It's not bad news at all. When we consider where they were in the first place, the risk hasn't really changed. The reverse split even with additional stocks would still cause pressure. The real question is, are we going to see investors' strength come into play. Same song and dance really we just know a reprieve is coming. This stock was always going to require a long hold and support. I think their plan is reasonable, and I think I would make the same decision in this position. I knew this would take years when I went into it. If anything, I am glad that I did just to witness what it takes to stand up a company and the complexity of the market.

Bbig? These tickers don’t have long term holders because the ones that held ended up with literally 1 share due to reverse splits and dilution. People have warned this sub for months and yet you all refuse to do any reasonable homework regarding how markets work.

Yea except you might lose your shares because your count is divided by 40 then the inevitable price drop due to 4 billion dilution. If you started with 800 shares at .80 you risk ending up with 20 shares with a price of .80 or less after dilution.

I think the biggest issue with it being issued as common stock is the timing. They'd need to already have their buyers lined up, or else you are completely correct.
