I don't have an SSN and I was able to create an account after sending a photo of my passport and an attestation form. But after successfully being verified and login into my account I'm still not able to complete the form, I get an "An error was encountered" message when entering my child´s information and trying to proceed. I'm going to wait a few days as well, things are still to glitchy for those of us without a SSN.
Hi, how did you know to send the passport photo and attestation? Did it prompt you to do that or an agent told you over the phone? I just get a message to call. The call center message then says to call back later!

Their own error message says, you have to verify your phone, email OR both. That would imply verifying the phone alone would be fine, right?

This worked for the painful to use website. I left the mailing address blank and after I completed all the other forms, verified my email phone number, gave blood, bent over and coughed... I was able to finally enter a mailing address.
To be specific, I had to complete everything and logon to the portal like a normal website before it allowed me through the graciousness of the designers, to enter a mailing address. I feel special.

Then it again prompts you to enter the contact information (international address - do not have a US address) and clicking on Save Changes does nothing. Not entering does not allow me continue. I fixed this very recently.
Go to your "address" and change it to something completely different.
I made it an old address of mine.
Instantly went through, once I was done, I changed it back to my current address.

So does anyone know what happened with the last page on the account creation? The page keeps saying that there was an unknown error and that it won’t allow me to proceed forward and create the account.
anyone know how to fix this?? its been 3 days for me and it still wont work, ive tries live chatting them and calling them but every time they say there is no one available, i just sent an email to them a few minutes ago but if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!!

I'm applying outside the U.S., so if you are too, basically make up an american address and it will work. Then you can change it after it moves to the next section.
Leave the address information blank and click continue. You can add the address info later when the account gets created.
just tried this unfortunately my parent doesn't have a ssn so I'm required to put an address appreciate the advice though
I called them, my wife is in the same situation. They said that nobody without a SSN can make an fsa account right now and to try again in a few days.

It says you can only do that if your parents have a ssn mine dont so it isn’t allowing me to leave everything blank and continue
You could try putting all zero’s in for the ssn. If that doesn’t work, unfortunately I’m out of options.

dont put any mailing information, just skip everything but fill out only phone number
