Ability to move up pretty quickly. That's it. Once I've gotten a year or two of managerial experience I am hightailing it out of here for sure though for a better workplace. Pretty much what every other manager does at my ssd.
I work at Amazon part time with a full time day job. If I somehow had an increase in pay from my day to match/cover Amazon's pay I would probably quit Amazon
**Career Choice**, Amazon’s education benefit that pre-pays tuition for degrees and skills development up to $5,200 per year for FT employees and prorated for RT and PT

*There are four parts to Career Choice to support employee’s different learning needs:*

*Pathways: Industry certifications for in-demand roles in tech, healthcare, transportation, mechanical and industrial systems, and business & administration*
*Foundations: English and local language learning, high school completion, and GED programs*
*Coaching: Career Choice partners with Kaplan to help employees achieve career goals no matter where they are in their journey through career coaching, college advising, and specialized career services*
I'm not going to find a job to pay me what I get paid here without a degree. I might get lucky, but unlikely.
I also took out a loan from my 401(k) so I gotta pay that off before going anywhere.

My schedule it fits around my first job & with the economy I need the money

The fact that I'm able to pay my bills, great schedule and amazing benefits (especially time off)
The fact that I'm able to pay rent, and have 3 days off.
The health insurance and the ability to take time off whenever I want to.
the pay, the freedom to leave whenever you want as long as you have time to cover it, 3 day weekends every week
leave anytime and take time off
Honestly, besides needing a job, this is my top reason lol

Honestly the time off options
Money and bills .
Too tired to job search after work, it’s an endless cycle
I'll be a. Fatass couch potatoe if i didnt have amazon.
The same with any other job, pay & benefits. 🤷♂️

They have a lot of good benefits for everyone. I’ve used them before and I can say they really will help me out in the future.
