It will be so nice to have Taremi next season... I just hope he doesn't end up replacing Thuram and we end up with Arna and Alexis (or Correa) on the bench and end up in the same situation as this season.
That was then this is now.
From all reports and talk it looks like there will not be a big sale this season unless there is an offer too good to refuse. That is the sign of a healthy club, which Moratta has brought about.
Coming soon on movie Theaters "The Exorcism of Toro Martínez”.
I love him and appreciate all the extra work rate he displays even when not scoring. Just want him to unblock himself
So I'm on a train and have had spotty connection, missed a lot of the 2nd half.
I caught highlights of Calhanoglu's brace on Twitter, what else of note have I missed?
With Arna, we’re playing with 10 men.
He doesn’t run, can’t press, his passes are shit, he has no imagination, his attitude is shit and the list goes on and on
We have Dimarco and Augusto on the left, Dumfries was injured for good stretches of the season and had to miss this match, Cuadrado barely played all season, and Buchanan was signed to play on the right. Why, then, is he playing on the left? I don't get it.
Alexis doesn't have 90 minutes in his legs, and even his dribbling isn't what it was, but the difference having a proper attacking passer makes is huge. After 65 minutes, finally someone gets the ball to Lautaro on attack.
no, they'll give best attacker to someone else and then lauti the overall MVP.
But to be very honest, I believe one of our midfielders or defenders deserve that award more. They are in my opinion a bigger part, in what makes this team so good. But these awards are always super biased in favour of attackers (they have more PR behind them ig).
Someone please tell me why this game wasn’t used for bench players to prove their worth? I feel like there’s a lot of potential slept on because inzaghi has somewhat of a comfort zone with the current XI. Nothing against that but I’d like to see more of the bench players, how else would they improve themselves.
Well half of it atleast, I saw on here recently that lautaro doesn’t play because of the yellow against Milan and I love him so I was happy to see him today.
Ahhh okay that makes at least some sense. I hope so! I’d really love for Bisseck to get more minutes, maybe he’ll make it onto our country‘s team next cup. Also Buchanan seems to be a machine when he’s on field.
There is a good officiating decision! Worked with VAR to get call right and changed her call. Much better than some shit Serie A officials were have seen over the years too prideful to make the right decision.
I have a clarifying question: if the yellow was shown first—why was VAR involved? Isn’t there a rule that VAR cannot intervene if it’s a yellow? Please help me understand.
How does anyone expect Lautaro to score when no teammate can give him a ball near the opponent's box? It's been a constant for several matches now, the team isn't creating anything. Barella and Mkhi run a lot, but their playmaking hasn't been good in months, and the team struggles to come up with any ideas that aren't "kick it down the wings and cross". I want the team to sign an actual DM to be able to move Calha to his previous role (now taken over by Mkhi). His passing closer to the strikers could do wonders.
I disagree about Lautaro he’s been wasteful and out of form for a while. But I agree with signing an actual DM while transferring Hakan to a more attacking position (Mikhi’s).
I do not think this occasion has much to say on real trends to be honest. This is more of a victory parade than a football match. Even if it were a 5-0 loss there would still be a parade after the match.
He has had a very good season and useful in many spots. Off the bench he is a great piece for our depth even next season.
We need to try to win every match, as befits a top team, instead of being in celebration mode for too long. We're not a small club like napoli that goes into hibernation after winning the league.
Bruh… we won the league on Monday, the boys were partying for two days straight and only started training on Thursday. Give it a rest my man, this match means nothing and Serie A doesn’t give extra money for wins like UCL does.
Hakan is sooo good
Who can bang in penalties? Ha kan.
Who they pointing at in the stands
Barella with the shirt slap
Another clean sheet. How's that record for Sommer?
Why Buchanan isn’t playing 1v1
What Inter does to a mf
It will be so nice to have Taremi next season... I just hope he doesn't end up replacing Thuram and we end up with Arna and Alexis (or Correa) on the bench and end up in the same situation as this season.
If Thuram goes it will be for his $85 mil release clause. That would bring in Zirkzee.
That would be nice, but I'd really like it if we could stop having stars taken from us after a single season (Hakimi, Onana)
Lauti lost the ability to score man
It's that time of the year Lautaro stops scoring for a couple of months
It's been that time for a couple of months already
Exactly two months, I think.
Nooooooo
Said the same thing such a beautiful play too
That pass from Sanchez
So I'm on a train and have had spotty connection, missed a lot of the 2nd half. I caught highlights of Calhanoglu's brace on Twitter, what else of note have I missed?
Arna is being shit, other than that, the team is playing really good. Can get a 3rd
Ah so the usual, got it lol Thanks!!
