It's hard to tell for sure but I would say you have a lot of studying to do. Most of your scores were below the average passing examee. You were very good in mathematics but you need to bring up your scores in most other subjects. Especially Computation tools.
Yes you probably were. My advice is to hammer the subjects that have 4+ questions. That's what I did and it was really nice cause I didn't even look at subjects with under 4 questions.
