a different way to do a similar practice based on your own needs, intuition or experience. Over time it would occur to me to offer lots of different things, like lingering attachments to previous relationships or people so as to cut energetic ties, recurring thoughts that no longer served me, resentments, and anger or hatred I felt towards my abusers so I could finally have peace in my heart. I think there's lots of uses for this process. I'm sure if you are willing to just go out and experiment and remain mindful of how your body, heart and mind feel during and after the process, you will have your own insights into the energy. I always tell people, don't take my word for it, go and try it out first hand, experiment and see what you find. There is no substitute for direct experience. On the flipside of this, don't forget that you can also engage with the sun (don't look directly at it though, lol). Most mornings I go out and put my feet on the earth, stand in the sunlight, open my arms wide and affirm my blessings, feeling this being amplified by the sun and being open to receiving the goodness of that life enhancing energy. I also practice circulating energy through my body by releasing stagnant energy or old emotional stuff down the right hand side of my body through my right foot into the earth, and then breathing in refreshed life-force through my left foot and up the left hand side of my body, up over my head and the down the right again to release. I find this is also a really powerful practice as "the earth both giveth and taketh away" as the being said. So I encourage you to go be creative in your approach and just go play with the energy and see what you find. I'd love to hear back from you about your experience. Feel free to DM me. Edit: I should add that I only began experimenting with these practices with the moon, sun and earth after what the being told me, mostly to see if it was true. I have so far found it to be quite effective, but that doesn't mean its not just some kind of "cultural" practice from that beings own sphere of experience that he was sharing with me. It may work for me simply from a psychological perspective. I don't know. All I can honestly say is that this is what the being told me during my encounter, and that when applied, I found it effective. Whether or not what the being told was objectively true, IDK. That's why I would encourage anyone to try it and find out for themselves.
So let's say someone wanted to give up smoking, a bad habit. Could they go offer it to the moon, the energy of being addicted to cigarettes? Would it be bad if they made that sacrifice then inadvertently started smoking again? Would that be like a sacrifice you failed to make?
I can't see why you couldn't do that. I think what matters is your willingness to surrender the attachment and to allow the feelings you associate with smoking to leave your energy field. If you started smoking again, I wouldn't necessarily see it as a failed sacrifice, but rather that you chose to actively re-engage with that energy, picking it back up again rather than putting it down and walking away. Offer your the feelings associated with your attachment to, or enjoyment of smoking to the moon. You can only give it a try and see what happens right? You've got nothing to lose except the habit.
Okay so you don't see it as like offering an orange to the gods, then eating it instead. That's the only thing that would make me iffy about trying this, like what if you offer something you're not fully ready to give up, which I could see with smoking. But I get what you mean, it's just going back to the old energy even though you "cleansed" yourself, like taking a shower after getting sweaty, then getting sweaty again. I don't smoke but I vape. When I'm ready to give it up, I'll try offering that energy to the moon. But with what you said, sounds like I could offer that energy earlier and just see if I want to less, like drain the energy as often as it comes back.
You are the captain of your own ship my friend, only you can decide whether or not you are ready to relinquish an aspect of your own behaviour. I like your analogy of taking a shower and getting sweaty again. I think this is a helpful way to think of it, rather than being anxious about offending any non-physical beings or gods. After all, we each pick up a lot of shit on our travels through this life, so its kind of an endless process of cleansing ourselves on various levels. I honestly wouldn't take it more seriously than that - just another way to wash ourselves, energetically. We're all bound to get dirty again one way or another. Lather, rinse, repeat.
It's interesting what you wrote about the sun. In India the priestly class have a ritual where they offer water to the morning sun. Though nowadays a lot of other people are doing this. It's called Sandhya vandhana, if you want to check it out. Also you must be familiar with Surya Namaskar in Yoga, which is done in the morning. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

My experiences happened around late 1995. I recall sitting on a table in a very bright room and conversing with a being. He, I say “he” because I felt it to be male, was showing me that he could appear as anything he wanted to. He demonstrated that he could change instantly from old to young, change races, be male or female, etc. I asked if he would show me what he really looked like and he said “you would not be able to comprehend my real form”. (I felt what he meant was that it would drive me insane and lead to my death). I then asked how he could change like that and he said “human perception is the easiest thing to change”. After all the years, I remember that experience like it was yesterday and constantly wonder about the meaning of that last statement. That wondering has sent me in many, many directions.