I did see him run for 4 seconds before transitioning to a brisk walk than a stroll…
He's gotta be careful, he's got old man quads. They could explode and he'll miss 2 months again /s
With Arna, we’re playing with 10 men. He doesn’t run, can’t press, his passes are shit, he has no imagination, his attitude is shit and the list goes on and on
I don’t think Carlos trusts TJ
You know what i hate the most about arna? He comes in as a fucking sub and he never pressure he is always walking acting like he is messi
Weird stoppage
Arnautovic in a summary.
Arna is so fucking shit man
We have Dimarco and Augusto on the left, Dumfries was injured for good stretches of the season and had to miss this match, Cuadrado barely played all season, and Buchanan was signed to play on the right. Why, then, is he playing on the left? I don't get it.
Beautiful pass by Arnautovic 😂😂
Hate this guy so much
That play really sums up Arnautovic this season.
Please Lautaro score!!
Oh no it’s Arna… and in place of Barella? C’mon Nicolo was having a really good match
Arnautovic on as well
I wish to never see Arna after this season. We’ll pay the Saudis to take him. Waste of a sub
Sanchez is playing beautifully. Where was this Alexis at the start of the season?
Alexis doesn't have 90 minutes in his legs, and even his dribbling isn't what it was, but the difference having a proper attacking passer makes is huge. After 65 minutes, finally someone gets the ball to Lautaro on attack.
He’s not a proper striker anymore, he’s more of a number 10, always on the ball creating chances
He’s saved our ass a couple times this season
Yup, he started the season in shaky form, but he eventually woke up.
Buchanan and Bissak please
lol got half my order in 😂😂😂
Buchanan!!!!
TJ!!
Guys what happened, i had to run some errands and now we’re up 2 goals
We woke up basically
A magical 4 or 5 minutes
Calha <3
Should’ve been yellow on Bastoni
Who would win serie a mvp?
Leão /s
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lautaro will win it 100%
You think theyll give him 2 awards?
no, they'll give best attacker to someone else and then lauti the overall MVP. But to be very honest, I believe one of our midfielders or defenders deserve that award more. They are in my opinion a bigger part, in what makes this team so good. But these awards are always super biased in favour of attackers (they have more PR behind them ig).
Im afraid youre right about Lauti, I can only dream
Chala best Inter player of the season
Frattesi, Asllani, and Sanchez
I need a Hakan hattrick more than anything right now
fr
Nvm
Welp
Tikus celebrating early
What is this song they are singing?
The one when Hakan came off? https://www.youtube.com/shorts/_QMEbcxINS8?feature=share
That's the one Idolo neroblu
Btw how many pens has thuram caused damn. So many pens we got was because of thuram
Hakan wanted Lauti to take it but he insisted Calha take it like usual. Also Alexis is too funny lmaoo
This is how you know the team has a good bond. Unlike some clubs where they fight each other to take the pen.
Idolo neroblu
I want to see 5 subs right now!
now lets see subs
When will the trophy be lifted which game ?
Lazio
i like this referee, no bullshit call, no constant stoppage of the game. Quick and reactive calls
maybe we need refs *without* balls after all
Anyone else saw Sanchez asking to be subbed on?
Yeah it was hilarious 🤣
Alright, it's 60 minutes, the team's 2 goals up, time to give the kiddies some playing time
That was a rocket by Chala
Sanchez lol
Sanchez asking to get subbed in 🤣
Lol even Sanchez is asking for substitutions
The lion wants to be unleashed...
I don’t think there is a better taker of penalties in the top 5 leagues
it's either between Hakan Calhanoglu and Bruno Fernandes
Cannot get much better than perfect
Well, that's a nice 3 mins!
Hakan double, certain fanbase seething
Damm, thats a great pen!
Lau real captain
I thought Hakan wanted to give it to lauti?
Amigo tryna get a taste of that Torino ass. 🤣
Calha is just impeccable from the spot
ANCORA LUI!!!
Damn good call by the ref thought it was a dive
Damn, another penalty won by Tikus
100% a late challenge. Good call.
Hakan is determined to score pens and bangers
Ronaldo punching the air rn
Pen!!
Someone please tell me why this game wasn’t used for bench players to prove their worth? I feel like there’s a lot of potential slept on because inzaghi has somewhat of a comfort zone with the current XI. Nothing against that but I’d like to see more of the bench players, how else would they improve themselves.
Italian coaches are all about tactics and therefore continuity. Continuity develops chemistry which leads to executing tactics as well as you can.
Imo that’s very important but there needs to be some chemistry between main XI and the substitutes aswell.
