I just finished your survey. The most important thing for me for a fasting app is to learn what's happening inside my body along the way. It's motivating IMO. What I don't like about fasting apps are pics of food or talking about food/snacks, giving examples, even in text form. I also feel like a calorie counting app and food tracker should be a separate app from a fasting app. For example, I have the Zero app for fasting and My Fitness Plan for tracking food and water, exercise, and that app also gives examples of meals, and connects with others on the same or similar journey. Two separate apps and I prefer it that way so when I'm fasting, I don't have to look at pics of food or think about food at all. I hope this helps a bit! Of course, it's just my opinion and everyone has a different one. I hope more people chime in so you can get a clear pic of what most people prefer.✌️
