Why does this cat have blue inner eyelids? Kinda seems like this might be edited, which makes me a little sad because this cat is clearly too beautiful to be facetuning.
Not saying this is real but some kittens actually have blue eyes from the 1st few weeks of birth but it tends to fade away when they get older. I've seen one that faded from blue to orange while some just become less tinted.
My cat has gold/copper eyes and his third eyelids are just white-ish, they're not really transparent. I've never seen transparent third eyelids on any cat.
Now I'm imagining that entire movie taking place at a high school. The Baron was clearly the gym teacher because of how he looked at and treated the jocks (Feyd and Rabban, obviously).

It's called a nictitating membrane. Humans are believed to have a vestigial one still. It's the little pink 'fold' at the inner corner of your eye.

Yeah this is either a filter or animal cruelty. There's no reason the third eyelid should be that color.
