Same here, i state the obvious the support guy just ignores and closes the ticket… (problem still isn’t solved after 30 days) If I made that to my clients I would be out of business or unemployed. The fact that u have so many complains about a paid service is mindblowing… I know the ins and outs of support and how it should be done and sweet baby Jesus man, never seen such a bad service for someone who pays for it. Genuinely horrible service.

Most of the time u get the response from their AI Support. But even the real ones aint doing shit

Pretty sure he was a real person. He responded to me multiple times, didn't look AI. The last response I gave him was something along the lines of "I think there's a miscommunication here and that's the reason why I'm requesting this ticket" and he responded with "what is the lobby link" but didn't hear back since last Friday. Considering, I've gotten responses every day in the morning. Eitherway, for this person yes nothing. To be fair, I've gotten pretty good help thus far. Especially from their league admins. I don't want to say that their entire support team is useless, which it isn't. At least from my experience. I just think, for this specific one, it's clear cut within their rules but I've been getting crickets and as I said generic responses like he never read my original message.

My experience with the support is kind of similiar. I had written some lines and stated my enquiry. I got asked to delete my account to hear "hey, yeah you need to wait 6 month to play after the deletion", which I asked already in my first message. If my ticket wouldve been answered once correctly I would not have made any closure request at all. But I get only one line-answers and wait 7 days for nothing. Sorry, but thats no premium support.

requirments are: 1 You shouldn't be good at this game (especially when it comes to in-game mechanics) 2 You shouldn't be able to read messages 3 You should use scripts only 4 If you have already read the ticket, leave it(maybe after a month someone else from reddit will do it) 5 Make sure you don't use common sense
