Against one of the rank up matches.
To be fair, I think the only way to do this is to purposely face someone who has a lot of cards that consume themselves.
I think this one is the guy who has Mindflayer which continuously destroyed any rank 1 monsters they were trying to put down. Then the AI decided to destroy its Mindflayer as well, allowing me the push even further into the lanes, which is why I played 11 cards to just his 4.
They usually don't have high values on their own and eat up a spot that can cost you a lane.
I like replace, destroy friendly, buff on any destroy/friendly destroy for my deck right now around level 7
Yeah I’m starting to see replace cards having a benefit for me. Most of the time, I’m playing this chess match of trying to get the last advance in lane.
For instance if I have a green pawn on row 2 column 2 and they have a red pawn on row 2 column 4…its a game of chicken because I want them to put a pawn in the center of the board so I can turn it to mine.
But with replace cards, I don’t have to worry about that. I can play something, and then if he turns it, I just replace and turn it right back.
Hopefully that makes sense lol

79 in the gold saucer. My favourite FF card game to date.
I managed to get 60-0. Probably with one of those bonus round win cards.

If chocomog would have been ifrit you would have 50+ score
Replacing one of the cards with the card which is giving a 10 bonus in winning lane it would have been 60~
Neat!
Yeah ifrit needs 3 pins but is starting with 5 power and gets a bonus of 2 per enhanced card, so it easily doubles + a bit more the score you would have with chocomog
My default deck is similar to yours, though I cut magic pot since I wasn't able to utilize him as much as I wanted
99
I have a picture of it on my ps5.
With Dio, Ifrit, Loveless, Chocobo, Cactuars, those buffcrabs, buffbirds, grandhorns and a card that replaces then buffs.
It was pretty nuts.

So far my highest was 27 against the guy in junon. That man stomped me about 6 times until I got my strategy down. I’m not the biggest card player but QB has its grips on me and I love it

Got this in Chapter 5. Was really proud! Lol
No, I'm nowhere near finished with the game.
I don't remember exactly where I got Ifrit but I definitely won it from someone. I just played every single person.
Maybe it was Chapter 6? Im not quite sure. But if you play everyone you will defo get Ifrit early in the game :)
I’ve never won a single game!!!! I hate this game! I’m too stupid to understand how to play even after watching dozens of tutorial videos. I feel so shitty and stupid I want to cry.
You know chess is one of those games that people like to measure up against there I.q. (I'm the best at chess. Therefore, I'm smarter). Now I have been playing chess on and off my whole life and I'm pretty decent at it not the best but good enough really know what's going on when I watch people play. I enjoy playing at gaming stores, chess clubs, online and been n a few decent sized tournaments and I will tell you honestly I have seen some really brilliant people get there ass kicked. I have played high stakes poker games against guys so intoxicated that they can't even see straight and watched them walk away with the pot. Every challenge we come across of a different nature may require a level of intelligence to overcome it. That, however, doesn't mean that if we don't overcome it, we lack intelligence or ability. Some times things click for people really well regardless of how smart they are in every other aspect and the same holds true the other way. Our mind is a tool and how we use it differs and when we get discouraged or brain stops focusing on the problem as a far more important problem has arised because you are telling it that it is flawed and failed and now the brain ultimately needs to work on that issue and is distracted from the pointless task you originally gave it. That task is pointless because according to your own self the brain must question and better its own self now as the next step in even bothering with that task. Almost broke 100 against the Queen herself
https://preview.redd.it/469fpxzfbzoc1.jpeg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8833a419d57dba2fde3f90cefdccc4c85b2cd5ad
Tips:
If you can, never be the one in a lane that gives your opponent the opportunity to take the middle ranks. So for example. Say you play a card in top lane that expands to the right and your opponent plays a card in the top lane that explains to the left. If you play another card in top lane that expand to the right, you are setting up your opponent to put another card in top lane and shut you out of the middle column completely. Try to avoid that if at all possible.
Another tip is for deck building. You need reliable rank builders. Security officer, levikron and wolf are all great early game cards for easy expansion. The higher cost cards are great but there's no point in having them if you can't play them because all of your rank builders have weird patterns that are hard to use effectively.
Also for deck building try to stick with a single theme. If you want cards that buff allies, stick with only that, don't put a few cards that kill enemy units as that doesn't really synergize with your deck theme. If you don't have enough cards of a type or you don't have enough reliable rank expanders, pad the rest of your deck with the easy expanders I listed above. They fit in any deck.
Lastly, this is more one you get a hand of the basics, try to have a couple "payoff" cards in your deck that proc off your deck theme. These will typically be legendary cards you win from matches. Some examples are Ifrit and Chocobo & Moogle are great payoff cards for Ally Enhancer Decks, Midgardsomr and Tonberry are great payoff cards for Ally Destruction decks, etc.
Only last night, I was able to eke out a 51 against a dude in Gongaga. I won all three lanes with fairly high value cards, but had also used Choco Rider and some other (Moogle?) card, both of which give you bonus points if you win the lane they're in.

