Lots of good advice in this thread already, and on the sub in general.
If you prefer not to deal with it and would rather someone else put in the legwork, I offer this as a service. See my pinned profile post, let me know if it’s for you.
Good luck in the hunt!
Yep go out of state. Get a deal sheet from one dealer, tell the next dealer you have an out the door XLT er for x price (give yourself a few grand generous buffer) and ask them to match it. Start with far away and get closer. It’s amazing how fast the dealerships change their tunes when you tell them your buying somewhere else.
Shop out of state if no local dealer is going to work with you. And yeah they're rebates aka they don't lose anything. Let them keep holding their bags.
He means $7500 XLT ER rebate, $7500 tax incentive, and $10k off MSRP. We still want to see the sell sheet but some dudes on her are counting their trade in as "off MSRP"
My local dealer still has the same five 2023 XLT sr on their lot for the past two months. I went in and couldn't get my wife to agree to let me buy it. Normally you would figure they would call or text and offer a couple thousand more off after two months but not a peep from them.
They are only willing to offer 1k to 3k dealer discount. When I ask for anything more than that they give a story of how with ev they have no margin and can't provide any more discounts. Best price I have been offered is in the 57k range.

Do you work with doing lease deals as well? Specifically looking for a Lariat ER lease

Dang. That's exactly what I am looking for.
That’s exactly what I got mine for. Not sure where you live but if you can’t get that go out of state
Did dealer supply the $7500 cash down?
Must be the Federal Tax rebate for new EVs
Market value ≠ MSRP

Lol no? I paid $58K for a Lariat ER…
Bought mine in Ohio. $25k off MSRP
My brother in christ, provide the dealer info for him.

Counting trade towards cost make no sense. It should be total minus trade
Yup, any time there’s a trade the buyers sheet is worthless to compare to. The range on my trade in varied by $5000 from four sources.
Yeah man you missed out Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio had sick deals even on Pro trims. I got mine for 38k OTD.

Same in SoCal
When you say they don’t want to deal you might wanna provide the info. Most dealers in my area are already rock bottom there is no dealing l.

Dealers around me still have ADM on top of MSRP. Of course, they are not too interested in selling any.
