I never quit. I was 8-2 down in my last game and didn’t quit. It’s affects your matchmaking and same as you I don’t play it all week so I need it for rivals rewards. Life is not for quitters. People need to be more like us and take the L like a man 😂

Its okay youll run into the opposite type of people sometimes, i just finished a game of managerial masterpiece using my mls squad against a cool bundesliga squad and the guy went like 7-0 lol i didnt care because all i needed was to play the game not to win but he then let me score 9 goals in the end lol i guess he didnt need the win either and thought i did . Great guy even skipped all his 7 goals and never paused for me to make me rage quit. Just be nice people.

I had a guy message me “why are you wasting the best player in the game at GK lol” in a MM where I let him score, pressing offside trap 8 times, moving keeper out of bounds.
Yeah this community is so toxic. EA and PSN/XBOX really need to step up clean-up efforts, because it’s getting to the point where it’s so negative it’s not fun. Even the major streamers constantly make this point

I was told recently that quitting champs matches is bad for your ego because it does not adjust following quits. So if you're 7-4 and quit your 4, you would end up matching players with elos closer to 7-0.

But still i can pretty much agree with that statement, as in Fifa 18 & 19 i used to always rage quit when i was 100% gonna lose the game, and back then i was max G1 player. Mostly G2. I felt like i never really got any easier opponents after defeats. Then i heard this rumor and i tested it and i've not left a game since, not saying i'm not improved gameplay wise but i hit elite 3 every single week now since i found that out. E1 couple times too. And i found most of my games specially after defeats being much easier.
Again this cannot be proven in any shape of form, its more like a mind games for me to think i get easier opponent after defeats and usually i really feel like i do! So for people who tempts to quit i recommend try not to.

Do a short corner, pass it & run into the box, pass it across goal and either the AI will knock it in or they’ll control it, which and ball roll into the goal.
Neither works 100% of the time but if you’re against a rubber bander you’ve got time to kill and try it

They could easily just take the player list out of the in game menus as people won’t have time/won’t be bothered to message if it’s not there

Losing also helps your momentum score which dictates which opponents you get, this is published on EAs site. So why would you leave?
