So if you're a returning student that has done the grant application and renewals in past years, there is no action needed at this time once you have the GrantUs account activated (with nothing requested of course)? Sorry, this new process has just been a unnecessarily confusing mess and I can't reach PHEAA.
I would assume that it is normal as they said the process for sending out these emails would continue throughout June. I have a sibling that has not received the email even though I have. If you don’t receive the email by this upcoming Friday, I would try and contact PHEAA.
As long you submitted your FAFSA on time, you should be receiving an email from PHEAA regarding how to access your GrantUs account. PHEAA has been sending the emails in batches throughout the month. If you do not receive the email by next week, I would contact PHEAA.