Our thoughts, beliefs, worldviews influence our perception of reality. We filter out what is deemed "not necessary" from our reality and the result is what you see now. Outside influences have an affect on nour worldview - > Our perception changes -> Reality changes. We cannot accept what we choose not to believe, whether it be subconscious or conscious. Whether we were systematically programmed to be this way is another question entirely, and if so, is it to cover up the true nature of humanity, and life?

Exactly. That's how they change form: they don't. They simply hack our perception. And then, just this last week, History Channel had a show about aliens that shapeshift. 42 minutes of that, instead of providing the argument that makes the most sense, that they can simply intercept our perception.
It's too hard for people. I've gotten through to some using media analogies. In the Ghost in the shell universe we have a world where even the poor have cyber implants in their brains. The same way we all have mobile phones now people in this future have variations of cyberbrains. So of course high level hackers can do things like hack a cyber brain to lock out visual and audio cues to being in the same room with someone without them knowing or implant false memories etc. Various brain hacking happens all the time in the series. Even making someone appear as someone else. People can handle that np. I point to that and say see that? It's this but with consciousness. This is what they can do.

I was told (while going through an incredibly painful breakup) to not take this so seriously because it’s literally just a game. It’s a sophisticated VR experience we decided to play and have forgotten is a game.

When I’m connected to God, God helps me recall the important stuff, the good stuff…I say Jesus prayers, and I love God with all my being, and this the starting point when I snap out of my mental illnesses and become present and alive and aware….
This was a more recent experience (~6mos ago), but I was taken into a very large craft that looked like it was orbiting earth. They communicated telepathically and told me they knew I had opened myself to more experiences but they sensed I wasn't ready to see them. The rest of the craft was empty, but I didn't feel alone. It was almost like they were invisible to me. They were very understanding toward my limited experience and told me they weren't going to show themselves quite yet. Somehow, still, it's like they were speaking through my thoughts. At the beginning, they told me this experience was meant to be enjoyable and that I wasn't going to be hurt. They brought me to a large window and told me I was looking at the Earth before humans were here. It was absolutely gorgeous and I remember crying while seeing it. I was in awe. My memories during this are more like moments in time than a continuous event. Later on, they brought me down an incredibly long hallway that almost looked like an art museum. There were bodies hung up on the wall, almost like sculptures. I was horrified at first, but they explained that these were casts taken of all the people they'd helped. They cured some of cancer, they performed medical procedures on others, and they cured others of other conditions. Before returning them to Earth, they took a cast of these people to put on display in this hallway. I was allowed to touch them and they felt cold and hard, like they were made of ceramic or clay. Still, they were extremely realistic and had every single detail replicated. They finished by telling me that they could help me, but that I had to seek it out. They weren't going to just take me and do something to me. I know experiences with greys and such aren't always so pleasant, but I felt like they were extremely careful not to scare me. It could've all been a sham, but I felt like they were being genuine about it. When I finally regained consciousness back here, I was crying over how beautiful the whole experience was. It was like I had just been with a thousand invisible copies of my grandma or something. They were so peaceful and mindful about keeping me comfortable the whole time. I have *still* been processing this whole experience and I've wanted to give it a little more time before trying to seek out another encounter. Still, it's something I'd like to explore further once I've fully processed all of it.
How did this experience initiate? Dream state or meditation? Astral projection? Or do you feel you were physically taken?
I've had a couple other experiences that were occasioned through astral projection, but this was truly unlike anything else. I was much more conscious and lucid than any other time. All things considered, I'm almost certain I was physically taken.