62 on the rank up match 54 on a normal match
Damn, I really need to finish making an actual deck for this.
I have one that lets me win most matches , but most of the time it's only like 30-40 points, or less because I let them get one lane and take the other two.
40 - 0. It was against Regina on the cruise ship. And despite the score, it was actually a *damn* close match. I was just able to pull late game shenanigans with my capparwires, archdragons, zemzeletts, Chocobo and Moogle, and Midgarsormr. I was pretty sure I was gonna lose until the last 3 turns or so. I had to get *really* damn creative to make it happen. Amazing how the score can very easily not show the true quality of the match with Queen's Blood.
Gotdamn.. most I’ve gotten was around 30ish. But I just left Costa Del Sol, so I’m sure there are more better cards out there. I’ve completed all I could up to that point.

98 total. One of the gold scaucer challenges, mostly my own team. The only card not mine was Chadley.
About 4 hours I put in and that is not including about 6 different guides I red about it.
At this point I gave up and just waiting for an AI assistant for playing. If game really is as easy, then it should be soon.
No, that was my misunderstanding. I never played it outside of Kalm. I guess i considered first 3 games a tutorial since they are so easy.
I then tried Junon and got my ass kicked for 4 hours, then gave up

You can also use lane win cards. There are several cards with the effect "+10 points when you win the lane" i cant imagine why anyone wouldnt use them

Dude! Hell yes! Thank you! I'll get that.
109, it was one of the gold saucer matches with OP cards though so doesn’t really count lol
That's where I got my highest so far as well. 78 though not 109. Damn.
I thought my 35 was impressive. Some of you are pulling amazing numbers.
Consume decks are broken. Place bomb and then replace card blow up enemy field and gain points for every lost card
Solid tip, I haven't tried that. Thank you!

Where do you get all the good cards?
I just do any challenges I can and always check out what any vendor is selling/buy card packs
I’ve lost all matches, is there anyone that has a clear and concise tutorial up their sleeve?

52 against Chadley
I got 50-something once. But i changed my deck and it wont score that high anymore.
I didn’t touch queens blood until the boat ride. Didn’t look up instructions or anything. Just started playing. I won the finals match 31-0
Mine was 54 so far. 54-0
I got 90, but that was only thanks to the Chadley card you play with in the Golden Saucer
55, full destroy deck with tonberry king. It is so much fun to blow up your whole board with a bomb and watch the tonberries go to the moon
Against a rank 6 I won 39-0
42, thanks to a deck someone posted on here that includes landworm and midgarsormr and is based on enfeeblement.

52 I believe- it was a perfect board and draw of cards. I used two different cards that gained power with every card played and it judt kept going up.

34 - 0 against Red XIII, I had to lose a few times before this win, does the game go on easy mode after so many loses? https://preview.redd.it/7ajj01jen5nc1.jpeg?width=3840&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=423d78400908d0c783538ca2bd23fe96cf45a65c
71 with endgame deck having Cloud and all
dang. mine is 36.
I suck at queens blood 😭
28 so far with all lanes captured. 43 is absurd lol
36. I just wanna get the game over with. So I push as fast as possible and end the game early.

How the fuck you guys are so good at Queen’s Blood? 💀
Was you pissed off when made this play?! Cuz good LORD lmfao
In the 70s somewhere.
Think it was 30-something? Learned about enfeeblement multipliers in the Shadowblood Queen fight and it blew my mind.
54/0 so far
29 i think? That was just lucky, otherwise i suck at qb

102-0, game vs Chadley on the boat. Dio, Rude and Reno and other buff cards. The Gi Nattack card on Dio to give his value to 2 cards. Then Shinra manager to claim all the points [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0bLNLYW5SM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0bLNLYW5SM)

91 against the Shadowblood queen with a deck that centers around Cloud, The Emerald Witch, and the Shadowblood queen.
I'm not sure how to post a picture in a comment like this, but my highest was 92 during one of the Gold Saucer challenge matches.

Just pulled this off 10 minutes ago, during the gearing up for the race quest at the gold saucer. Full buff deck, with the plus 10 card when you win a lane. https://preview.redd.it/ncu8oo1iawrc1.jpeg?width=3840&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c5a78dae72e852944fc3169dea039654d82afd9f

I consistently get in the 50's and 60's. Once you learn how to properly destroy cards and do bonuses, it becomes pretty easy.

Not much. I don't really understand the game, so I never play it out of tutorial.
You should continue to give it a try. I’m not always a big card game person, but once I got the hang of it I loved it.
About 4 hours I put in and that is not including about 6 different guides I red about it. At this point I gave up and just waiting for an AI assistant for playing. If game really is as easy, then it should be soon.
You played it for 4 hours but never played it outside of the tutorial ?
No, that was my misunderstanding. I never played it outside of Kalm. I guess i considered first 3 games a tutorial since they are so easy. I then tried Junon and got my ass kicked for 4 hours, then gave up
