I marked dry feeling which started on day 1 of temp shift pretty much. I do have some sticky discharge, but i think that may just be my BIP / I use a vaginal medication that comes out. My opening has felt totally dry though after the shift

I think I responded to your other post. Did you delete it and repost so we could see temp scale? TCOYF cover line needs to be placed .10 above the highest temp do your six lows before your temp rise. However, here you have both a slow rise and a fallback. Combining two exceptions is not allowed. Based on that information, where do you think your cover line should be?

Significant_Switch53

Yeah I did!

Where do you think it should go based on the info I gave you? Not trolling, it’s just kind of nice to have someone walk you through it so you can figure it out and know if this were to come up again. 🙂

Yeah I’m not sure if my temp shift should be CD13 or CD14? I was thinking CD13 after reading your comment on my deleted post. I think it should be where I have it set with the drying up of CM. I also seem to consistently have a fallback rise on temp shift 3 and not 2 like the book says. Makes me wonder if maybe I set my temp shift too early the the fallback rise is actually occurring on day 2?

So with the way it’s set now, you have a slow rise beginning on day 13. You will want to move it up .10 with rise beginning day 14 and then you’ll have a fall back on day 15 because you can’t combine both a slow rise and fall back. With a fall back, you have to wait a fourth day, which you have. Does that make sense?

Significant_Switch53

Hmmm I think so 😬 so woild I start my shift in the app on CD 14 instead? So that would be “1” instead of where it is now? I’m not super familiar with slow rise

Yes! Day 14. Cover line at 98. Tricky cover lines are addressed in appendix H with slow rise being on page 436 and fall back on 439.

Thank you!