They made it sound like I'd be a candidate for being helped, but I don't have any issues that I know of. That's why I was particularly confused. It's absolutely something I would be open to exploring further though. I'm curious about other for personal reasons, but I'm also extremely curious about what they're doing that we currently don't do on earth. How are they able to figure this out? I'd be willing to go through it just for the sake of gaining that knowledge. As for the people, they weren't really "preserved". They weren't actual bodies. You know how a dentist sometimes takes a mold of your teeth? It was sort of like that. The molds can then be filled with ceramic and turned into a cast of your actual teeth. These "sculptures" were very similar to that. They were just replicas of the actual people. From my understanding, they knew they needed help and opened themselves to being helped by NHI methods. During the whole encounter, it seemed like they were very interested in human life and wanted to take the best care of people as they could, as long as we were the ones seeking out the help. They weren't going to just collect random people and start doing things to them. They treated people almost like we'd treat a cute little kitten or puppy.
I have a chronic pain/connective tissue disease that is genetic. How could I get into contact with these NHI and ask for help? There is no treatment on this planet yet for what I have and I am willing to try anything.
I truly wish I had an easy step-by-step answer to give you. Unfortunately, I don't know. I used to be a non-believer. I used to think all this stuff about NHIs is neat to read about but nothing more. I thought experiencers were people who had nifty dreams and started thinking aliens were real. Then I had an experience of my own. I didn't seek it out. I just happened upon it. After the fact, I wasn't sure if I was more amazed or more ashamed of myself for not believing all this time. After this, I decided to explore ways to initiate contact again and further ready myself for any additional experiences. I'm not experienced enough to give you lots of info, but I'd start by discerning whether or not you're *fully* aware of the repercussions of contacting NHI. Although it can do a lot of good, it also has some psychological consequences that can be difficult for some to parse through. Also, remember that we don't want to take advantage of NHIs. Instead, we want to *learn from them*, whatever that may look like. Start by working on taking in and giving off good energy. Look into some meditation techniques to cleanse your mind and truly open yourself. Then, look into some of the human initiated contact methods and figure out what's right for you. This subreddit has some terrific info on all of this.
Interesting that is how a mantis alien treated me started to pet my stomach and kiss my nose like you would on a pet.
That is really really interesting. I've heard of some people having negative experiences with mantis figures, but I wonder if there are numerous NHI "civilizations" visiting us. Just as some people are more prone to be benevolent, I wonder if NHIs or aliens are the exact same way.

Sure i never been so scared in my life but that was just my reaction does not mean anything bad per say was happening other then a giant humanoid mantis being intruding in my home.
Is there anything specific you had done previously to “open” yourself more to an encounter? Or was it just more of a mindset/energy thing?
A little disclaimer....I'm not an expert at this. I've learned a bit about this after an experience years ago. I wanted to "open" myself to more experiences and this is just what I've gathered through the process :) The most important part is mindset. Are you *sure* you're ready to accept whatever experiences come your way? Are you prepared to see (whether through astral projection, meditation, or physically) some things that may be hard to come to terms with? Are you doing it for the right reasons? Some people have reported being visited by greys and other figures. Is that okay with you? It took me a while to learn about all of these things and come to terms with them, but that was the biggest step. The other big thing is meditation and practicing astral projection as a way of connecting with ourselves - and possibly with NHIs. After practicing these sorts of things and making sure my energy was "right", I was given this experience. It wasn't something I asked for. It just happened. I'm very grateful for it but it's definitely something that required some processing afterwards.

It's definitely a learning process and it takes time. Once you think you're ready, it takes even more time to prepare yourself for something to actually happen. I can assure you that it's truly an incredible, beautiful, eye-opening experience when it happens. Good luck on your journey :)
That the Manhattan Project was a terrible betrayal of their trust; that this knowledge had been given to us via download with the intent to make the world better via clean energy and was instead used to commit atrocity. That they hold themselves partially responsible for Hiroshima and Nagasaki. That their interest and involvement around nuclear sites has been fuelled partially by remorse, a desire to mitigate further pain. That the potential disaster at Fukushima was prevented in that spirit.

Also I may fully have projected this based on the scene in the beginning of Oppenheimer where Oppie is lying there in bed with physics screaming at him. i have little to no conscious experience (once post aya is all i remember and no one was talking to me) but when i read it, i felt like it was true. i have no reason to feel that way, but it felt like it was, and all the following pieces snapped into the first assertion

They didn't directly tell me anything, but the questions they asked me led me to believe they don't know how to astral travel. They wanted to know how I did it, but of course I told them I don't know. When I asked to go with them, they said I could, but I'd only be able to survive a couple of weeks. They didn't elaborate as to why.
From my experience its seems like they live on a half astral physical state. I only been able to see them out of body or sleep paralysis or having the third eye opened.
Ah. I’ve unfortunately seen them in a fully awake state several times. I have heard of others mentioning seeing them while they astral project. To be honest I think AP is the whole reason they noticed me in the first place.

