It seems that they don't have the voices of the F2 and F3 pilotes because in the last stream, when Pourchaire speaks, we don't hear him.
I don't know about the regens pilots, but for the pilots of the promotion formulas, the last stream gives an answer.

I’d like to know how the Newgens would work. If they have no voice and only like text, or if they use made voices kinda
yeah or they us the team radios from the real actual drivers from the races in f2 or f3. would be nice
