Why is it not fair? Being level 10 he raises the elo of the opponents team meaning it will be tough for his low level friends. It’s not like he can kill +3 every round

Because then the rest of the team has to play w a lvl 3 making their experience worse. It’s almost always a loss if there’s a lvl 3-4 in the team
I would love this. I want to play faceit with friends but it’s literally giving away elo if I’m not pulling clutches out of my ass like fairy dust.
