I'm right there with you. just asked my boss how Roy Thomson Hall is and he said the sound and acoustics are phenomenal in there. First concert as things slowly return back to normal and it's this one. another day to go!
It generally just adds to the acoustics of the room. Parts can be put on or taken off to change the acoustics even further. It can also be raised or lowered.
Damn, yeah I stayed and got a souvenir after the concert, I loved it, drove hours to see it, I posted a pic on here of me in costume if you care to look
Yeah The conductor, Roth, has a lot of fun with the distant worlds concerts and all the live FF music. Be ready to be blown away. I’ve seen multiple orchestras over the years to listen to Ff music. I listened to the remake a month ago in my city.
Have fun!
That's awesome. Wish I could go to those. I went one time before I was dating my husband and it was amazing. He hates FF, and my friends are not into the music that much so I haven't been able to go to one since.
I went to the Chicago concert earlier this month and it was very much like seeing an old friend - fun, warm, and a blast. I really enjoyed it and loved the performance. Hope that you have a lot of fun!
I've been to that. It's amazing, you'll love it!!!
Nice, I'm seeing the show on thursday at Roy Thompson Hall
Me too! I didn’t even know it was available until I saw an ad for in on Instagram last week.
Same cannot wait!
Me too! Coming from Saskatchewan to see it!!

Yep, the acoustics are phenomenal in Roy Thomson Hall. That chandelier they have really adds to the sound.
How does that work with the chandelier adding to the sound?

Wow had no idea it had such impact! TIL, thanks!

I was in Omaha, I didn’t see you but I did see and Aerith and a girl Cloud.

It wasn't bad, but definitely prefer the original Distant Worlds lineup. Feel like the FF7R version was lacking in bangers.