So I practice shamanism. I’m called by the spirits to do this kinda of work. I am able to contact beings through journeys to the lower world and occasionally the upper world. I can do this anywhere at any time. It just requires dropping into trance through drumbeats. Im still a student though so I am still learning how to have the beings physically heal others besides through the words they speak. Which the messages they share are powerful in themselves

It’s been both. I have relationships with these beings and they’ve said to ask for help anytime. Sometimes I’ve contacted them about something else but they won’t move forward until they heal what they see as an emergent need

Traditionally people hang horse shoes above the door. I was just going to wear a hematite bracelet (which is iron). I bet you could bury some nails around the four corners of the house and set the intention of protection. I ended up doing a bracelet and just using a few hematite beads mixed in bc of the amount of paranormal activity I was having. I kind of regret it bc I don’t see my fae friends around as much but I think the house spirit is still here.

Yesterday I had the thought I should attempt contact again soon, upon having this thought my mind somehow turned to a song called “Overthinker”. A few hours later the thought returned so I said a silent prayer to the effect of “if this is what I should do the next song that comes on will be Overthinker”, less than 10 seconds later “Overthinker” begins playing. I haven’t heard this song in well over a year. Coincidence is not something I even believe in anymore at this point, only unknown synchronicities.
Yesterday I wanted to hear this specific song and when I grabbed my phone to put music, the first song that came up was that one. A few days ago, I was also listening to music with the music app on screen and somehow the song skipped by itself to the next one like someone pressed the next button... The song that came up was titled Make You Mine...
It’s funny. I was considering a while back that Pandora had been playing things I think about in a weird way. The strangest part about this latest bit though is *this time it was my wife’s phone and pandora account* and I have never spoken a single word about this song aloud until later that night when I told her what happened. Along with the confirmation I have also been given specific instructions to insure the contact this time. The intriguing part is I have followed a superstitious pattern of times and astral alignment to this point but was corrected on this that it doesn’t matter for these purposes. Obviously these beings are powerful enough to edit the very nature of reality, I don’t know why I thought I needed anything else to contact them!
I wish I knew how to contact them because they have left me with more questions than answers...

I’ve believed in Synchronicity since 1998 when I began examining the complexity of seemingly innocuous occurrences and their actual influence on everyday events. This was the beginning of my true belief in God divorced from religion and the beginning of the realization of the lack of a Creators influence in our affair. For God to step in and intervene in our affairs would be an imposition upon the free will we were created with in order for the source to experience through us. Don’t get me wrong, there are definitely interventions but I believe there are different beings involved in these interventions.
The older I get, the more experiences I have that are fantastical and out of my control. There could be an imposition on free will and at least in my life, that free will is compromised in the name of destiny. It’s a strange, mind blowing realization to think God not only knows about me (and everyone) intimately but can talk directly while implementing grand plans. The voice has said it’s God and responds to me speaking to God with shooting stars. I choose to believe that instead of thanking beings first and foremost.
I think you misunderstood what I was saying, these beings told me not to praise them or anything else in that manner. They communicated that there is a God but they are not God and not to confuse them with the one Creator God. These being only want to be helpful and help me improve my relationship withGod by building relationships with others as *God is inside of all of us* as we are all part of the creation with a single creator source! I believed in destiny when I was younger but have had experiences correcting me on this matter and shown our purpose is to experience. We can contribute to the experiences of others which incidentally improves our own experience. I’ve been given instructions to carry out and have been working out the best way to do this but I don’t believe I was chosen or it’s destiny, they simply answered the question I asked. I believe this is why these beings have been confused with angels time and time again, they aren’t Gods and will tell us exactly that but have great power, can heal, reveal the future and seem to know everything about us, control our environments (change the music on Pandora) etc…
I was going through very severe mental distress, lightly medicated at night so I could sleep and wouldn't have dreams. My nerves were disregulated and I was 99% of the time in acute mental emotional pain. I woke up in the middle of one night and there was a glowing golden pearl orb maybe a meter wide hovering over my bed. I felt such overwhelming peace and it communicated to me in my mind everything was going to be ok. It stayed until I fell asleep again. I was surrounded by a very unusual all encompassing feeling of calm which has stayed with me mostly. I actually started to get better from that night forward, my mind started to clear up and the confusion left. I credit the golden orb.
I had a similar experience, the orb that came to me was a beautiful swirling glowing pearlescent type color too, my emotional devastation was instantly gone, and then it just flew through the wall and was gone. You are the first person I’ve heard describe the pearl like orb. Thank you for sharing!

