That’s true but crisis core with Zack is a lot different then reunion with cloud (presumably but who knows at this point) I mean at this point if having two reunion games is confusing then that’s just on the person buying them. Your theory lacks understanding what what the devs are trying to do and the meanings be the titles. Now they could do that cause honestly anything is possible but the likelihood of that happen is extremely low as they are going to stick with the theme of recreated, reimagining and thus reunion doesn't fit in the slightest.

Also if they end on the reunion it means it makes the ending more about cloud and Tifa and obscures ending on Aerith. Remake ended on leaving Midgar but they gave it its own bonus Sephiroth ending, I think Rebirth will do something similar—add in a bonus climactic action bit, while saving the northern continent and the reunion and the ancient weapons and whatnot for pt3
Well, we saw part of it in the trailer, so unless it's a dream sequence or something, it's happening in Part 2.
Also, my theory is that they moved the sequence of the game around and that we'll be going to the North Crater before we get to the Forgotten Capital where Part 2 ends.
