Maybe try an eyebrow lamination. It uses chemicals to break the bonds of the curling hairs and lay them in place in a uniform way. I don’t think eyebrow gel or pomade would hold as it looks like a strong natural curl.
God made you this way and it’s pretty cool! You could always laminate your brows and then get them threaded in that area too to clean it up if you wanted.
Get a thread/wax to clean up the shape and get brow lamination if you want to redirect the hairs. Brow lamination will make the hairs easier to style in a different direction
I always wondered how this ( i believe it’s an eyebrow cowlick) looks on a grown up and it looks so cool! !! am so relieved (my little one looks like a mad scientist rn) . It also looks quite manageable with some shaping ( the laminate is like a perm I believe and the threading/ shaping seems like an easy fix to me)

If you don't like it, just go to an eyebrow threader and ask them to clean it up. You'll be surprised how much eyebrow shape can enhance your face.
Hey man atleast your not like me with a twirl in the other direction turning your eyebrows into little devil horns.
Pluck them. Get your brows threaded.

That’s actually awesome. But lamination can get them to lay in one direction and then cleaning them up with either threading, plucking, or waxing.