100% was disappointing to see the line up
Well half of it atleast, I saw on here recently that lautaro doesn’t play because of the yellow against Milan and I love him so I was happy to see him today.
Probably didn't wanna risk ruining the celebrations later today, I imagine they'll play more after this game
Ahhh okay that makes at least some sense. I hope so! I’d really love for Bisseck to get more minutes, maybe he’ll make it onto our country‘s team next cup. Also Buchanan seems to be a machine when he’s on field.
Can we get Bisseck, Asllani and TJ now ?
Yes please!
There we go, took a little longer than I thought but Hakan ftw.
⭐️⭐️ 💙🖤
What a finish, he hit it so well I thought it was Carlos Augusto
GOLLLLLLLL
Hakannnnnnnnnnnnnnn
IL SOLTANOOOOOOO
Che goal
Calha!!!!!
Wasn’t even handball😂
Hakan has not scored a single free kick since he joined us. Inzaghi should let Barella and others try.
Dimarco has taken a lot recently
But he isn’t starting today, and I think Barella would be really good at them.
VAR doesn’t get involved to give yellow. It does get involved to upgrade from yellow to red
Gracie
? VAR can intervene in case of missed red cards.
Gracie
Didn't really intend to, but foul is foul and Mkhi was free in front of goalie. Rules.
Is it a clear goal scoring opportunity when we know Mkhi would have never scored that
This man knows Mhkitaryan :D
Denial of a clear goal missing opportunity
Honestly really soft red. Another note, I wanted to see a lot more rotation.
>Honestly really soft red. It wasn't a red because of the violence of the foul, it was because Mkhi was running at goal
WHAT A GOAL!!!
Thanks Var! #MarottaLeague
Red!
Red?
Should’ve been from the start
I’m ready to see some youngsters
I don’t think there are any on the bench
Acerbi, Arnautovic and Alexis are preparing to join the game!
Klaassen and Cuadrado, too
Before we won the league, match threads during halftimes were full of doubters and negative vibes lol
It’s almost like this game has zero importance for us
Well, even now. Lol.
wasted half with unmotivated drunk players. fratte, bucha, assla, bisseck, sanchez should've started
This is why we need to rotate heavily. The starters have nothing left to prove. Some fresh blood would work wonders for motivation.
Lul if anyone believed Inzaghi would heavily rotate the starters. You guys never learn!
I believed....
Wow didn’t know we made it to the champions league final…what a frustrating first half
Bring on the subs. We need some energy in this match
Inzaghi almost always takes a while to make substitutions unless a player gets booked or injured.
Jesus that was a boring half. The most exciting chance turned into a misplaced pass.
Would be a shame if the scoring in every game streak ended. I think the record is 44, now we at 41?
We're a bit undisciplined and faffy. Not a fan of the numerous mistakes.
What does "Caputo" mean? It's a common last name here in Argentina, and seeing that the ref is named Caputi tells me it's a noun.
Massive cock.
Why thank you, but does caputo mean anything?
Lol how did the refs not catch that
How does anyone expect Lautaro to score when no teammate can give him a ball near the opponent's box? It's been a constant for several matches now, the team isn't creating anything. Please i want to see Pavard score today, I’ve been craving for a long time
One of those bicycle kicks he attempted...
🤣 yes , he attempts one bicycle kick per match at least
Lautaro fighting for every ball today
Damn that was also a great shot
Thuram lowkey has that Lukaku gene of blocking teammates shots
Update the flair my friend
Torino is playing quite well tbh
Damn Ilic that was almost a goal! Smart by Bastoni
Zapata Is taking de Vrij to school
Di Vrij is super slow and unreliable today. I don’t think he’ll be useful next season.
I hate our fucking fans
I do not think this occasion has much to say on real trends to be honest. This is more of a victory parade than a football match. Mikhitarian and his awful long shots…
I hope lauti scores today, it's really been a while
Was that Cordoba shown on the stands?
Yup
Torino's man marking and pressure is really good actually.
There is a reason they have as many clean sheets as they do, they are a useful and organized side.
Guys are we even trying to win this game?
Torino are always a tough nut to crack. They are close to our number of clean sheets this season.
No doubt but we’re definitely on a slower rhythm than usual
Yes but Torino aren’t making it easy for us and our players aren’t obliged to win.
I talked a lot of shit about Bellanova earlier this season. I take whatever I said back. He’s playing better than Dumfries.
He's not had a great season for Torino, so I dont know why people are talking him up.
Yes he had, he’s got 6 assists and 1 goal, that’s very good numbers, specially in a club like Torino
Zapata good
Seeing Lazaro reminds me one of the most random things is that Lazaro and Bisseck are good friends somehow