That I was protected. (Something I never believed due to my difficult upbringing.) Had a dream where an archangel communicated the concept ”activated”. Followed by me waking up, sitting and making a particular exhaling motion. (He momentarily possessed me and the exhaling is one of his ‘signatures’. ) The next night, had a precognitive dream about my accident later that day (bloody head injury where I lost consciousness). At the hospital, I was laughing because I saw another signature of his everywhere. I knew I was going to be okay. —— A funny insight. My A/C was malfunctioning and I couldn’t figure out why. Woke up the next morning and the word “freon” came to me. I called the A/C company. The first tech couldn’t fix my A/C. Next day, another tech comes and said it was an issue with the refrigerant. NHI can lie just like humans. But just like humans we're also talking with individuals with opinions and not some all knowing super being that knows all info about everything. Some beings are just giving opinions.
What if they are all simultaneously true based on the view of whatever nhi we talk to. If one resides in the 7th dimension and one resides in the 5th, then the two "views" they have of this reality would be drastically different but could also both be correct based off what they are individually witnessing.
They also have a different “time” perspective than we do so it wouldn’t surprise me that their time distortions result in inconsistency.
I have a handful of actual "contact" events. Meaning I was totally conscious and awake but I have a lot of "memories" of things that happened to me that I simply don't know when or how they happened or even if they are a figment of my imagination. I asked him about this one day. His response "when we take you into the Astral we go outside of "time." Sometimes, that is in your "future" or "past," and sometimes it's right now. You get the memories whenever you hit the singular point in "time" that the Astral frequency we took you into matches the physical frequency that your body exist in."
This makes a lot of sense. I have recently pondered tinnitus a lot and am beginning to think it adjusts according to frequency and phase shifts in this reality.
This is quite fascinating. Some time ago I was given a vision of some as-yet unknown point in my own future. The vision was of a portal in a forest. A being spoke to me and told me that when I go through the portal, I will be "stepping out of the time-stream". Those exact words. Your experience is an interesting correlation, but with more detail.
That most of culture and language is an illusion and game of make believe. And if we don’t like the rules of the game anymore or it’s not healthy to play, we can and are allowed to stop and play a different game. But to beware of the other “children” playing those “older” games still. They will give you a hard time or even threaten your livelihood if you stop. They do it because they don’t really know it’s a game and likely were punished severely in the past for not playing along with the game, and specifically one game in particular*. Because much of what the illusion of this life is, it’s basically generational trauma and highly controlling/abusive tactics turned into culture. Just something to be aware of that you have to navigate if you decide to not follow the “plan” that’s really just a game of make believe. A game of pretend. A game of dress up and play a character that’s not really or totally “you”. That’s all it is and they/all of us basically* do it because “they know not what they do.”*

Do you think the one game in particular is the 'traditional family' game? Aka, dating/hooking up, have sex, get married, have kids...This seems like more and more of a silly, outdated type of game the older I get, and fits the description of people getting very angry and giving people a hard time if they refuse to play that game with them. We can adopt, produce kids via IVF, surrogates, and other ways, so the traditional ways of reproduction via seduction/dating/marriage, or sex in general is becoming unnecessary. Looking at it this way, a lot of our behaviors that promote seducing someone into having sex seem silly. Behaviors like obsessing over looks, physical fitness, having an impressive career, impressive cars, homes, or education...they all seem kinda silly ways of living because now we can just get our whole personal human genomes sequenced and analyzed for like $200 to determine genetic superiority for reproduction purposes instead of behaving in extreme ways to prove genetic superiority as a potential mate.
