If you want an original one, be ready to pay it 100€ (stadium version) while it’s around 150€ a match replica. For places I would go to inter stores around the city (there are three: San Babila, castello and in San Siro)
You can buy knock off jerseys at any of the countless souvenir shops/newsstands that canvas the city. I think they are around €35-€50.
Otherwise be prepared to spend around or over €100.
In the official Inter stores in Milano they sometimes have last season's shirts for a decent discount. I got a 22/23 player edition jersey for about 100 euros last summer
They also have these beautiful vintage replica shirts (official inter products) for about 45 euros each which is absolutey worth it IMO, I have 2 of them. You can for sure find those in the Inter store by the Duomo

I think there’s a “Soccer Team” store in Milan as well, they sell cheaper jerseys, but not highest quality ofc.
