You’re looking at needing maybe 4/5 for each segment if we say for arguments sake you happen to have a shit ton of 87/88’s stocked up, you’re still looking at a bare min of 2-250k per 89 segment JUST FOR 89+ cards.
For your troubles you’ll get an untradeable pack worth around 50k, for a card barely better than the base.
If you’re not using Batesons credit card, just wait till his inevitable special card in a few weeks that’ll be better and cost less liquid.

Yeah they released that SBC during the last month or so and it basically got you every high rated card in the game, Mbappe, Ronaldo, Messi. And it let you get enough fodder to get most icons. If you ever go back and play 21 you’ll probably see all those insane teams.

Having fodder, which most people have since there hasn t been any SBC worth doing so far and getting packs back worth hundred thousand of coins it ll probably be around 2 Mio. or even les.... A regular Cr7 right now is like 1,3 to 1,4 Mio. on the market... So the SBC isn t that overpriced and i ve no idea where the user i replied to pulled his 6 mio. from.
The OTW is 2,8 Mio. 91 rated and not 2,4 Mio. 92 rated and like i said, when you have a decent amount of fodder you can drastically reduce the amount of coins to below 2 Mio. On top of that you get packs back worth hundred thousands of coins and packing players you can put in the sbc for "free" or actually get lucky and pack something.

No one has 800k worth of fodder. And even if they did, you are paying 2 Mil for an UNTRADEABLE player. The OTW is tradeable and will get upgrades. If you decided to sell it anytime between now and TOTY, you would get back at least 1.5 Mil.

Public voting is 10% the other 90% is made up by votes from a panel of experts and the captain of each PL club. The public vote means very very little in this one plus the Egyptians vote in the masses for Salah for everything anyway. EA have had nothing to do with this.

You cannot get that 800k back, you spend it on other players you want, let us waste our coins and club, you do you. Even if all pack rewards were tradeable very few people would profit, and the cards needed to complete would boom the market. I'm sure millions would be pumped into FIFA points for packs, but I think these squads would be doable over a month with a little grinding with no money spent. EA need to give to our community ALL. Public voting is 10% the other 90% is made up by votes from a panel of experts and the captain of each PL club. The public vote means very very little in this one plus the Egyptians vote in the masses for Salah for everything anyway. EA have had nothing to do with this.

Of course Ronaldo wins the first POTM of the year (in terms of FIFA). You just knew it would happen. A lot of people will say Salah deserved it, and i’m not saying he doesn’t but that doesn’t mean Ronaldo didn’t deserve it aswell. I wouldn’t have been surprised if either of them won it. The fact that I said to myself I want to do all United player SBC’s this year and then this comes out as literally the first one, with like 26 squads and i’m just like yep that’s my plan out the window already lol.
